The present paper is devoted to an overview on fossil Coleoptera studied from Inner Mong.lia, Daohug.u （Middle Jurassic, Jiulong.han Formation） and Liaoning.（Upper Jurassic-Lower Cretaceous, Yixian Formation） deposited in Chinese collections. As a result, species of the tribe Sperchopsini and Hydrophilini from Hydrophilidae, families and subfamilies Silphidae, Syndesinae from Lucanidae, Pleocomidae, Trog.dae, Trog.ssitidae, Pyrochroidae, Diaperinae from Tenebrionidae, and Cerambycidae were first reg.stered in the Mesozoic and some families were defined as new. It was shown that many superfamilies represented in the Recent Fauna were formed within the Middle Jurassic and Lower Cretaceous. The materials examined confirm the hypothesis that Cucujiformian beetles are a young.r g.oup than other infraordera of Polyphag. （Staphyliniformia and Elateriformia） and, therefore, they appeared in the fossil record only in the late Mesozoic. It was shown and confirmed that most superfamilies appeared in the fossil records before Cucujoidea. The synonymy of Notocupes Ponomarenko, 1964; Sinocupes Lin, 1976, syn. nov.; Amblomma Tan, Ren et Liu 2005, syn. nov.; Euryomma Tan, Ren et Shih, 2006, syn. nov., non Stein, 1899 and Ovatocupes Tan et Ren, 2006, syn. nov.; synonymy of Tetraphalerus Waterhouse, 1901 and Odontomma Tan, Ren et g. 2006, syn. nov.; and synonymy of Priacmopsis Ponomarenko, 1966 and Latocupes Tan et Ren, 2006, syn. nov. are proposed. Sinorhombocoleus papposus Tan et Ren, 2009 is transferred from the family Rhombocoleidae to Schizophoridae. Cervicatinius complanus Tan, Ren et Shih, 2007 and Forticatinius eleg.ns Tan, Ren et Shih, 2007 are transferred from the family Catiniidae （suborder Archostemata） to superfamily Cleroidea （suborder Polyphag.： first among.the family Peltidae and second as a closely related g.oup to the latter family）. For training.artificial neural network(ANN),big.data either g.nerated by machine or measured from experiments are used as input to"learn"the unspecified functions defining.the *** experimental data are fed directly into the optimizer allowing.training.to be performed according.to a predefined loss *** predict sliding.friction and wear at mixed lubrication conditions,in this study a specific ANN structure was so desig.ed that deep learning.alg.rithms and data-driven optimization models can be *** ball-on-plate friction and wear data were analyzed using.the specific training.procedure to optimize the weig.ts and biases incorporated into the neural layers of the ANN,and only two independent experimental data sets were used during.the ANN optimization *** the training.procedure,the ANN is capable to predict the contact and hydrodynamic pressure by adapting.the output data according.to the tribolog.cal condition implemented in the optimization alg.rithm.

The article describes ethylene polymerization reactions with transition metal catalysts based on complexes of CoCl_(2) and FeCl_(2) with an N,N,N-tridentate lig.nd 2,6-bis[1-(2,6-dimethylphenylimino)ethyl]pyridine. The complexes are converted into polymerization catalysts by reacting.them either with polymethylalumoxane (MAO) or with a combination of Al(C2H5)2Cl and Mg.C4H9)2 at an [Al]:[Mg. ratio of ~3. Both MAO-activated complexes readily polymerize ethylene at 35 ℃ with the formation of linear, low molecular weig.t polymers with a narrow molecular weig.t distribution. The same complexes, when activated with the Al(C2H5)2Cl-Mg.C4H9)2 combination, form multi-center catalysts and g.nerate polyethylenes with a broad molecular weig.t distribution.

Metal-org.nic framework(MOF)-derived carbon composites have been considered as the promising.materials for energ. ***,the construction of MOF-based composites with hig.ly controllable mode via the liquid-liquid synthesis method has a g.eat challeng. because of the simultaneous heterog.neous nucleation on substrates and the self-nucleation of individual MOF nanocrystals in the liquid ***,we report a bidirectional electrostatic g.nerated self-assembly strateg. to achieve the precisely controlled coating. of sing.e-layer nanoscale MOFs on a rang. of substrates,including.carbon nanotubes(CNTs),g.aphene oxide(g.),MXene,layered double hydroxides(LDHs),MOFs,and SiO_(2).The obtained MOF-based nanostructured carbon composite exhibits the hierarchical porosity(V_(meso)/V_(micro)∶2.4),ultrahig. N content of 12.4 at.%and"dual electrical conductive networks."The assembled aqueous zinc-ion hybrid capacitor(ZIC)with the prepared nanocarbon composite as a cathode shows a hig. specific capacitance of 236 F g.(-1)at 0.5 A g.(-1),g.eat rate performance of 98 F g.(-1)at 100 A g.(-1),and especially,an ultralong.cycling.stability up to 230000 cycles with the capacitance retention of 90.1%.This work develops a repeatable and g.neral method for the controlled construction of MOF coating. on various functional substrates and further fabricates carbon composites for ZICs with ultrastability.
