The recent 78th United Nations General Assembly(UNGA)declaration relaunched a new health priority and political commitment in accelerating Universal Health Coverage(UHC),adopted by the United Nations(UN)in 2015 and are intended to be met by *** mid-way point of UHC implementation,we advocate for the much needed program-matic implementation research,evidence-based interventions(EBls)policies and strategies leadership and manage-ment capacity building to enable robust,resilient and sustainable multi-sectoral partnerships,integrated coordination and governance mechanisms capabilities in accelerating UHC package mainly infectious diseases of poverty elimina-tion and eradication agenda.

尽管传统医学在埃塞俄比亚的发展过程中发挥了重要作用,但现代人们对其的了解以及传统医学行医者数量均比较有限,在国内医疗体系中经常被忽视。埃塞俄比亚传统医学不仅关注治疗本身,还注重人体机能、精神、社交等方面健康的维护,常用的治疗方法包括精神疗法、预防疗法、手术疗法等。采用Google、Pubmed、Medicine Online以及埃塞俄比亚国立图书馆数据库,系统性查找关于埃塞俄比亚传统医学以及相关政策的文献,总结得出埃塞俄比亚传统医学需要尽快融入现代医学体系,其可持续发展需要行医者的坚持和政府的大力支持,任重道远。

Background: Evidence regarding the effectiveness of prenatal nutritional supplements has mainly considered anthropometric pregnancy outcomes. The effect on markers of health and disease， such as offspring telomere length (TL) and mitochondrial DNA content (mtDNAc) is unknown. Objectives: We assessed the efficacy of maternal multiple micronutrient (MMN)-fortified balanced-energy protein (BEP) and iron-folic acid (IFA) supplementation on newborn TL as a secondary outcome and mtDNAc as a non-declared outcome. Design: We conducted a randomized controlled trial in rural Burkina Faso， among pregnant females (15-40 years old) enrolled at 0.05) by adjusting the regression models for potential prognostic factors of study outcomes at enrollment. Exploratory analyses indicated higher， but non-significantly different mtDNAc among children born either small-for-gestational age， low birthweight， or preterm. Conclusions: Newborns from mothers who received daily nutritional supplements across gestation did not have different relative TL or mtDNAc.

Objective:To establish the prevalence and associated risk factors of Schistosoma mansoni(***) infection among schoolchildren at a village in Wolaita *** Ethiopia,Methods:A cross-sectional study was carried out among primary schoolchildren.A total of 384 randomly selected study subjects provided stool samples for parasitological examination by Kato-Katz and Formalin-Ether concentration *** parasitological data were obtained from Health Center Laboratory to see the previous history *** infection in the *** analysis was performed using SPSS software version ***:From the total children examined.85.4% were found positive for at least one helminth *** infection(81.3% ) was the most prevalent and the prevalence of STH was 32% ..Moderate and heavy infection intensities were only observed in S,mansoni *** overall heavy intensity of infection was 56.4% .Contact to Bisarc stream was the most important factor for *** infection(OR 3.9) followed by herding cattle near the stream(OR2.527).Males were twice more likely to get the infection than females(OR 1.923).Analysis of secondary parasitological data showed that *** infection was a leading helminthic infection over the past ***:The present study found a higher intensity and prevalence of *** infection in a rural village of Wolaita ***,appropriate integrated control and prevention measures need to be implemented in the study area.

Nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide(N/TiO2)nanophotocatalysts were successfully synthesized in the presence of environmentally benign nitrogen dopant source,guanidinium chloride,by the sol-gel *** effect of calcination temperature(300–600℃)on their physicochemical properties was investigated by means XRD,XPS,FESEM,HRTEM,Raman spectroscopy,UV-vis DRS,PL and ***,their photocatalytic activities were evaluated against rhodamine B(RhB)degradation under direct sun *** showed that the crystal phase of spheroidal N/TiO2 nanoparticles was changed from anatase(300℃)to rutile(600℃)via an intermediate anatase/rutile(A/R)mixed phase(400–500℃),and the RhB photodegradation performance was increased with the decrease of the calcination ***,N/TiO2 prepared at 400℃demonstrated the best degradation performance(99%)after 5 h *** enhanced performance with high photostability was mainly attributed to its higher surface area and pore volume,stronger light absorption,and lower recombination *** nanomaterials have practical applications for environmental remediation.

We theoretically investigate the effect of symmetry breaking on the ultrafast plasmon responses of Au nanodisk(ND)dimers by varying the diameter of one of the constituent *** the case of a single ultrafast laser pulse,we demonstrate that the ultrafast responses of Au ND homodimer can be significantly modified due to the effect of symmetry *** symmetric dimer shows a single broad spectral peak,whereas the size-asymmetric dimer shows three spectral *** first system displays at most one temporal maximum and no beats in ultrafast temporal,whereas the second system may have three temporal maxima and two beats due to a combination of broken symmetry and the coherent superposition between various plasmon modes induced by the ultra-short laser ***,the shape of temporal dynamics of the size-asymmetric dimer is significantly deformed due to the excitation of local plasmon modes with different wavelength ***,the decay time of the amplitude of the local field is longer and oscillates with a high frequency due to the narrower linewidth and red-shifted spectral *** show that the ultrafast plasmon responses of both dimers can be controlled by varying the relative phase and time delays between a pair of two *** results will open new paths to understanding ultrafast plasmon responses in asymmetric heterodimers with suitable properties for different applications.

Land allocation has been an important issue in land use planning research *** allocation involves different multifunctional activities of maximizing environmental,economic and social ***-criteria decision making(MCDM)method is the most popular tool to optimize land allocation problems by considering decision variables,conflicting objectives,and ***,decision-makers face problems on how to optimize the land allocation while minimizing the conflicting trade-offs existing in the decision *** this review study,we aim at identifying and extracting information on MCDM methods to solve land allocation problems from English language articles published between 2000 and 2019 and indexed by four scientific literature databases(Web of Science,Science Direct,Scopus,Google scholar).To this end,we applied a systematic literature review approach,*** Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis procedure(Moher et al.,2009),with a structured database search expression.120 articles were selected of which,after careful screening of title,keywords and abstract,69 were retained for detailed *** review study report compiles comprehensive information by classifying the papers into application area,optimization objectives,criteria used,decision techniques,publication year and study *** summary,we found that in the last two decades,the use of the MCDM method has increased,particularly in Europe and ***(analytical hierarchal process)is frequently used for multi-attribute land allocation problems with reference to ecotourism and ecosystem ***(linear programming)and SA(simulating annealing)methods are predominantly used to optimize multi-objectives complex agricultural and forest land allocation problems respectively.
