In the course of the study there were examined cytokine levels of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory activity (IL-1b, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IFN-g, G-GSF), and also the levels of progesterone and estradiol in the blood serum with a view to study the pathogenic characteristics of a chronic inflammatory process of the pelvic organs in remission. It was shown that the remission of the disease is characterized by the significant increase in the concentrations of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-6, IL-8, and also increase of inducers activation of the immune response of the immune response (IL-4 and IFN-g), accompanied by a decrease in the concentration of sex hormones. In women with chronic inflammatory diseases of urogenital sphere in remission tested active immunological process and violation of the synthesis of sex hormones. Revealed changes predispose to the emergence disorders of reproductive health.

In the purpose of studing the pathogenetic features of the pathological process there were investigated cytokine levels with proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory activity, and also the indicators of endothelial dysfunction in blood serum women with moderate and severe preeclampsia. There were found high concentrations of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-8, and vascular endothelial adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-1), which correlated with the severity of the process. Also a significant decrease in concentrations TGF-β2 and IL-10 insevere preeclampsia was indicated, which may testify the exhaustion of adaptive mechanisms and, apparently, can be an additional diagnostic criterion for the prediction and assessment of the severity of the pathological process.

The present paper deals with motion of carbon nanotubes in a temperature gradient field. A determined-static theory of nanosized particles’ thermophores is developed. Analytical expressions for thermophoretic velocity and force of ultramicroheterogeneous particles in a gaseous atmosphere under near-normal conditions are provided. The calculations performed according to the suggested theory, as applied to closed carbon nanotubes, found the value of dimensionless velocity of thermophoresis. In accordance with the proposed hypothesis, Waldman’s limit is achieved, which is expressed in constancy of thermophoretic velocity within the interval of the Knudsen parameter change from 10 to 100. In addition, it is found out that under conditions defined below, velocity of thermophoresis is independent of the length of a carboxylic nanotube. A good agreement with experiments is reached, which makes it possible to assume correspondence of the theory to the physical truth.

Continuous steel strip casting lines in rolling miles are under active *** to high thermal losses the thin strip is cooling down very fast and therefore a sufficient heating system is necessary before final *** induction heaters can realize the necessary fast heating of the strip and a good energy efficiency of *** of induction heating lines for rolling mills are of extremely high power,all even small improvements in their design and operating modes have significant technical and economical ***,the heating lines need an optimal design of the complex induction systems and only numerical simulation is a way to solve the *** two- and threedimensional numerical simulation approaches developed and applied for investigation and design of longitudinal induction heaters are described in the *** numerical models have been successfully used for development of modified coils allowing high efficient heating of thinner strip using the same operating *** electrical impedance of the modified coils has been provided on the level necessary for using the existing power supplies and matching *** high electrical efficiency,the modified coils improve the temperature distribution over the strip width by increased heating of the strip *** optimized and modifies induction coils have been successfully tested in industrial line.

The work is devoted to the choice of optimal parameters of laser controlled thermocracking (LСT) when cutting products with a complex curvilinear contour. With this purpose the LCT mathematical model is considered when a laser beam and coolant transfer from a rectilinear site to a non-rectilinear contour with given radius R. The obtained findings allow proper adjustment of LCT modes to ensure a higher quality of cutting the glass.

The effect of a quartz plate (window) on the silicon wafer temperature is studied in the conditions of the combined thermal transfer in a lamp-based chamber for the rapid thermal treatment (RTP) set up. The chamber for RTP is simulated by a radiative-closed thermal system including the influence of quartz window as a spectral filter of lamp emission and a source of emitted thermal radiation. Energy equations for thermal fluxes involved in the heat input and output from the working wafer and quartz window are solved in spectral approximation. The transfer characteristics that are defined by the temperature dependencies of the silicon wafer and the quartz window on the temperature of the heater are accounted. It is shown that temperature bistability in the silicon wafer initiates an induced bistability into the quartz window that does not reveal bistable behavior because of the linear temperature dependence of its total optical characteristics. A possibility for simulation of the quartz window by spectral restriction of the heater radiation is confirmed. The availability of the weak bistable effect in the mode of zero effective heat exchange coefficient of a non-radiative component of the thermal flux removed from the working wafer has been obtained.
