Using a.preclinica. mouse model where a.ute pa.crea.itis wa. induced by a.ministra. tion of cerulein （a.cholecystokinin a.a.og derived from the tree frog Litoria.ca.rulea., the a.thors reported tha. the p38 Ma.K inhibitor SB203580, a.ministered intra. peritonea.ly before a.d a.ter the first a.ministra.ion of cerulein, relieved signs a.socia.ed with a.ute pa.crea.itis, including decrea.ed HSP60 a.d HSP70 expression, a.d serum IL-6, a.yla.e a.d lipa.e a.tivities. a.though the study rema.ns descriptive a.d pha.ma.odyna.ic a.pects were not exa.ined in depth, it still ha. a.merit a. it undoubtedly provides a.ba.is for further investiga.ion into the potentia. utility of ta.geting p38 signa.ing for a.ute pa.crea.itis, a.common serious condition tha. ca. be life-threa.ening.

＜正＞Ba.kground: Thera.eutic ma.a.ement a.d prevention of most solid tumors ha. been ha.pered by the la.k of relia.le bioma.kers for ea.ly detection a.d trea.ment monitoring. Hea. a.d neck squa.ous cell ca.cinoma.（HNSCC）, which represents the sixth most common ca.se of ca.cer dea.hs worldwide, is no exception. HNSCC development a.d progression is controlled by a.complex intera.tion between the host, tumor cells, a.d tumor surrounding microenvironment supporting tha. a.combina.ion of ma.kers is needed to identify a.clinica.ly useful bioma.kers for ea.ly detection. In this presenta.ion, I will summa.ize a.comprehensive proteomic study for bioma.ker discovery using serum from mice bea.ing surgica. specimens from pa.ients with inva.ive a.d non - inva.ive HNSCC, a. well a. from conditioned cell culture medium from ca.cer cells isola.ed from ma.ched tissues. The clinica. implica.ion of va.ida.ed bioma.kers will be ***: Ora. squa.ous cell ca.cinoma., with distinct inva.ive phenotypes, a.d a.ja.ent norma. tissue were resected from huma. pa.ients, subjected to microdissection to sepa.a.e norma. from ca.cer tissues a.d then tra.spla.ted orthotopic into tongues of Ra. - 2/y（c） mice or used to esta.lish ma.ched cell lines. a.ter a.20% weight loss, the mice were sa.rificed by exsa.guina.ions. Two distinct proteomic protocols were used to a.a.yze the mouse serum. The first involved a.bumin depletion followed by two - dimensiona. gel electrophoresis a.d Ma.DI. The second a.m utilized the sa.e a.bumin depletion followed by multidimensiona. - protein - informa.ion - technology （ESI - LC a.d MS/MS）. The top ca.dida.e proteins, which were differentia.ly expressed in the ca.cer bea.ing mice compa.ed to ma.ched controls were then va.ida.ed by ELISa. Western blot a.d immunoconfoca. a.sa.s, a.d immuno-histochemistry using serums versus ca.cer tissues a.d ma.ched ca.cer cell lines. The va.ia.ions in both precipita.ion a.d tempera.ure ha.e fa.-rea.hing effects on a.ricultura. a.tivities a.d the a.cessibility of wa.er resources. These clima.ic pa.a.eters a.e pivota. in determining the a.a.la.ility of both groundwa.er a.d surfa.e wa.er for a.ricultura. use. The a.m of this study wa. to eva.ua.e the va.ia.ions in clima.e pa.a.eters, focusing on precipita.ion a.d tempera.ure, a.ongside cha.ges in cultiva.ed la.d a.ea.a.d crop yields in the Ta.la.a.ea.(Béni Mella. Khénifra.region, Morocco);a.ditiona.ly, our resea.ch looks a. the cha.ges in wa.er inflow into two da.s a.d four a.uifers. Trends were a.sessed over the period of 2010-2020 using the sta.da.dized precipita.ion index (SPI) method, a. well a. the pa.a.etric regression method a.d nonpa.a.etric Ma.n-Kenda.l a.d Sen’s slope test. This a.a.ysis ca. be a.prelimina.y step in demonstra.ing the effects of clima.e va.ia.ility on wa.er resource a.a.la.ility a.d its a.verse impa.ts on a.riculture in the region. The results showed a.decrea.ing trend for some yield crops despite the increa.e in the cultiva.ed a.ea. The results of the groundwa.er levels a.d inflow da.s showed a.significa.t upwa.d evolution. The a.a.ysis of the obta.ned SPI va.ues a.d tempera.ures ha. revea.ed a.nota.le a.d consistent upwa.d trendencies. This upwa.d tra.ectory indica.es tha. both the SPI va.ues, which reflect precipita.ion pa.terns a.d the tempera.ures, ha.e been on the rise over the exa.ined period. These results prompt reflection on the effects of clima.e va.ia.ility on wa.er resources in the region a.d economic a.tivities, pa.ticula.ly a.riculture.

a. ethnobota.ica. survey wa. conducted in the city of Meknès over a.period of two yea.s, from 2009 to 2011 with 1000 people (615 women, 385 men). Through the questionna.re, schedules were esta.lished to collect informa.ion on the use of thera.eutic medicina. pla.ts by the loca. popula.ion. This resea.ch ha. focused prima.ily on the genera. popula.ion, herba.ists a.d hea.ers. The present investiga.ion ha. enumera.ed 194 species distributed in 165 genera.a.d 72 fa.ilies. The most represented fa.ilies a.e La.ia.ea. (18%), the a.era.ea., (17%), the a.ia.ea. (14%) a.d the Fa.a.ea. (10%). The results of the survey show tha. 54% of individua.s use both herba. medicine a.d modern medicine, 26% of individua.s use herbs a.d 20% use modern medicine. We a.e interested in the use of pla.ts in different a.es a.d sexes. We report tha. 31% of the popula.ion is a.ed between 51 a.d 60 yea.s, 29% between 41 a.d 50 yea.s, 23% between 31 a.d 40 yea.s, 10% between 21 a.d 30 yea.s, 3% less tha. 20 yea.s a.d 4 % > 60 yea.s. We note the predomina.ce of women over men. Women use up to 61% a.a.nst 39% of men. The a.a.ysis of our results shows tha. herba. medicine ta.es a.pla.e in the self-medica.ion of the popula.ion studied. However, we empha.ize a. importa.t point: Ignora.ce of toxic pla.ts, in fa.t, only 19% of the ta.get popula.ion recognizes these pla.ts.
