Kikuchi-Fujimoto病(KFD),又称为组织坏死性淋巴结炎,是儿童的一种自限性疾病.一些研究表明其病因与微生物有关.既往研究显示,特定病原体的存在与临床、病理以及实验室检查结果之间没有明确关联.采用基于PCR的分子检测在KFD淋巴结组织中检测并鉴定分枝杆菌、疱疹病毒和细小病毒B19的DNA.收集2001~2010年间福尔马林固定后石蜡包埋的KFD淋巴结活检标本153例.在19例(12.4%)组织中检测到分支杆菌DNA,包括Mycobacterium intracellulare, M. avium, M. smegmatis, M. abscessus, M. conceptionense, M. riyadhense, ***和M. monacense各1例; M. fortuitum, M. kansasii和M. mucogenicum各2例以及未明确的其他分枝杆菌5例. PCR方法也检测到10例(6.5%)细小病毒B19, 3例(2%) EBV, 1例(0.6%) CMV, 1例(0.6%) HHV-6, 1例(0.6%)HHV-7和5例(3.3%) HHV-8.本研究结果确定了KFD淋巴结组织中分枝杆菌以及病毒特异DNA的存在,但其临床以及病理学相关性未明.本研究是目前最大的采用覆盖分枝杆菌以及病毒病原体的分子技术的KFD研究.

Late Neoproterozoic adakitic magmatism within the Eastern Arabian Nubian shield has been dated at633.2±9.0 Ma(2σ).These magnas intrude the forearc Ad Dawadimi Basin,which is composed of metapelitic schists and greywacke along with ophiolitic melanges of boninitic affinity which underwent inversion and deformation by^620 *** adakitic magmatism,while intruding parts of the Ad Dawadimi Basin,predates this deformation,but is possibly coincident with basin *** adakitic magmatism requires melting of an amphibolite or eclogitic source,empirical and experimental constraints require anomalously hot supra-subduction zone *** that this magmatism immediately predates basin inversion,these magmas possibly pinpoint the timing of the slab breaking,marking the terminal stages of arc magmatism,terrane accretion and the influx of hot oceanic asthenospheric *** influx of hot asthenospheric mantle may also be responsible for postcolltsional A-type magmatism.

Background Acute myocardial infarction （AMI） is a common cause of heart failure （HF）, which can develop soon after AMI and may persist or resolve or develop late. HF after an MI is a major source of mortality. The cumulative incidence, prevalence and resolution of HF after MI in different age groups are poorly described. This study describes the natural history of HF after AMI according to age. Methods Patients with AMI during 1998 were identified from hospital records. HF was defined as treatment of symptoms and signs of HF with loop diuretics and was considered to have resolved if loop diuretic therapy could be stopped without recurrence of symptoms. Patients were cate- gorised into those aged 〈 65 years, 65-75 years, and 〉 75 years. Results Of 896 patients, 311,297 and 288 were aged 〈 65, 65-75 and 〉75 years and of whom 24%, 57% and 82% had died respectively by December 2005. Of these deaths, 24 （8%）, 68 （23%） and 107 （37%） oc- curred during the index admission, many associated with acute HF. A further 37 （12%）, 63 （21%） and 82 （29%） developed HF that persisted until discharge, of whom 15, 44 and 62 subsequently died. After discharge, 53 （24%）, 55 （40%） and 37 （47%） patients developed I-IF for the first time, of whom 26%, 62% and 76% subsequently died. Death was preceded by the development of HF in 35 （70%）, 93 （91%） and 107 （85%） in aged 〈 65 years, 65-75 years and 〉75 years, respectively. Conclusions The risk of developing HF and of dying after an MI in- creases progressively with age. Regardless of age, most deaths after a MI are preceded by the development of HF.

LegHb mRNAs isolated from 2 to 10-week old alfalfa nodules are actively translated in vitro to give a full component of legHb products suggesting that legHb genes, once expressed, are not regulated at the transcription level during the lifetime of a nodule. In vitro translation studies with legHb mRNAs from 10-week old nodules indicate that translation of mRNAs is partially inhibited by addition of alfalfa legHb components themselves and is not promoted by addition of myoglobin and hemoglobin as compared with those of alfalfa legHb mRNAs isolated from 4-week old nodules. This intimates that the regulation of alfalfa legHb synthesis in old nodules at the translation level is weakened.

The soursat metamorphic complex （sMC） in northwestern Iran is part of the sanandaj- sirjan metamorphic belt. The complex is composed of different metamorphic and plutonic rocks, but is dominated by metapelites composed of garnet, staurolite, kyanite, fibrolite, cordierite, and andalusite. Porphyroblasts in schists have the same fabric, and three stages of schistosity are present. The internal schistosity （sn） inclusion trails are also offset by conjugate sets of extensional schistosity （sn＋l） and a second （sn＋2） that crenulates （sn＋l）. Polyphase metamorphisms are present in the complex. Garnet, staurolite, kyanite, and fibrolite assemblage preserves conditions during the M1 metamorphic event. This assemblage yields a P-t estimate of 645±11℃ and 6.5±0.5 kbar. Other samples of the central part of sMC contain cordierite and andalusite （M2） overgrowth that yields a P- t estimate of 532±33℃ and 2.1±1.1 kbar.

spontaneous combustion of coal is a problem that affects the mining operation and generates environ-mental,economic,social and geotechnical *** phenomenon has been divided into two pro-cesses:ignition and *** propagation develops in coal seams because of a set of factors such as direction and wind speed,fracturing and *** this work,heat transfer and chemical kinetics are studied from conservation equations of energy and species,respectively,using the software COMsOL Multiphysics to simulate the propagation of fires in coal *** possible scenarios were analyzed that usually occur in the walls of the coal seams,such as fire focus and fire complete *** was found that the propagation kinetics of the fire changes depending on the temperature,the fractur-ing of rock mass and the area of fire *** temperature values lower than 300℃,there is con-sumption around 250 cm^3/h,values around 700℃,the consumption is 1500 cm^3/h,and for fires of 1200℃ have values of 3000 cm^3/*** on the speed of propagation can vary from 4 to 17cm/day,considering on the level and fracturing of the final wall of the open pit.

The Information in frequency domain was deducted by a discrete Fourier transforms. The modal information of the fluid-structure interaction in internal flows was analyzed. The dispersive and dissipative term in a fully coupled manner can be treated. The method has been validated by comparison with an exact analytical solution, with the results obtained by discrete Fourier transform and an analysis using the method of characteristics as well as with measured data from a laboratory apparatus.
