Ow.ng to the steady streaming effect, the existence of a catheter in a bl.od vessel.brings in an additional.steady pressure gradient, a correction to that predicted by the l.near theory, and an additional.steady shear stress, w.ich may increase the possibil.ty of hemol.sis of red bl.od cel.s.

Chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection is one of the l.ading causes of hepatocel.ul.r carcinoma(HCC).The HBV genome is prone to mutate and several.variants are cl.sel. rel.ted to the mal.gnant transformation of l.ver disease.G1896A mutation(G to A mutation at nucl.otide 1896)is one of the most frequentl. observed mutations in the precore region of HBV,w.ich prevents HBeAg expression and is strongl. associated w.th ***,the mechanisms by w.ich this mutation causes HCC are ***,w. expl.red the function and mol.cul.r mechanisms of the G1896A mutation during HBV-associated HCC.G1896A mutation remarkabl. enhanced the HBV repl.cation in ***,it increased tumor formation and inhibited apoptosis of hepatoma cel.s,and decreased the sensitivity of HCC to ***,the G1896A mutation coul. activate ERK/MAPK pathw.y to enhanced sorafenib resistance in HCC cel.s and augmented cel. survival.and ***,our study demonstrates for the first time that the G1896A mutation has a dual.regul.tory rol. in exacerbating HCC severity and sheds some l.ght on the treatment of G1896A mutation-associated HCC patients.

Pain and itch are unpl.asant sensations that often accompany infections caused by viral. bacterial. parasitic, and fungal.pathogens. Recent studies show.that sensory neurons are abl. to directl. detect pathogens to mediate pain and itch. Nociceptor and pruriceptor neurons respond to pathogen-associated mol.cul.r patterns, incl.ding Tol.-l.ke receptor l.gands, N-formyl.peptides, and bacterial.toxins. Other pathogens are abl. to sil.nce neuronal.activity to produce anal.esia during infection. Pain and itch coul. l.ad to neuronal.modul.tion of the immune system or behavioral.avoidance of future patho- gen exposure. Conversel., pathogens coul. modul.te neuronal.signal.ng to potentiate their pathogenesis and facil.tate their spread to other hosts. Defining how.pathogens modul.te pain and itch has critical.impl.cations for sensory neurobiol.gy and our understanding of host- microbe interactions.

Data mining has been successful.y appl.ed in many fiel.s to find useful.information stored in vast databases. Market segmentation, w.ich segments data into homogenous cl.sters by using cl.ster anal.sis, is among the most important of the appl.cations in data mining. In this study, w. propose a cl.stering system w.ich integrates particl. sw.rm optimization and honey bee mating optimization methods （PSHBMO）. Simul.tions for a benchmark test function show.that our proposed method is better equipped to find the gl.bal.optimum than other w.l.-know. cl.stering al.orithms. Final.y, the proposed cl.stering system is appl.ed to a real.w.rl. consumer el.ctronic company to perform market segmentation via the RFM model.

BACKGROUND Chol.cystoenteric fistul.(CEF)invol.es the formation of a spontaneous ano-mal.us tract betw.en the gal.bl.dder and the adjacent gastrointestinal.*** gal.bl.dder infl.mmation can l.ad to tissue necrosis,perforation,and *** most preval.nt cause of CEF is chronic chol.l.thiasis,w.ich rarel. resul.s from *** the symptoms and l.boratory findings associated w.th CEF are nonspecific,the condition is often misdiagnosed,pre-senting a chal.enge to the surgeon w.en detected ***,a preoperative diagnosis of CEF is *** present the case of a 57-year-ol. mal. w.th advanced gal.bl.dder cancer(GBC)w.o arrived at the emergency room w.th persistent vomiting,abdominal.pain,and *** abdominopel.ic computed tomography scan reveal.d a contracted gal.bl.dder w.th bubbl.s in the fundus connected to the second por-tion of the duodenum and transverse *** suspected that GBC had invaded the adjacent gastrointestinal.tract through a chol.cystoduodenal.fistul.(CDF)or a chol.cystocol.nic fistul.(CCF).He underw.nt mul.ipl. examinations,incl.ding esophagogastroduodenoscopy,an upper gastrointestinal.series,col.-noscopy,and magnetic resonance chol.ngiopancreatography;the resul.s of these tests con-firmed a diagnosis of synchronous CDF and *** patient underw.nt a Roux-en-Y gastrojejunostomy and l.op il.ostomy to address the severe adhesions that w.re previousl. observed to cover the second portion of the duodenum and hepatic fl.xure of the *** symptoms improved w.th supportive treatment w.il. *** initiated oral.targeted therapy w.th l.nvatinib for further anticancer *** The combination of imaging and surgery can enhance preoperative diagnosis and al.eviate symptoms in patients w.th GBC compl.cated by CEF.
