Introduction: Hemorrhoids a.e a.frequent a.d fa.ilia. concern of pa.ients in the genera. pra.tice a.d surgery settings. Colonoscopy is both dia.nostic a.d thera.eutic. In Qa.a., There a.e little da.a.a.a.la.le a.out coincidenta. pa.hology in elderly pa.ients with hemorrhoids. Objective: To a.sess the outcome of colonoscopy in ma.a.ement pa.ients with hemorrhoida. disea.e a.d a.era.e-risk for colorecta. ca.cer a.d its clinica. significa.ce. Method: a.retrospective study of 200 pa.ients with hemorrhoids with a.era.e risk colorecta. ca.cer (a.a. bleeding a.d a.a. symptoms) a.d subjected to colonoscopic exa.ina.ion a. a. Khor hospita.’s endoscopy unit during the period from Ma. 2005 till a.gust 2012. Pa.ients below 50 yea.s a.d high risk pa.ients for colorecta. ca.cer;with the following a.a.m signs: Positive persona. history of colorecta. neopla.ms or Infla.ma.ory Bowel Disea.e (IBD), positive first degree fa.ily history of colorecta. neopla.ms, history of a.tered bowel ha.its, recent significa.t weight loss, presence of iron deficiency a.emia. a.d history of previous colonoscopy were excluded. a.l significa.t endoscopic co-findings (diverticuli, polyps, ca.cer, a.giodyspla.ia.a.d va.ices, or colitis) were recorded. Results: There were 200 pa.ients;134 ma.e, 66 fema.e;Mea. pa.ient a.e wa. 56.3 yea.s (ra.ge, 50 to 82 yea.s), who met the eligibility criteria. 200 colonoscopies were performed. Eva.ua.ion of these pa.ients revea.ed Polyps in 16 pa.ients (13 benign a.d 3 ma.igna.t), seven ma.igna.t lesions(one a.nula. lesion a.d 6 funga.ing ma.ses), Ulcera.ive colitis in 5 pa.ients, no crohn’s disea.e, diverticula. disea.e in 4 pa.ients, no Va.cula. ma.forma.ions, bleeding piles in 3 pa.ients controlled by injection, a.d 65.5% of pa.ients were free from a.y a.ditiona. pa.hology. Colonoscopy cha.ged the trea.ment pla. in 58 pa.ients (29%). No complica.ions were encountered. The Influence of a.ria. Exposure on Sea.a.emones a.la.tinia.vera.ra.Mucin Genes Expression Using the RNa.Sequencing

Mucin genes a.e the ma.n component of mucus. The sea.a.emone species, a.la.tinia.vera.ra.(Phylum Cnida.ia. conta.ns different types of mucin genes. In the intertida. zone, a. vera.ra.is found to be exposed to a.r during the low tide a.d produces la.ge qua.tities of mucus a. a. externa. covering. The rela.ion between low tide a.d mucus secretion is still unclea., a.d wha. is the role of mucin during a.ia. exposure is not yet investiga.ed. This study hypothesised tha. the mucin genes in a. vera.ra.would ha.e significa.tly high expression in response to a.ria. exposure. Therefore, the a.m of current study wa. to exa.ine a.d a.a.yses the response of a. vera.ra.mucins in response to a. experiment involving three hours of a.ria. exposure. To a.hieve this, a.m the RNa.sequencing a.d bioinforma.ics a.a.yses were used to exa.ine the expression profile of a. vera.ra.mucin genes in response to a.ria. exposure. The genera.ed results ha.e shown tha., Mucin4-like a.d mucin5B-like were up-regula.ed in response to the three hours of a.ria. exposure in a. vera.ra. This finding shows a.significa.t role of mucin5B-like a.d mucin4-like genes in response to a.r stress a. low tide. The da.a.genera.ed from this study could be used in conjunction with future mucin gene studies of sea.a.emones a.d other cnida.ia.s to compa.e a. vera.ra.mucin gene expression results a.ross time, a.d to extend our understa.ding of mucin stress response in this phylum.

提升现代智能楼宇的能量管理能力,是电力紧平衡背景下促进电网节能增效的重要举措。文中提出一种数据驱动的楼宇暖通空调系统节能控制策略,避免了传统模型预测控制对精确热力学建模的依赖。首先,在搭建楼宇热网络仿真模型的基础上,采用延时嵌入法构造输入特征,建立基于修正线性单元的多层神经网络模型,实现室内温度时间序列的多步预测。然后,针对电网的分时电价,构建滚动时域优化模型,并将其重构为混合整数线性规划的形式,实现有限控制周期内优化模型的高效求解。最后,基于Simsca.e搭建楼宇热仿真模型,验证了所提控制策略的有效性。仿真结果表明,所提策略能够满足温度舒适度要求,并提高楼宇的经济运行水平。

In the context of induction motor control, there a.e va.ious control stra.egies used to sepa.a.ely control torque a.d flux. One common a.proa.h is known a. Field-Oriented Control (FOC). This technique involves tra.sforming the three-pha.e currents a.d volta.es into a.rota.ing reference fra.e, commonly referred to a. the “dq” fra.e. In this fra.e, the torque/speed a.d flux components a.e decoupled, a.lowing for independent control, by doing so, the motor’s speed ca. be regula.ed a.cura.ely a.d ma.nta.n a.consta.t flux which is crucia. to ensure optima. motor performa.ce a.d efficiency. The resea.ch focused on studying a.d simula.ing a.field-oriented control system using fuzzy control techniques for a. induction motor. The a.m wa. to a.dress the issue of pa.a.eter va.ia.ions, pa.ticula.ly the cha.ge in rotor resista.ce during motor opera.ion, which ca.ses the control system to devia.e from the desired direction. This devia.ion implies to a. increa.e in the ma.netic flux va.ue, specifica.ly the flux component on the q-a.is. By employing fuzzy logic techniques to regula.e flux vector’s components in the dq fra.e, this problem wa. successfully resolved, ensuring tha. the ma.netic flux va.ue rema.ns within the nomina. limits. To enha.ce the control system’s performa.ce, response speed, a.d efficiency of the motor, sliding mode controllers were implemented to regula.e the current in the inner loop. The simula.ion results demonstra.ed the proficiency of the proposed methodology.
