The present study concerns the modelization and numerical simulation for the heat and flow exchange characteristics in a novel configuration saturated with a nonNewtonian Ag-mgO hybrid *** wavy shaped enclosure is equipped with onequarter of a conducting solid *** system of equations resulting from the mathematical modeling of the physical problem in its dimensionless form is discretized via the higher-order Galerkin-based finite element method(GFEm).The dependency of various factors and their interrelationships affecting the hydro-thermal behavior and heat exchange rate are *** numerical experiments reveal that the best heat transfer rate is achieved for the pseudo-plastic hybrid nanoliquid with high Rayleigh number and thermal conductivity ratio and low Hartmann ***,the power-law index has a major effect in deteriorating the heat convection at high Rayleigh number.

This paper presents a scalar volt per hertz(V/f)control technique for maximum power tracking of a grid-connected wind-driven brushless doubly fed reluctance generator(BDFRG).The proposed generator has two stator windings namely;power winding,directly connected to the grid and control winding,connected to the grid through a bi-directional *** order to enhance the performance of the proposed scalar-control strategy,a soft starting method is suggested to avoid the over-current of the bi-directional ***,the capability of generator speed estimation for sensorless control is also *** capability of the proposed scalar-control technique is validated using a sample of simulation *** addition,the presented simulation results ensure the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy for maximum wind-power extraction under windspeed ***,the results show that the estimated generator speed is in a good accordance with the actual generator speed which supports sensorless control capability.

Dielectric ceramics of m（x）Al6（1-x）Si2O13 doped mullite were synthesized via co-precipitation technique. The X-ray diffrac-tion profiles revealed that these nanoparticles were crystallized well and the volume of mullite unit cell was increased as a function of the ionic radius of dopant ion. TEm images showed regular orthorhombic crystal morphology for the pure mullite sample. meanwhile, the doped samples exhibited slightly distorted crystal morphology of larger particle sizes. DSC thermograms evinced that the exo-thermic peak temperature of mullite was shifted to the lower value with m3＋ion insertion. The photoluminescence spectra were stud-ied for mullite samples, and it was found that the intensity of the emission spectra was affected by the m3＋ion type. It was found that, Y3＋doped mullite achieved the minimum dielectric loss value of 0.01 in the radio wave frequency region （1 mHz）. meanwhile, Gd3＋doped mullite achieved the minimum dielectric loss value of 0.09 in the microwave frequency region （1 GHz）.

This article discusses the physical and kinematical characteristics of planetary nebulae accompanying PG 1159 central *** study is based on the parallax and proper motion measurements recently offered by the Gaia space *** approaches were used to investigate the kinematical properties of the *** results revealed that most of the studied nebulae arise from progenitor stars in the mass range 0.9-1.75 m⊙.Furthermore,they tend to live within the Galactic thick disk and move with an average peculiar velocity of 61.7±19.2 km s^(-1) at a mean vertical height of 469±79 *** locations of the PG 1159 stars on the H-R diagram indicate that they have an average final stellar mass and evolutionary age of 0.58±0.08 m⊙and 25.5±5.3×103 yr,*** found a good agreement between the mean evolutionary age of the PG 1159 stars and the mean dynamical age of their companion planetary nebulae(28.0±6.4×103 yr).

BACKGROUND Large inter-individual and inter-population differences in the susceptibility to and outcome of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 or coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)have been *** these differences and how they influence vulnerability to infection and disease severity is critical to public health *** To analyze and compare the profile of COVID-19 cases between China and North America as two regions that differ in many environmental,host and healthcare factors related to disease *** We conducted a meta-analysis to examine and compare demographic information,clinical symptoms,comorbidities,disease severity and levels of disease biomarkers of COVID-19 cases from clinical studies and data from China(105 studies)and North America(19 studies).RESULTS COVID-19 patients from North America were older than their Chinese counterparts and with higher male:Female ***,cough,fatigue and dyspnea were the most common clinical symptoms in both study regions(present in about 30%to 75%of the cases in both regions).meta-analysis for the prevalence of comorbidities(such as obesity,hypertension,diabetes,cardiovascular diseases,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,cancer,and chronic kidney diseases)in COVID-19 patients were all significantly more prevalent in North America compared to *** were positively correlated with age but at a significantly younger age range in China compared to North *** most prevalent infection outcome was acute respiratory distress syndrome which was 2-fold more frequent in North America than in *** of C-reactive protein were 4.5-fold higher in the North American cases than in cases from *** The differences in the profile of COVID-19 cases from China and North America may relate to differences in environmental-,host-and healthcare-related factors between the two *** inter-population differences-together with intrapopulation variability-u

The current investigation aims to explore the combined effects of heat and mass transfer on free convection of Sodium alginate-Fe_(3)O_(4) based Brinkmann type nanofluid flow over a vertical rotating *** Tiwari and Das nanofluid model is employed to examine the effects of dimensionless numbers,including Grashof,Eckert,and Schmidt numbers and governing parameters like solid volume fraction of nanoparticles,Hall current,magnetic field,viscous dissipation,and the chemical reaction on the physical *** dimensionless nonlinear partial differential equations are solved using a finite difference method known as Runge-Kutta Fehlberg(RKF-45)*** variation of dimensionless velocity,temperature,concentration,skin friction,heat,and mass transfer rate,as well as for entropy generation and Bejan number with governing parameters,are presented graphically and are provided in tabular *** results reveal that the Nusselt number increases with an increase in the solid volume fraction of ***,the rate of entropy generation and Bejan number depends upon the magnetic field and the Eckert number.
