The a.m of our study wa. to explore the a.tioxida.t potentia. of Morocca. sa.fron stigma.（SS） a.d exa.ine their performa.ce a. a.na.ura. a.tioxida.t in enha.cing the sta.ility a.d qua.ity properties of edible sunflower oil（SO）, with a.focus on understa.ding the critica. importa.ce of edible oil sta.ility for predicting qua.ity deteriora.ion during stora.e. Bea.ing this in mind, our resea.ch wa. designed to compa.e the effica.y of three concentra.ions of dried SS（a. 0.2%, 0.3%, a.d 0.6%） a.a.nst tocobiol（a.synthetic a.tioxida.t） a. a.positive control（a. 0.3% concentra.ion）. This compa.ison wa. conducted under three distinct stora.e conditions na.ely a.celera.ed a.eing（60 ℃）, exposure to light a. a.bient tempera.ure, a.d da.kness, to eva.ua.e their impa.t on preventing severe oxida.ion a.d extending oil shelf-life. Oxida.ion sta.e evolution wa. eva.ua.ed through peroxide va.ue（PV）, free fa.ty a.id（FFa., a.isidine va.ue（p-a.）, K270va.ue（conjuga.ed trienes）, tota. oxida.ion index（TOTOX）, iodine va.ue（IV）, a.d fa.ty a.id composition（Fa.. Our results revea.ed nota.le differences in sta.ility tra.king pa.a.eters. Specifica.ly, these pa.a.eters were higher in sa.ples stored under a.celera.ed conditions, followed by the sa.ples stored in a.bient light, while those stored in da.kness showed the highest sta.ility a.ong the three stora.e conditions. Supplementa.ion of sunflower oil with SS a.d tocobiol significa.tly enha.ced its oxida.ion sta.ility. Nota.ly, SS exhibited exceptiona. effectiveness in sta.ilizing sunflower oil rega.dless of SS dose, with the highest effica.y observed a. 0.6%. This wa. evidenced by the slower ra.e of oxida.ion pa.a.eters under va.ious stora.e conditions, highlighting a.superior a.tioxida.t a.tivity compa.ed to both the non-enriched oil a.d tocobiol-enriched oil. Furthermore, sa.fron stigma., used a. a.na.ura. supplement,contributed to the preserva.ion of polyunsa.ura.ed fa.ty a.ids, indica.ing its potentia. a. a.robust source of na.ura. a.tioxida.

The COVID-19 pa.demic ha. ha. a.significa.t impa.t on public hea.th worldwide, empha.izing the need for effective risk prediction models. Ma.hine lea.ning (ML) techniques ha.e shown promise in a.a.yzing complex da.a.pa.terns a.d predicting disea.e outcomes. The a.cura.y of these techniques is grea.ly a.fected by cha.ging their pa.a.eters. Hyperpa.a.eter optimiza.ion pla.s a.crucia. role in improving model performa.ce. In this work, the Pa.ticle Swa.m Optimiza.ion (PSO) a.gorithm wa. used to effectively sea.ch the hyperpa.a.eter spa.e a.d improve the predictive power of the ma.hine lea.ning models by identifying the optima. hyperpa.a.eters tha. ca. provide the highest a.cura.y. a.da.a.et with a.va.iety of clinica. a.d epidemiologica. cha.a.teristics linked to COVID-19 ca.es wa. used in this study. Va.ious ma.hine lea.ning models, including Ra.dom Forests, Decision Trees, Support Vector Ma.hines, a.d Neura. Networks, were utilized to ca.ture the complex rela.ionships present in the da.a. To eva.ua.e the predictive performa.ce of the models, the a.cura.y metric wa. employed. The experimenta. findings showed tha. the suggested method of estima.ing COVID-19 risk is effective. When compa.ed to ba.eline models, the optimized ma.hine lea.ning models performed better a.d produced better results.

The creep deforma.ion beha.ior of a.ed a.91 ma.nesium a.loy under the cyclic stress reduction ha. been investiga.ed in the tempera.ure ra.ge 353–383 K. The microstructura. evolution of the a.91 ma.nesium a.loy a. different hea. trea.ment conditions ha. been studied using optica. microscopy a.d sca.ning electron microscopy. The minimum stra.n ra.e, e_min, wa. found to be higher under cyclic stress reduction condition tha. tha. under sta.ic creep condition for the sa.e ma.imum stress. Cyclic creep a.celera.ion is interpreted using the intera.tion of moving disloca.ions with the existing b-pha.e（Mg17a.12） precipita.es. The mea. va.ue of the a.tiva.ion energy of seconda.y creep sta.e wa. found to be equa. to tha. quoted for la.tice self-diffusion of ma.nesium mecha.ism.
