金属基纳米粒子及纳米复合材料的生化法制备及其应用研究

由于工业的快速发展,水中微生物对传统药物具有很强的耐药性,从而造成水污染的加剧,因此当前我们迫切需要一种新的药剂和方法来应对这一难题。本论文设计了一种高活性纳米金属粒子和纳米复合材料的绿色制备方法,与传统合成方法相比,该方法具有成本低、收益高,操作简单、安全可靠等优点。本文的主要研究内容有三部分.(Ⅰ)利用石榴皮提取物作为封端和稳定剂制备高活性FeNPs纳米颗粒。为了获得最佳活性,使用不同量的提取物(20 mL,40 mL和60 mL)优化了 FeNPs纳米颗粒的形态和大小,并研究了生物基铁纳米颗粒的大小对其抗菌活性的影响。研究结果表明,植物提取物用量对纳米材料的形态、大小和分散度起着十分重要的作用。用40mL果皮提取物和15 mol/L FeC13 6H20溶液制备的纳米颗粒粒度小且分散度高。FT-IR分析发现,果皮中的化学物质对于降低铁纳米颗粒的粒度、提高其稳定性具有重要的作用。论文用SEM、UV-Vis、XRD、EDS等分析测试技术对FeNPs的性能进行了分析表征,发现所合成的FeNPs作为抗铜绿假单胞菌的抗菌剂表现出了很强的抗菌性,抗菌活性最佳为22(最佳为现优化后的铁。此外,研究发现,生物基FeNPs表现出了惊人的ROS特性,它没有溶血活性,说明其具有很好的生物相容性。(Ⅱ)利用金合欢属植物叶提取物制备PdNPs,通过UV-Vis、FTIR、XRD、HRTEM、SEM和EDS等手段对样品进行了分析表征。研究发现该植物中的化学物质对于PdNPs的形成及稳定性具有重要作用,所得样品PdNPs具有较好的结晶度,为小尺寸的球状颗粒。使用15 mL植物提取物制备的PdNPs对大肠杆菌具有很强的抗菌活性,18 mm直径的抑制区明显优于使用10 mL和20 mL植物提取物合成的PdNPs(分别为12 mm和14 mm抑制区)。MIC(即0.062mg/mL),ROS,溶血风险测试和抗氧化活性(即86%捕获DPPH)分析结果进一步确定了 PdNP的抗菌性能和生物相容性.(Ⅲ)提出了一种新颖、简单、绿色的制备Pd@ZnO复合纳米粒子的方法,通过加入不同量的斑茅植物提取物可以抑制或阻止纳米颗粒的聚集。通过对水溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附效率以及光催化还原有机染料(亚甲基蓝)的活性评估Pd@ZnO纳米复合粒子的性能。结果表明Pd@ZnO对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附受pH影响较大,Cr(Ⅵ)的脱除率随着pH的变化而变化,其吸附等温线与Langmuir,Freundlich和Flory-Huggins模型相吻合;另外,Pd@ZnO纳米复合粒子具有良好光催化性和重复使用性。Pd@ZnO纳米粒子对亚甲蓝具有很好的光催化降解活性,4次重复利用亚甲蓝的降解率仍可达95%以上.

Objective:Baccalaureate degree curricula consist of several professional values required for nursing students,which are taught in many *** study aimed to explore the perception of baccalaureate Jordanian nursing students regarding professional values and to assess the relationship between students’demographics and their perception of professional ***:The study design was a descriptive,cross-sectional correlational design.A convenience sample of 182 Jordanian undergraduate nursing students enrolled at one of the most prominent universities in Jordan who completed and submitted a self-administered Nurses’Professional Values Scale(NPVS)was considered for this ***:The NPVS total score ranged from 37 to 130,with a relatively high total score mean(99.68 with a mean of 3.83 out of 5).The highest score domain in NPVS was“Justice”with a mean of 3.97,while the lowest ranked domain was“Activism”with a mean of *** correlation coefficient showed no statistically significant correlation between age nor accumulative students’average with a total score of Nurses Professional Values Scale-revised(NPVS-R)and its *** t test results showed that gender and type of students’enrollment(regular ***)did not affect the means of NPVS-R and its *** differences were found to be statistically significant between the means of first year students and fourth year students in the total score of ***:Findings of the study alert nursing educators to pay more attention to the importance of promoting the values related to“activism”and“professionalism”among nursing *** for enhancing the roles of peer supervision and providing peer review to colleagues would contribute to improving nursing students’performance and raising self-awareness because when nursing educators pay more attention to the items of these domains,better future nursing professionals,leaders,and researchers can be ***,understanding nursin

巴基斯坦易受气候变化的影响,极端气候条件给粮食安全带来了巨大威胁。本文使用1960年至2020年的时间序列数据,利用ARDL方法对气候变量(如降雨、二氧化碳排放、土地、平均、最高和最低温度)影响农业生产的方向与程度进行实证检验。格兰杰因果检验表明,气候变量对农业生产存在单向因果关系。此外,实证分析表明,温度和二氧化碳对农业生产产生了显著的积极影响,即温度、降雨量、二氧化碳排放量是刺激农业生产的关键投入。当我们将平均、最高和最低温度、降雨量、二氧化碳排放量作为气候变化变量扩充基本模型时,结果表明二氧化碳排放量、平均、最高和最低温度显着影响农业生产,降雨量、土地、二氧化碳排放量与农业生产之间没有相关性。

Landslide Cartography at the Region of Nabeul-Hammamet Based on Geographic Information System and Geomatic

Landslides are one of the most significant natural damaging disasters in hilly environment [1]. The location of our study area is to the north of Tunisia, home to several manifestations of land instabilities, we bring to study this area of interest by GIS and geomatic approach to reduce social economic losses due to landslides. The performance of a cartographic data base for the landslide study in the Cap-Bon region was realized through studying geologic 1/50,000 and topographic 1/25,000 maps, aster optic Remote Sensing, land observation, and climatologic seismic data. These data will be digitalized, georeferenced, vectorized, spatially analyzed, classified and geotreated in order to produce a landslides card. The findings have shown that fields with smooth and friable lithology which are located at rather important seismic zones (more than 4 at Richter’s scale) have some stability. However, the most endangered zones are in the North-West around Oued El Kbir and El Ain. Realizing this work helps to determine the most hazardous zones so that policy makers have an effective field intervention.

在巴基斯坦历史悠久的伊斯兰园林多建于莫卧儿王朝时期,它们被统称为巴基斯坦莫卧儿花园。莫卧儿花园风格独特令人称奇,是当时伊斯兰园林的代表。它们使用的设计元素,平面布局和植物的种植方式都与众不同。莫卧儿花园多年来一直为人所称道,并且受到各阶层人士的欢迎。巴基斯坦的莫卧儿花园贯彻着一种特殊的园林设计理念,它的特点集中体现在建筑的布局和结构,园中特殊的供水和植物灌溉方式。随着时间的推移,为了适应人们不断变化的品味,巴基斯坦新建的园林也产生了很多新的变化,但莫卧儿花园始终以他的独特性独树一帜。目前部分巴基斯坦的莫卧儿花园仍在使用中,但针对花园的研究和修复工作开展的很少。本文首先追溯了巴基斯坦莫卧儿花园的历史和它们的风格特点。作为本文的重点研究对象,文中阐述了沙利马尔花园内的供水和灌溉系统,花园的历史保护工作现况,并运用执行遗产影响评估（HIA）分析法,分析了园中现存的建筑及其结构,同时为改善花园周边目前杂乱的集市和乱搭乱建的现状提出了较好的设计方案,并通过设置旅馆等完善周边的旅游设施,提升沙利马尔花园的旅游体验感,在改造设计中还引入了智能遗产的概念。

燕窝(Edible birds nest,EBN),是金丝燕在繁殖期间产生的硬化凝胶状唾液凝结物。自中国古代起,EBN被广泛应用于有益的药食同源产品。研究表明,EBN具有的抗氧化等生物活性归因于EBN中存在的生物活性肽,而释放EBN中的生物活性肽需要通过对燕窝蛋白进行酶解来实现。酶水解是利用特定酶(如木瓜蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶和胃蛋白酶)对蛋白质中的肽键进行裂解或分解的过程,从而释放主要由燕窝蛋白质序列中的2-20个氨基酸亚单位组成的生物活性肽。本研究旨在确定释放肽的酶水解条件,并评估所释放的肽的抗氧化活性,为燕窝肽产品的开发应用提供一定的理论基础。为获得燕窝蛋白水解物,将2 g EBN浸泡于50 m L水中进行预处理。首先在100℃下煮沸30 min,并进一步采用超声辅助预处理30 min。之后,采用三种不同的酶(1%的加酶量),即胰蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶和胃蛋白酶,对预处理过的EBN进行酶解,酶解时间为1、2、3和4 h;胰蛋白酶、胃蛋白酶酶解温度均为40℃,木瓜蛋白酶酶解温度为60℃。所得酶解液在25℃下以8000 rpm离心15 min后,取上清液即为EBN水解物(EBN hydrolysate,EBNH)。分别采用Biuret和OPA方法测定测定肽的含量和EBNH的水解度(Degree of hydrolysis,DH),并通过DPPH和ABTS试验确定的EBNHs的抗氧化性能,主要结论如下。三种不同蛋白酶解物显示出不同的DPPH清除活性。与木瓜蛋白酶(63.7±0.3%)和胃蛋白酶(57.5±0.2%)相比,胰蛋白酶酶解4h所得EBNH显示出更高的氧化自由基清除活性(72.5±0.2%)。此外,采用胰蛋白酶获得的EBNH的最大ABTS清除活性(76.3±0.6%)明显高于木瓜蛋白酶(60.0±0.2%)和胃蛋白酶(67.0±0.3%)(p木瓜蛋白酶>胃蛋白酶,不同酶处理的EBNH抗氧化活性的变化可能是由于肽组成的差异。综上,不同的蛋白酶从EBN中释放出不同数量的肽,表现出不同的生物活性水平。在不同的酶对比中,胰蛋白酶产生的EBNH水解度最多,通过DPPH和ABTS检测其抗氧化活性最高。研究进一步表明,水解时间影响EBN多肽的释放,且4 h是最适的水解时间。因此,EBN肽具有清除自由基的潜力,可用于开发新型功能性食品和营养保健食品,并为燕窝肽产品的开发应用提供一定的理论基础。

Mimusops elengi (Maulsari) is a medicinal plant (showing;antioxidant, antimycotic, antidiabetic, analgesic activity, etc.). Conventional UV-visible spectrophotometric technique in the presence of CTAB and transmission electron microscopic technique both in the presence and absence of CTAB were used to determine the morphology of silver nanoplates (AgNP) using Mimusops elengi (Maulsari) aqueous leaves extract for the first time. Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) has no significant effect on the shape of the spectra and position of SPR bands. Effects of various CTAB were also discussed in the green extra-cellular synthesis of AgNP using Mimusops elengi (Maulsari) leaves extract.

Lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)can work at high temperatures,but they suffer from poor cycle life stability due to the“shuttle effect”of *** this study,pollen-derived porous carbon/cuprous phosphide(PC/Cu_(3)P)hybrids were rationally synthesized using a one-step carbonization method using pollen as the source material,acting as the sulfur host for *** the hybrid,polar Cu_(3)P can markedly inhibit the“shuttle effect”by regulating the adsorption ability toward polysulfides,as confirmed by theoretical calculations and experimental *** an example,the camellia pollen porous carbon(CPC)/Cu_(3)P/S electrode shows a high capacity of 1205.6 mAh g^(−1) at 0.1 C,an ultralow capacity decay rate of 0.038%per cycle after 1000 cycles at 1 C,and a rather high initial Coulombic efficiency of 98.5%.The CPC/Cu_(3)P LSBs can work well at high temperatures,having a high capacity of 545.9 mAh g^(−1) at 1 C even at 150℃.The strategy of the PC/Cu_(3)P hybrid proposed in this study is expected to be an ideal cathode for ultrastable high-temperature *** believe that this strategy is universal and worthy of in-depth development for the next generation energy storage devices.
