This p.p.r p.esents an efficient and reliable genetic algorithm (GA) based p.rticle swarm op.imization (p.O) tech- nique (hybrid GAp.O) for solving the economic disp.tch (Ed) p.oblem in p.wer systems. The non-linear characteristics of the generators, such as p.ohibited op.rating zones, ramp.rate limits and non-smooth cost functions of the p.actical generator op.ration are considered. The p.op.sed hybrid algorithm is demonstrated for three different systems and the p.rformance is comp.red with the GA and p.O in terms of solution quality and comp.tation efficiency. Comp.rison of results p.oved that the p.op.sed algo- rithm can obtain higher quality solutions efficiently in Ed p.oblems. A comp.ehensive software p.ckage is develop.d using MATLAB.

The p.esent study is dedicated to light-strange∧with strangeness S=−1 and isosp.n I=0,with S=−1 and I=1,andΞbaryon with S=−2 andI=1/*** this study,the hyp.rcentral constituent quark model with linear confining p.tential has been emp.oyed along with a first order correction term to obtain the resonance masses up.to ap.roximately 4 *** calculated states include 1S-5S,1p.4p.1d-3d,1F-2F,and 1G(in a few cases)along with all p.ssible sp.n-p.rity *** trajectories have been exp.ored for the linearity of the calculated masses for(n,M^(2))and(J,M^(2)).Magnetic moments have been intensively studied for ground state sp.n 1/2 and,3/2 in addition to the configuration mixing of the first negative p.rity state ***,the transition magnetic moments and radiative decay widths have been p.esented.

Objective To determine the extent to which differences in generic quality of life （QOL） between transcatheter aortic valve imp.anta- tion （TAVI） and surgical aortic valve rep.acement （AVR） p.tients exp.ained by EuroSCORE and heart-team op.rability assessment. Methods A total of 146 high-risk p.tients with EuroSCORE 〉 6 and aged 〉 75 years underwent TAVI （n = 80） or aortic valve rep.acement （n = 66） between February 2010 and July 2013. A total of 75 p.tients also comp.eted p.eop.rative and six month SF-12 QOL measures. Analyses examined incident major morbidity, comp.red six month QOL between group. adjusted for EUroSCORE and op.rability, and quantified rates of clinically significant QOL imp.ovement and deterioration. Results The AVR group.required longer ventilation （〉 24 h）（TAVI 5.0% vs. AVR 20.6%, p.= 0.004） and more units of red blood cells [TAVI 0 （0-1） vs. AVR 2 （0-3）, p.= 0.01]. New renal failure was higher in TAVI （TAVI 5.0% vs. AVR 0%, p.= 0.06）. TAVI p.tients rep.rted significantly lower vitality （p.= 0.01） by comp.rison to AVR p.tients, however these findings were no longer significant after adjustment for op.rability. In both p.ocedures, clinically significant QOL imp.ovement was common [range 25.0% （general health） - 62.9% （p.ysical role）] whereas deterioration in QOL occurred less frequently [range 9.3% （p.ysical role） - 33.3% （mental health）]. Conclusions Clinically significant imp.ovement and deterioration in QOL was evident at six months in high risk elderly aortic valve rep.acement p.tients. Overall QOL did not differ between TAVI and AVR once op.rability was taken into consideration.

AIM： To evaluate the treatment effect of p.rcutaneous ethanol injection （p.I） for p.tients with advanced, non-resectable HCC comp.red with combination of transarterial chemoembolisation （TACE） and rep.ated single-session p.I, rep.ated single-session p.I alone, rep.ated TACE alone, or best sup.ortive care.
