magneto-hydrodynamic flow of squeezed fluid with binary chemical reaction and activation energy

The present exploration is conducted to describe the motion of viscous fluid embedded in squeezed channel under the applied magnetics *** processes of heat and mass transport incorporate the temperature-dependent binary chemical reaction with modified Arrhenius theory of activation energy function which is not yet disclosed for squeezing flow *** flow,heat and mass regime are exposed to be governed via dimensionless,highly non-linear,ordinary differential equations (ODEs) under no-slip walls boundary conditions.A well-tempered analytical convergent procedure is adopted for the solutions of boundary value problem.A detailed study is accounted through graphs in the form of flow velocity field,temperature and fluid concentration distributions for various emerging parameters of enormous ***-friction,Nusselt and Sherwood numbers have been acquired and disclosed through *** results indicate that fluid temperature follows an increasing trend with dominant dimensionless reaction rate σ and activation energy parameter ***,an increment in σ and E parameters is found to decline in fluid *** current study arises numerous engineering and industrial processes including polymer industry,compression and injection shaping,lubrication system,formation of paper sheets,thin fiber,molding of plastic *** the area of chemical engineering,geothermal engineering,cooling of nuclear reacting,nuclear or chemical system,bimolecular reactions,biochemical process and electrically conducting polymeric flows can be controlled by utilizing magnetic *** by such applications,the proposed study has been developed.

Appraisal of Improvement in Physiological and metabolic Processes by Exogenously Applied Natural and Synthetic Ascorbic Acid in Okra(Abelmoschus esculentus L.)Fruit Subjected to Water Deficit Stress

To counteract the effects of drought stress,scientists have adopted several approaches including the use of different chemicals both inorganic and organic,which is contemplated as a highly efficient and cost-effective shot-gun *** acid(AsA)is a potential organic substance,which widely occurs in plants,and is considered to be an effective antioxidant to counteract reactive oxygen species(ROS).Thus,a pot experiment was performed to assess the relative mitigating impacts of synthetic AsA and naturally occurring AsA in the form of lemon juice(LJ)and orange juice(OJ)on two cultivars of okra(Abelmoschus esculentus L.)namely Sabz Pari and Bhindi Sanwali under varying water deficit *** 30 days of seed germination,okra seedlings were subjected to different irrigation regimes,i.e.,water deficit stress[(65%and 50%F.C.)and control conditions(100%F.C.)].Different levels of AsA[control(no spray),14 mg L^(−1)LJ,24 mg L^(−1)OJ and 150 mg L^(−1)AsA]obtained from different sources were applied as a foliar spray to control and water-stressed *** stress prominently reduced plant growth and yield attributes of the okra ***-deficit conditions(65%and 50%F.C.)substantially decreased the fruit chlorophyll(a,b)pigments and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)enzyme,while an increase was observed in the contents of fruit’s hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)),malondialdehyde(mDA),total phenolics,total soluble sugars,AsA,and total soluble *** stress also increased the activities of antioxidant enzymes like peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT).However,plant growth and yield attributes,fruit chlorophyll pigments,total phenolics,total soluble sugars,total free amino acids,total soluble proteins,AsA,GB,H_(2)O_(2),and the activities of antioxidant enzymes(POD and CAT)were increased by the AsA exogenous treatment in both okra cultivars under water deficit and control ***,LJ and OJ were more effective than the synthetic AsA in up

Phenolic Contents and Antioxidant Activities of Green Tea with and without Lemon

Tea is the most widely consumed beverage throughout the world, after water and is considered as a good antioxidant nutrient against free radical reactions. Lemons are citrus fruits that are very common in many parts of the world and are well known for their health benefits. In this study, different assays were used to evaluate total phenolic content and antioxidant activities of green tea with and without lemon. Our results showed that green tea with lemon has higher phenolic content, stronger reducing power than green tea without lemon;and exhibits a significant inhibition of 2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). However, both samples exhibited high ferrous chelating activity with no significant difference among each other indicating a good antioxidant potential for both. This is a comparative study between green tea and green tea supplemented with lemon. The study contributes to a better understanding about how the addition of supplements like lemon might influence the antioxidant activity of tea.

Reusing recycled waste materials in buildings is gaining more and more attention for what it offers economic,environmental,and energy benefits;and many researchers are nowadays working on producing new sustainable construction materials incorporating recycled *** this scope,this work uses an experimental approach aiming at understanding the effect of incorporating Expanded Polystyrene(EPS)beads in concrete and proposing thermally improved concrete mixtures for the production of hollow blocks in Lebanese constructions by substituting fine aggregates with recycled products such as EPS in order to promote their insulating *** different diameters of EPS beads(2 mm~3 mm,3 mm~4 mm and 4 mm~5 mm)are studied with different volumetric ratios(20%,40%,60%and 80%)in order to investigate the effect of EPS on the thermal properties of *** results showed that the only the percentage of incorporated EPS beads impacted the thermal performance of the concrete mixtures while the EPS diameters have a negligible effect on the thermal properties of the concrete samples.

Privacy Protection with Dynamic Pseudonym-Based multiple mix-Zones Over Road Networks

In this research we proposed a strategy for location privacy protection which addresses the issues related with existing location privacy protection techniques. mix-Zones and pseudonyms are considered as the basic building blocks for location privacy; however, continuously changing pseudonyms process at multiple locations can enhance user privacy. It has been revealed that changing pseudonym at improper time and location may threat to user's privacy. moreover, certain methods related to pseudonym change have been proposed to attain desirable location privacy and most of these solutions are based upon velocity, GPS position and direction of angle. We analyzed existing methods related to location privacy with mix zones, such as RPCLP, EPCS and mODP, where it has been observed that these methods are not adequate to attain desired level of location privacy and suffered from large number of pseudonym changes. By analyzing limitations of existing methods, we proposed Dynamic Pseudonym based multiple mix zone(DPmm) technique, which ensures highest level of accuracy and privacy. We simulate our data by using SUmO application and analysis results has revealed that DPmm outperformed existing pseudonym change techniques and achieved better results in terms of acquiring high privacy with small number of pseudonym change.

Prison Types and Inmates’Psychosocial Profiles:A Comparison between medium and maximum Security Prison

Studies on the impacts the type of prison’s environment had on the psychosocial well‑being of their inmates were *** contribute more study on this,the current study explored the psychosocial health profiles of inmates and the type of prison environment by comparing inmates’psychosocial profiles of a medium security prison to a maximum security correctional facility located in north central *** were male inmates of medium security prison located in Bida,Niger‑State and Jos maximum security facility in Plateau‑*** the participants filled the study instruments(i.e.,a sociodemographic questionnaire,the ten‑item personality inventory,resilience scale,and Oslo Social Support Scale)after obtaining informed consent from *** was a significant positive association of prison types with resilience and social support which was reversed for *** multivariate analysis showed that inmates of medium security prison had significantly higher resilience and social support scores compared to those in maximum security correctional *** was no difference in the five dimensions of personality among the inmates and in their experience of *** findings add to extant knowledge on the impact that the level of“indigenous”deprivations had on inmates psychosocial wellness *** study hence advocated to the department of correctional services to modify the indigenous measures that promote resilience and social support without compromising security.

A Survey of the Perception of Female Surgical Residents of Their Training in the Examination of male Genitalia in makkah Hospitals, KSA

The basic aims of medical schools are to graduate doctors to be competent in eliciting physical signs across all body systems. Deficiency in the clinical examination skills of female surgical residents of the male groin hernia and genitalia has not been explored and not enough investigated in the Arab and Muslim communities, despite obvious cultural restrictions and religious traditions. The cultural background of the students also has had an impact on their future training and skills. Certain systems’ examination for patients is considered very sensitive to perform by students and doctors of both sexes due to their sensitive nature. This might be due to cultural issues which affect the skills on these areas. Aim of this survey was to explore the different reasons and the influence of gender on clinical examination skills of female surgical trainees to male patient intimate. Methods: A cross-sectional design based on a self-administered questionnaire which was distributed to 80 female surgical resident trainees across five Hospitals in Makkah, Holy city, Saudi Arabia. The study was carried out between the period of September 2020 to July 2021 and involved all the female surgical residents from level 1 - 5 (R1 to R5).
