The basement rocks in the Kuluketage area are composed predominately of tonalite-trondhjemite-granodiorite rocks, and occured mainly in Xinger and Korla. U-Pb dating of TTG gneiss near Korla yielded a late Neoarchean weighted mean 207Pb/206Pb age of 2.65 Ga, which is the oldest published age for the TTG rocks in the Kuluketage area and thus suggests that Archean terrane in the area was formed in the late Neoarchean. The Korla gneiss is much younger than the TTG rocks in the northern Altyn Tagh, eastern Tarim Craton, indicating that the oldest terrane of the Tarim Craton was exposed probably in the northern Altyn Tagh. Until late Neoarchean, the Tarim continent extends to the Kuluketage area and finally had generated a relatively large uniform Archean basement within the craton. Zircon Hf isotopic analyses of the TTG gneiss give low εHf(t) values (-5 to 1) with Paleoarchean to Mesoarchean two-stage model ages (TDM2) between 3.0 and 3.3 Ga, suggesting that the basement rocks in the northern Tarim Craton were derived dominately from partial melting of Paleoarchean to Mesoarchean juvenile crustal material. The Hf model ages, therefore, indicate that no continent crust older than 3.3 Ga existed in the Kuluketage area.

We investigated the plasmon-exciton interactions in an individual gold nanorod(GNR)with monolayer MoS2 at room temperature with the single-particle spectroscopy *** control the plasmon-exciton interaction,we tuned the local surface plasmon resonance of an individual GNR in-situ by employing the photothermal reshaping *** scattering spectra of the GNR-MoS2 hybrids exhibited two dips at the frequencies of the A and B excitons of monolayer MoS2,which were caused by the plasmon-induced resonance energy transfer *** resonance energy transfer rate increased when the surface plasmon resonance of the nanorod matched well with the exciton transition ***,we demonstrated that the plasmon-enhanced fluorescence process dominated the photoluminescence of the GNR-MoS2 *** results provide a flexible way to control the plasmon-exciton interaction in an all-solid-state operating system at room temperature.

Tooth development is a complex process that involves precise and time-dependent orchestration of multiple genetic, molecular,and cellular interactions. Ameloblastin(AMBN, also named "amelin" or "sheathlin") is the second most abundant enamel matrix protein known to have a key role in amelogenesis. Amelogenesis imperfecta(AI [MIM: 104500]) refers to a genetically and phenotypically heterogeneous group of conditions characterized by inherited developmental enamel defects. The hereditary dentin disorders comprise a variety of autosomal-dominant genetic symptoms characterized by abnormal dentin structure affecting either the primary or both the primary and secondary teeth. The vital role of Ambn in amelogenesis has been confirmed experimentally using mouse models. Only two cases have been reported of mutations of AMBN associated with non-syndromic human AI. However, no AMBN missense mutations have been reported to be associated with both human AI and dentin *** recruited one kindred with autosomal-dominant amelogenesis imperfecta(ADAI) and dentinogenesis imperfecta/dysplasia characterized by generalized severe enamel and dentin defects. Whole exome sequencing of the proband identified a novel heterozygous C-T point mutation at nucleotide position 1069 of the AMBN gene, causing a Pro to Ser mutation at the conserved amino acid position 357 of the protein. Exfoliated third molar teeth from the affected family members were found to have enamel and dentin of lower mineral density than control teeth, with thinner and easily fractured enamel, short and thick roots, and pulp obliteration. This study demonstrates, for the first time, that an AMBN missense mutation causes non-syndromic human AI and dentin disorders.

The production of industrial chemicals with renewable biomass feedstock holds potential to aid the world in pursuing a carbon-neutral *** and trimesic acids are important commodity chemicals in industry that are prepared by the oxidation of petroleum-derived *** reduce the dependence on the limited oil source,we develop a potential sustainable alternative towards trimellitic and trimesic acids using biomass-based 2-methyl-2,4-pentandiol （MPD）,acrylate and crotonaldehyde as starting *** process for trimellitic acid includes dehydration/D-A reaction of MPD and acrylate,flow aromatization over Pd/C catalyst,hydrolysis and catalytic aerobic oxidation （60%overall yield）.The challenging regioselectivity issue of D-A reaction is tackled by a matched combination of temperature and deep eutectic solvent ChCl/*** can also participate in the reaction,followed by Pd/C-catalyzed decarbonylation/dehydrogenation and oxidation to provide trimesic acid in 54%overall *** cycle assessment implies that compared to conventional fossil process,our biomass-based routes present a potential in reducing carbon emissions.

We address the problem of image-based vehicle *** problem is formulated as a manifold-feature learning algorithm such that the expected object distribution is evaluated based on the appearance,shape and contours that take into account variational poses and *** propose to learn manifold hierarchical features where the high-level discriminative features are obtained by capturing correlations among the learned low-level generic features,via a deep learning model,called Deep Boltzmann Machines（DBM）,a powerful hierarchical generative model for feature *** has been proved to be able to explore underlying manifold knowledge of given objects by appropriately describing highly nonlinear complicated functions with novel training ***,we also present a novel application of deep learning to feature representations,rather than provide the model input with raw image pixels,we instead utilize the human-engineered descriptors such as Log-Gabor,HoG and Gist,as the source data of deep learning ***,we evaluate our deep model on PASCAL VOC2012 benchmark dataset,extensive experiments show that our DBM-based model enables to learn useful hierarchical feature representations from few training ***,by feeding the DBM-based deep network with prior-described features such as Log-Gabor,HoG and Gist,we get a significant improvement on performance in comparison with the state-of-art results and the best performance is achieved by using a fusion form of the three descriptors as source material for learning deep ***,experiments with prior-extracted features as input layer demonstrate that the deep learning networks have provided a perspective of potential ability to learn critical representation of given data,and have presented favorable vehicle recognition performance.

获得塔里木盆地北缘辛格尔灰色片麻岩的可靠形成年龄对研究塔里木克拉通地壳构造演化是十分重要的。本研究应用SIMS锆石U-Pb定年，获得了塔里木北缘辛格尔南托格拉克布拉克杂岩中占主要成分的灰色片麻岩的形成年龄为2565±18（2d）Ma，这一研究结果说明丁辛格尔地区的灰色片麻岩和库鲁克塔格中部的蓝石英花岗岩等均为新太古代晚期形成的TTG组份的岩浆岩。综合已有的研究结果，如灰色片麻岩中以残留包体形式存在的斜长角闪岩的***等时线年龄=3263±126Ma（2σ），εNd（t）=＋3．2±0．7（huet al，1992），以及塔里木北缘范围内各种片麻岩、片岩和各种花岗岩的Nd模式年龄（TDM）分布在3200～2600Ma范围内（冯新昌等，1998；董富荣等，1999；hu et al．，2000），完全可以确认塔里木盆地北缘普遍存在中一新太占代基底。但是，它们遭受了古元古代构造、变质和岩浆活动的强烈改造。辛格尔灰色片麻岩中～2300Ma、～2000Ma和片麻状花岗岩的～2000Ma锆石U-Pb年龄（高振家等，1993；郭召杰等，2003），以及铁门关斜长角闪岩中的锆石U-Pb年龄～1800Ma（郭召杰等，2003）等，就是两次重要构造热事件的记录。K-Ar年龄同样揭示塔里木盆地北缘新元古代至早古生代时期的地质热事件，^40At／^39Ar坪年龄或激光微区^40Ar/^39Ar等时线年龄等对该区变质岩中角闪石、黑云母及白云母的研究结果表明，塔里木北缘在大约850～500Ma期间，表现为各地段不均一整体性构造隆升（胡霭琴等，出版中）。

On the basis of the data of 45 K-Ar ages in the Eastern Tianshan, Uygur AutonomousRegion of Xinjiang, China, and the geological environment, the following conclusions aregiven. The Tianshan Hercynian geosyncline had passed through about 200 m.y. before itsformation, and it was in the late Kercynian at about 234.9±20 m.y. ago. The Yenshanmagmatism in this region has been first verified by the authors, and its K-Ar age is esti-mated at 196.6-157.6±20 m.y. The Hercynian magmatic activities may be divided intotwo substages: the early substage is of 300-350±20 m.y., and the later is of 230±20 m.y. By using the results of the determination of the ages, the thermal history ofTianshan geosyncline is preliminarily discussed.
