This paper studies the global phase portraits of uniform isochronous centers system of degree six with polynomial commutator.Such systems have the form x=-y+xf(x,y),y=x+yf(x,y),where f(x,y)=a_(1)x+a_(2)xy+a_(3)xy^(2)+a_(4)xy^(3)+a_(5)xy^(4)=xσ(y),and any zero of 1+a_(1)y+a_(2)y^(2)+a_(3)y^(3)+a_(4)y^(4)+a_(5)y^(5),y=y is an invariant straight line.At last,all global phase portraits are drawn on the Poincare disk.

In recent years,computing art has developed rapidly with the in-depth cross study of artificial intelligence generated con-tent(aiGC)and the main features of artworks.Audio-visual content generation has gradually been applied to various practical tasks,including video or game score,assisting artists in creation,art education and other aspects,which demonstrates a broad application pro-spect.In this paper,we introduce innovative achievements in audio-visual content generation from the perspective of visual art genera-tion and auditory art generation based on artificial intelligence(Al).We outline the development tendency of image and music datasets,visual and auditory content modelling,and related automatic generation systems.The objective and subjective evaluation of generated samples plays an important role in the measurement of algorithm performance.We provide a cogeneration mechanism of audio-visual content in multimodal tasks from image to music and display the construction of specific stylized datasets.There are still many new op-portunities and challenges in the field of audio-visual synesthesia generation,and we provide a comprehensive discussion on them.

BACKGROUND Targeting DNA damage response(DDR)pathway is a cutting-edge strategy.It has been reported that Schlafen-11(SLFN11)contributes to increase chemosensitivity by participating in DDR.However,the detailed mechanism is unclear.aiM To investigate the role of SLFN11 in DDR and the application of synthetic lethal in esophageal cancer with SLFN11 defects.METHODS To reach the purpose,eight esophageal squamous carcinoma cell lines,142 esophageal dysplasia(ED)and 1007 primary esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)samples and various techniques were utilized,including methylationspecific polymerase chain reaction,CRISPR/Cas9 technique,Western blot,colony formation assay,and xenograft mouse model.RESULTS Methylation of SLFN11 was exhibited in 9.15%of(13/142)ED and 25.62%of primary(258/1007)ESCC cases,and its expression was regulated by promoter region methylation.SLFN11 methylation was significantly associated with tumor differentiation and tumor size(both P<0.05).However,no significant associations were observed between promoter region methylation and age,gender,smoking,alcohol consumption,TNM stage,or lymph node metastasis.Utilizing DNA damaged model induced by low dose cisplatin,SLFN11 was found to activate non-homologous end-joining and ATR/CHK1 signaling pathways,while inhibiting the ATM/CHK2 signaling pathway.Epigenetic silencing of SLFN11 was found to sensitize the ESCC cells to ATM inhibitor(AZD0156),both in vitro and in vivo.CONCLUSION SLFN11 is frequently methylated in human ESCC.Methylation of SLFN11 is sensitive marker of ATM inhibitor in ESCC.

This paper is concerned with the optimal threshold selection and resource allocation problems of quantized identification, whose aims are improving identification efficiency under limited resources. Firstly, the first-order asymptotically optimal quantized identification theory is extended to the weak persistent excitation condition. Secondly, the characteristics of time and space complexities are established based on the Cramér-Rao lower bound of quantized systems. On these basis, the optimal selection methods of fixed thresholds and adaptive thresholds are established under aperiodic signals, which answer how to achieve the best efficiency of quantized identification under the same time and space complexity. In addition, based on the principle of maximizing the identification efficiency under a given resource, the optimal resource allocation methods of quantized identification are given for the cases of fixed thresholds and adaptive thresholds, respectively, which show how to balance time and space complexity to realize the best identification efficiency of quantized identification.

Pt-Ir alloy is potential superalloys used above 1300℃because of their high strength and creep resistance.However,the ductility of Pt-Ir alloy has rapidly deteriorated with the increase of Ir,resulting in poor machinability.This work quantitatively evaluated the solid solution strengthening(SSS)and grain refinement strengthening(GRS)of Pt-Ir alloy using first-principles calculations combined with experimental characterization.Here,the stretching force constants in the second nearest neighbor region(SFC^(2nd))of pure Ir(193.7 eV·nm^(-2))are 3.40 times that of pure Pt(57.0 eV·nm^(-2)),i.e.,the interatomic interaction is greatly enhanced with the increase of Ir content,which leads to the decrease of ductility,and modulus misfit plays a dominant role in SSS.Then,the physical mechanisms responsible for the hardness(H_(V))of Pt-Ir alloy,using the power-law-scaled function of electron work function coupled SSS and GRS,are attributed to the electron redistribution caused by different Ir content.Furthermore,a thorough assessment of the thermodynamic characteristics of Pt-Ir binary alloy was conducted,culminating in development of a mapping model that effectively relates enmposition,temperature and strength.The results revealed that the compressive strength incrcases with the Ir content,and the highest strength was observed in Pt_(0.25)Ir_(0.75).This study provides valuable insights into the Pt-Ir alloy system.

In this article,we study strong limit theorems for weighted sums of extended negatively dependent random variables under the sub-linear expectations.We establish general strong law and complete convergence theorems for weighted sums of extended negatively dependent random variables under the sub-linear expectations.Our results of strong limit theorems are more general than some related results previously obtained by Thrum(1987),Li et al.(1995)and Wu(2010)in classical probability space.

The effectiveness of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)for the treatment of Achilles tendon disorders still needs to be evaluated through a series of prospective studies,but genomic analysis can reveal the existence of complementary PRP treatment options.Based on the 96 platelet activation-related genes in the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)database,we performed Gene Ontology functional enrichment analysis and KEGG enrichment analysis,pathway correlation analysis,and enrichment mapping to determine the enrichment results of the gene set enrichment analysis and found that the cAMP signalling pathway may be the key to enhancing the effectiveness of PRP treatment.The cAMP signalling pathway interacts with the Rap1 signalling pathway and cGMPPKG signalling pathway to mediate the entire pathophy-siological process of Achilles tendon disease.Moreover,ADCY1-9 may be the key to the activation of the cAMP signalling network.Further based on the data in the Gene Expression Omnibus database,it was found that ADCY4 and ADCY7 may be the players that play a major role,associated with the STAT4-ADCY4-LAMA5 axis and the GRbeta-ADCY7-SEMA3C axis,which is expected to be a complementary target for enhancing the efficacy of PRP in the treatment of Achilles tendon disease.

Two-Staged Method for Ice Channel Identification Based on Image Segmentation and Corner Point Regression

Identification of the ice channel is the basic technology for developing intelligent ships in ice-covered waters,which is important to ensure the safety and economy of navigation.In the Arctic,merchant ships with low ice class often navigate in channels opened up by icebreakers.Navigation in the ice channel often depends on good maneuverability skills and abundant experience from the captain to a large extent.The ship may get stuck if steered into ice fields off the channel.Under this circumstance,it is very important to study how to identify the boundary lines of ice channels with a reliable method.In this paper,a two-staged ice channel identification method is developed based on image segmentation and corner point regression.The first stage employs the image segmentation method to extract channel regions.In the second stage,an intelligent corner regression network is proposed to extract the channel boundary lines from the channel region.A non-intelligent angle-based filtering and clustering method is proposed and compared with corner point regression network.The training and evaluation of the segmentation method and corner regression network are carried out on the synthetic and real ice channel dataset.The evaluation results show that the accuracy of the method using the corner point regression network in the second stage is achieved as high as 73.33%on the synthetic ice channel dataset and 70.66%on the real ice channel dataset,and the processing speed can reach up to 14.58frames per second.

aiM:To report a technique used with intermittent slidinglock-knot(ISLK)fixation for limbal conjunctival autografts in pterygium surgery and compared with those of routine intermittent(RI)fixation.METHODS:Consecutive patients with primary pterygium who had undergone pterygium excision combined with limbal conjunctival autograft transplantation between March 2021 and March 2022 at our institute were retrospectively analyzed.Primary outcome measures were mean duration of surgery and suture removal,degree of conjunctival hyperemia on postoperative day 1,pain score at suture removal,postoperative symptoms at 6mo,including conjunctival hyperemia,foreign body sensation,and graft stability.RESULTS:Ninety-eight patients underwent monocular surgery and were divided into ISLK(51 eyes)and RI(47 eyes)groups according to the type of conjunctiva autograft fixation method planned.There was no significant difference in mean duration of surgery between the two groups(18.59±2.39min vs 18.15±2.20min,P=0.417);however,compared to the RI group,shorter suture removal times were observed in the ISLK group[0.58min(0.42-0.87)vs 3.00min(2.21-4.15),Pain scores at suture removal were lower in the ISLK group than in RI group[1(0-3)vs 2(1-4),P<0.001].Postoperative symptoms at 6mo were comparable between the groups(P=0.487),with no recurrence.CONCLUSION:ISLK is an innovative method for limbal conjunctival autograft fixation after pterygium excision.Compared to RI fixation,ISLK facilitates suture removal and reduces discomfort,with comparable surgery duration and less conjunctival hyperemia.
