To further investigate the cyclopeptldes of the Caryophyllaceae family, two new cyclopeptldes, named Arenarlphilin E （compound 1） and Arenariphilin F （compound 2）, were obtained from Arenaria oreophUe J. D. Hooker using some Isolation methods, e. g. normal and reverse silica gel. By detailed spectroscopic analysis, such as FAB^＋-MS, 1 D NMR, 2D NMR, the structures of Arenariphilin E （compound 1） and Arenariphilln F （compound 2） were determined as cyclo（lle^1-Gly-Val^1-Ala-Leu-lle^3-lle^2-Val^2-Pro） and cyclo（Pro^2-Pro^1-Gly^2-lle-Val-Leu-Gly^1-aiaThr- Gly^3）, respectively.

The Moon provides a unique environment for investigating nearby astrophysical events such as *** samples retain valuable information from these events,via detectable long-lived“fingerprint”radionuclides such as^(60)*** this work,we stepped up the development of an accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS)method for detecting^(60)Fe using the HI-13tandem accelerator at the China Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE).Since interferences could not be sufficiently removed solely with the existing magnetic systems of the tandem accelerator and the following Q3D magnetic spectrograph,a Wien filter with a maximum voltage of±60 kV and a maximum magnetic field of 0.3 T was installed after the accelerator magnetic systems to lower the detection background for the low abundance nuclide^(60)Fe.A 1μm thick Si_(3)N_(4) foil was installed in front of the Q3D as an energy *** particle detection,a multi-anode gas ionization chamber was mounted at the center of the focal plane of the ***,an^(60)Fe sample with an abundance of 1.125×10^(-10)was used to test the new AMS *** results indicate that^(60)Fe can be clearly distinguished from the isobar^(60)*** sensitivity was assessed to be better than 4.3×10^(-14)based on blank sample measurements lasting 5.8 h,and the sensitivity could,in principle,be expected to be approximately 2.5×10^(-15)when the data were accumulated for 100 h,which is feasible for future lunar sample measurements because the main contaminants were sufficiently separated.

BACKGROUND Acute-on-chronic liver disease(AoCLD)accounts for the majority of patients hospitalized in the Department of Hepatology or Infectious *** To explore the characterization of AoCLD to provide theoretical guidance for the accurate diagnosis and prognosis of *** Patients with AoCLD from the Chinese Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure(ACLF)study cohort were included in this *** clinical characteristics and outcomes,and the 90-d survival rate associated with each clinical type of AoCLD were analyzed,using the Kaplan-Meier method and the log-rank *** A total of 3375 patients with AoCLD were enrolled,including 1679(49.7%)patients with liver cirrhosis acute decompensation(LC-AD),850(25.2%)patients with ACLF,577(17.1%)patients with chronic hepatitis acute exacer-bation(CHAE),and 269(8.0%)patients with liver cirrhosis active phase(LC-A).The most common cause of chronic liver disease(CLD)was HBV infection(71.4%).The most common precipitants of AoCLD was bacterial infection(22.8%).The 90-d mortality rates of each clinical subtype of AoCLD were 43.4%(232/535)for type-C ACLF,36.0%(36/100)for type-B ACLF,27.0%(58/215)for type-A ACLF,9.0%(151/1679)for LC-AD,3.0%(8/269)for LC-A,and 1.2%(7/577)for *** HBV infection is the main cause of CLD,and bacterial infection is the main precipitant of *** most common clinical type of AoCLD is *** diagnosis and timely intervention are needed to reduce the mortality of patients with LC-AD or ACLF.

Neutron-sensitive microchannel plates(nMCPs)have applications in neutron detection,including energy spectrum measurements,neutron-induced cross sections,and neutron imaging.10B-doped MCPs(B-MCPs)have attracted significant attention owing to their potential for exhibiting a high neutron detection efficiency over a large neutron energy *** spatial and temporal resolutions are useful for neutron energy-resolved ***,their practical applications still face many technical *** this study,a B-MCP with 10 mol%10B was tested for its response to wide-energy neutrons from eV to MeV at the Back-n white neutron source at the China Spallation Neutron *** neutron detection efficiency was calibrated at 1 eV,which is approximately 300 times that of an ordinary MCP and indicates the success of 10 B *** factors that caused the reduction in the detection efficiency were simulated and *** neutron energy spectrum obtained using B-MCP was compared with that obtained by other measurement methods,and showed very good consistency for neutron energies below tens of *** response is more complicated at higher neutron energy,at which point the elastic and nonelastic reactions of all nuclides of B-MCP gradually become *** is beneficial for the detection of neutrons,as it compensates for the detection efficiency of B-MCP for high-energy neutrons.

有效分蘖数可直接影响小麦的成穗数,与产量关系极为密切。挖掘小麦分蘖数相关数量性状位点,解析分蘖数与其他重要农艺性状之间的相关性,可为分子育种提供理论依据。本研究首先提出和建立了“多个环境评价-单个性状深入-综合性状兼顾-友好标记开发-不同背景验证”的遗传解析新模式。进一步利用该模式,以寡分蘖自然变异植株msf和川农16(CN16)构建的F6代重组自交系群体(MC群体)为实验材料,以多年多点的有效分蘖数作为表型数据,借助基于16K芯片构建的遗传连锁图谱成功定位和验证了寡分蘖遗传调控位点。QTL定位结果显示,1A、5A和6D染色体上有4个控制寡分蘖的QTL。其中***-MC-1A为稳定主效的寡分蘖QTL,解释了13.39%~60.40%的表型变异,其正效应位点来源于msf。表型分析发现,携带***-MC-1A正效应位点株系的有效分蘖数显著少于携带***-MC-1A负效应位点株系的有效分蘖数。相关性分析表明,有效分蘖数和株高之间存在极显著的正相关,与千粒重、每穗粒数、每穗粒重、旗叶宽之间存在显著的负相关,有效分蘖数与旗叶长、开花期之间无显著相关。遗传分析结果表明,***-MC-1A正效应位点显著增加每穗粒数、每穗粒重和千粒重,但推迟开花期。不同遗传背景下的验证结果表明,携带***-MC-1A正效应位点的株系确实能降低有效分蘖数。综上,本研究建立了一种遗传解析新模式,并基于此模式解析、定位和验证了一个控制寡分蘖的主效QTL ***-MC-1A,为进一步精细定位和了解分蘖形成机制奠定了基础。

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)-induced cytokine storm is closely associated with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)severity and ***,drugs that are effective against inflammation to treat lethal COVID-19 are still urgently ***,we constructed a SARS-CoV-2 spike protein-specific CAR,and human T cells infected with this CAR(SARS-CoV-2-S CAR-T)and stimulated with spike protein mimicked the T-cell responses seen in COVID-19 patients,causing cytokine storm and displaying a distinct memory,exhausted,and regulatory T-cell ***1 remarkably augmented cytokine release in SARS-CoV-2-S CAR-T cells when they were in *** on this"two-cell"(CAR-T and THP1 cells)model,we screened an FDA-approved drug library and found that felodipine,fasudil,imatinib,and caspofungin were effective in suppressing the release of cytokines,which was likely due to their ability to suppress the NF-kB pathway in ***,fasudi,imatinib,and caspofungin were further demonstrated,although to different extents,to attenuate lethal inflammation,ameliorate severe pneumonia,and prevent mortality in a SARS-CoV-2-infected Syrian hamster model,which were also linked to their suppressive role in *** summary,we established a SARS-CoV-2-specific CAR-T-cell model that can be utilized as a tool for anti-inflammatory drug screening in a fast and high-throughput *** drugs identified herein have great potential for early treatment to prevent COVID-19 patients from cytokine storm-induced lethality in the clinic because they are safe,inexpensive,and easily accessible for immediateuseinmostcountries.

目的探讨邓老御风膏对高尿酸血症(hua)小鼠的降尿酸(UA)作用及对尿酸钠(MSU)致大鼠足肿胀的影响。方法将72只KM小鼠和60只SD大鼠分别随机分为对照组,模型组,御风膏低、中、高剂量组,别嘌醇片组。小鼠对照组、模型组给予等剂量0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃,邓老御风膏低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃给予16.52 g生药/kg、33.04g生药/kg、66.08 g生药/kg,别嘌醇片组灌胃给予45 mg/kg别嘌醇,1次/d,连续7 d。7 d后采用腹腔注射次黄嘌呤建立小鼠hua模型,对小鼠血清UA进行检测。大鼠对照组、模型组灌胃给予等剂量0.9%氯化钠注射液,邓老御风膏低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃给予11.46 g生药/kg、22.92 g生药/kg、45.84 g生药/kg,别嘌醇片组灌胃给予31.25 mg/kg别嘌醇,1次/d,连续14 d。14 d后于大鼠右足跖皮下注射SUA混悬液造足肿胀模型,于致炎前后测定右足跖容积,计算出注射后1 h、2 h、3 h、5 h、7 h不同时间足跖肿胀度,同时7 h后,取右足跖肿胀组织检测前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平。结果与模型组比较,邓老御风膏低、中、高剂量和别嘌醇片小鼠UA水平显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,在注射MSU 1~7 h模型组大鼠足跖肿胀度显著升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,在注射MSU后1h邓老御风膏低剂量能显著减轻大鼠足跖肿胀度(P<0.05),在注射MSU后1h、2h、5h、7h邓老御风膏中剂量能显著减轻大鼠足跖肿胀度(P<0.05),在注射MSU后7h邓老御风膏高剂量能显著减轻大鼠足跖肿胀度(P<0.05),在注射MSU后7h别嘌醇片能显著减轻大鼠足跖肿胀度(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,邓老御风膏低、中、高剂量组及别嘌醇片组大鼠右足跖肿胀组织中PGE2水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论邓老御风膏具有一定的降低UA,缓解SUA所致炎症反应和痛风的作用。
