河北省饶阳县果蔬基地土壤质量综合评价

[目的]揭示京津冀果蔬基地土壤现状及问题。[方法]以饶阳县果园与蔬菜大棚土壤为评价对象,采集12个土壤样品,测定主要理化性质指标和盐碱度,并采用模糊评价法对土壤肥力进行综合评价。同时,采用综合质量影响指数评价法评价土壤重金属污染现状。[结果]饶阳果蔬基地土壤偏碱性,土壤出现了弱次生盐渍化现象,电导率随含盐量增加而增加,盐化的同时发生着碱化的现象。土壤肥力水平处于中等水平。土壤重金属污染评价结果显示,该研究区域出现了不同程度的重金属累积现象,这可能与施肥方式的不合理有关,具有潜在的风险,需引起重视。果园改为设施大棚蔬菜种植后明显降低了土壤有机质的含量,也增加了土壤盐碱化的风险。[结论]研究结果为饶阳县果蔬基地土地合理利用、合理施肥、土壤养分管理及优质果蔬生产提供科学依据。

Background During the past decade, graft materials have been widespread used in the vagina in order to correct pelvic organ prolapse. The aim of this study was to describe and compare the exact anatomical position of the puncture devices and their relations to the relevant anatomical structures in the ProliftTM and a modified pelvic reconstructive surgery with mesh. Methods Twelve fresh cadavers were allocated randomly to either the ProliftTM or the modified pelvic reconstructive surgery group. Each group had six fresh cadavers. Relevant distances between the puncture devices and anatomical structures were recorded in both minimally invasive puncture surgeries. Results The mean distances from the posterior puncture points of the obturator membrane to the posterior branch of obturator arteries were shorter （（0.60＋0.36） cm and （0.78＋0.10） cm） when compared with the distances to the anterior branch of obturator arteries （（1.53＋0.46） cm and （1.86＋0.51） cm） for the reconstruction of the anterior compartment in both surgeries （all P 〈0.05）. The distance from the puncture points of the pelvic floor through the ischiorectal fossa to the coccygeal and inferior gluteal arteries in the ProliftTM technique （（0.88＋0.10） cm） and （（1.59＋0.36） cm））were much shorter than that in the modified pelvic reconstructive surgery （（2.95＋0.09） cm） and （（3.40＋0,36） cm）） for the reconstruction of the middle and posterior compartments （all P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Compared with the ProliftTM technique, the modified pelvic reconstructive surgery with mesh would be safer not to cause great damage to the inferior gluteal arteries and the coccygeal arteries, The posterior branch of obturator arteries would be easier to be injured than the anterior branch of obturator arteries during anterior compartment reconstruction in both surgeries.

采用SiteWise^(TM)工具对河北某化肥生产污染土壤修复全过程进行了温室气体排放、能源消耗、水资源和电力资源消耗、空气污染物排放等环境足迹的系统定量评估.结果显示,修复21800m^(3)受污染土壤,共排放温室气体2616t CO_(2)-eq,消耗能源2.11×10^(14)MJ,水资源1.1×10^(5)L,电力资源5.66×10^(4)kW⋅h,排放空气污染物1.58×10^(4)kg.采用SiteWise^(TM)工具自带的可再生能源情景分析发现,将可再生能源纳入修复系统,相对降碳1%时修复成本增加7.58%.不确定性分析结果表明,在95%置信区间内,温室气体排放量为2194~3086t CO_(2)-eq,能源消耗量为1.45×10^(14)~2.46×10^(14)MJ,整体不确定性程度较低.

3-Alkyl-2-alkyliminooxazolidin-4-ones were prepared from a copper-catalyzed domino intermolecular nucleophilic addition of a-hydroxy-（or mecapto） carboxylic acid ester to carbodiimide and a followed nucleophilic substitution of the formed amino group to carboxylic acid ester. The reactions could be performed under convenient conditions and good yields were achieved in most cases.

THE ANALYSIS OF INTRASEASONAL LONG ROSSBY WAVE SPEED IN THE SUBTROPICAL PACIFIC OCEAN

The analysis of the satellite altimeter data suggests that the propagating speed of intraseasonal long Rossby wave amplified in the subtropical Pacific Ocean is faster than that of first mode baroclinic free Rossby wave predicted by the liner theory and the propagating speed of intrascasonal long Rossby wave reflected in the eastern boundary of Pacific Ocean agrees basically with the liner theory speed of first mode baroelinic free P, ossby wave. If we do not distinguish the two kinds of hmg Rossby waves and estimate the Rossby wave speed in the whole basin, the phase speed is merely 25% higher than the linear theory long Rossby wave speed. The acceleration of the propagating speed of intraseasonal long Rossby wave amplified in the subtropical Pacific Ocean is due to the existence of westward thermolcline mean flow.

Embryonic stem cells （ESCs） derived from the early embryos possess two important characteristics：self-renewal and pluripotency,which make ESCs ideal seed cells that could be potentially utilized for curing a number of degenerative and genetic diseases ***,ethical concerns and immune rejection after cell transplantation limited the clinical application of ***,the recent advances in induced pluripotent stem cell （iPSC） research have clearly shown that differentiated somatic cells from various species could be reprogrammed into pluripotent state by ectopically expressing a combination of several transcription factors,which are highly enriched in *** ground-breaking achievement could circumvent most of the limitations that ESCs ***,it remains challenging if the iPS cell lines,especially the human iPSCs lines,available are fully ***,it is prerequisite to establish a molecular standard to distinguish the better quality iPSCs from the inferior ones.
