热激蛋白70(heat shock protein 70,Hsp70)在植物发育过程以及响应生物和非生物胁迫中起着重要作用。为探究小麦Hsp70基因家族进化关系、功能以及表达模式,本研究对乌拉尔图小麦、拟斯卑尔脱山羊草、二粒小麦、粗山羊草以及普通小麦的Hsp70基因进行全面的生物信息学分析,并通过RT-qPCR方法分析其部分Hsp70基因在不同外源激素和环境胁迫条件下的表达模式。结果表明,从乌拉尔图小麦、拟斯卑尔脱山羊草、二粒小麦、粗山羊草和普通小麦5个物种中,分别鉴定出30、41、60、28和94个Hsp70基因;系统发育分析表明5个物种Hsp70家族成员分为5个亚家族组,每组成员数量不相等,其中大部分成员分布在第Ⅰ组,且同一亚家族中大多数的Hsp70成员具有相似的基因结构和保守基序;进一步综合分析5个物种Hsp70基因的染色体定位和重复事件,发现Hsp70基因在5个物种的各染色体上分布不均匀,此外从5个物种中共发现12个串联重复事件和110个片段复制事件,表明片段复制事件促进了小麦Hsp70基因家族的扩张;顺式作用元件分析表明,5个物种Hsp70基因的启动子区域存在多种光响应元件、逆境响应元件、激素响应元件以及生长发育调节元件;此外RT-qPCR结果表明,5个物种部分Hsp70基因在不同激素处理和逆境胁迫下具有不同程度的响应,在高温和干旱胁迫下,所选8个Hsp70基因均上调表达。小麦及其祖先物种Hsp70基因的鉴定及其进化过程为进一步研究Hsp70基因在小麦生长发育过程中的功能以及在逆境胁迫下的响应机制提供理论基础。

Target detection of small samples with a complex background is always difficult in the classification of remote sensing *** propose a new small sample target detection method combining local features and a convolutional neural network(LF-CNN)with the aim of detecting small numbers of unevenly distributed ground object targets in remote sensing *** k-nearest neighbor method is used to construct the local neighborhood of each point and the local neighborhoods of the features are extracted one by one from the convolution *** the local features are aggregated by maximum pooling to obtain global feature *** classification probability of each category is then calculated and classified using the scaled expected linear units function and the full connection *** experimental results show that the proposed LF-CNN method has a high accuracy of target detection and classification for hyperspectral imager remote sensing data under the condition of small *** drawbacks in both time and complexity,the proposed LF-CNN method can more effectively integrate the local features of ground object samples and improve the accuracy of target identification and detection in small samples of remote sensing images than traditional target detection methods.

目的探讨人参皂甙Rg3抑制卵巢癌细胞生长可能存在的分子机制。方法采用细胞克隆实验检测人参皂甙Rg3对人卵巢癌SKOV3细胞增殖的抑制效果;四氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法、流式凋亡、划痕实验、Transwell实验分别检测人参皂甙Rg3对SKOV3细胞凋亡、侵袭、迁移的影响;qRT-PCR法和Western blot法分别检测Rg3不同浓度作用下卵巢癌细胞中Zeste基因增强子同源物2(EZH2)基因和蛋白的表达。结果人参皂甙Rg3对SKOV3细胞增殖抑制率升高(P<0.05),凋亡率显著上升(P<0.01),侵袭、迁移能力均显著下降(P<0.01),SKOV3细胞中EZH2的基因和蛋白随着Rg3浓度的增加表达量呈现明显的下降(P<0.01)。结论人参皂甙Rg3可能通过抑制EZH2的表达,促进卵巢癌细胞的凋亡,抑制卵巢癌SKOV3细胞增殖、侵袭以及迁移的能力,为卵巢癌的临床治疗提供新思路。

Interaction between granulation and small-scale magnetic flux observed by Hinode

With the polarimetric observations obtained by the Spectro-Polarimeter on board Hinode, we study the relationship between granular development and magnetic field evolution in the quiet Sun. Six typical cases are displayed to exhibit interaction between granules and magnetic elements, and we have obtained the following results. （1） A granule develops centrosymmetrically when no magnetic flux emerges within the granular cell. （2） A granule develops and splits noncentrosymmetrically while flux emerges at an outer part of the granular cell. （3） Magnetic flux emergence in a cluster of mixed polarities is detected at the position of a granule as soon as the granule breaks up. （4） A dipole emerges accompanied by the development of a granule, and the two elements of the dipole are rooted in the adjacent intergranular lanes and face each other across the granule. Advected by the horizontal granular motion, the positive element of the dipole then cancels with the pre-existing negative flux. （5） Flux cancellation also takes place between a positive element, which is advected by granular flow, and its surrounding negative flux. （6） While magnetic flux cancellation takes place in a granular cell, the granule shrinks and then disappears. （7） Horizontal magnetic fields are enhanced at the places where dipoles emerge and where opposite polarities cancel each other, but only the horizontal fields between the dipolar elements point in an orderly way from the positive elements to the negative ones. Our results reveal that granules and small-scale magnetic fluxes influence each other. Granular flow advects magnetic flux, and magnetic flux evolution suppresses granular development. There exist extremely large Doppler blue-shifts at the site of one canceling magnetic element. This phenomenon may be caused by the upward flow produced by magnetic reconnection below the photosphere.

X-ray fluorescence(XRF) scan methodology is important for elemental mapping of samples at a synchrotron radiation facility. To save the experiment time and improve the experiment efficiency, one should develop an efficient XRF scan method. In this paper, a new scan mode is presented. It can map arbitrary-shaped areas withou stopping the motors. The control and data acquisition system integrates motor controlling, detector triggering, and data acquisition and storage. The system realizes the arbitrary-shaped 2D-mapping and fluorescence data acquisition synchronously. SR-XRF mapping has been performed with a standard gold mask to verify the validity of this method a beamline BL15U1 of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility. The results show that this method reduces the tota scan time and improves the experiment efficiency.

OBJECTIVE： To design a combined dynamic inhalation device for testing the toxicity induced by moxa smoking. METHODS： The new apparatus （Patent No. 201120101911.5） includes air renewal and recycling systems, a gas generating device, a gas control unit, and a device to measure and control tem- perature and humidity. Sprague-dawley rats were tested for acute and sub-chronic toxicity after exposure to moxa-burning ***： We found an LQ0 of 1.2× 10^4 mg/m^3 in the acute toxicity assays. In sub-chronic toxicity tests the organ coefficients studied showed no sig-nificant differences within rats groups of the same gender after treatment with moxa smoke or a month of recovery. However, mean gray degree of lung 70 heat shock protein （HSP70） was significantly elevated in the high dose group in comparison with the low dose group （P 〈 0.05）, mean gray degree, mean optical density, gross area of HSP70 in other organs and caspase-9 parameters showed no significant differences between ***： These results suggest that moxa smoke had no overt toxicity in rats. This work pro- vides evidence and reference for the design of dy- namic inhalation exposure systems.

An oxide ceramic process was adopted to prepare high frequency manganese-zinc(MnZn)power *** combination with the microstructure analysis of material,the influences of sintering process on initial permeability(μ_(i))and high frequency loss in unit volume(P_(cv))of MnZn power ferrite were *** results show that in order to obtain fine microstructure and high frequency properties,the preferable sintering temperature and atmosphere are 1230℃and oxygen partial pressure(P_(O_(2)))of 4%,respectively.

Multiple access(MA) technology is of most importance for 5G. Non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA) utilizing power domain and advanced receiver has been considered as a promising candidate MA technology recently. In this paper, the NOMA concept is presented toward future enhancements of spectrum efficiency in lower frequency bands for downlink of 5G system. Key component technologies of NOMA are presented and discussed including multiuser transmission power allocation, scheduling algorithm, receiver design and combination of NOMA with multi-antenna technology. The performance gains of NOMA are evaluated by system-level simulations with very practical assumptions. Under multiple configurations and setups, the achievable system-level gains of NOMA are shown promising even when practical considerations were taken into account.

The Global Dynamics of a Class of Vector Fields in R3

In this paper, .we find a bridge connecting a class of vector fields in R3 with the planar vector fields and give a criterion of the existence of closed orbits, heteroclinic orbits *** orbits of a class of vector fields in R3. All the possible nonwandering sets of this class of vector fields fall into three classes：（i） singularities; （ii） closed orbits; （iii） graphs of unions of singularities and the trajectories connecting them. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the boundedness of the vector fields are also obtained.
