Establishing delivery route-dependent safety and efficacy of living biodrug mesenchymal stem cells in heart failure patients

BACKGROUND Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)as living biopharmaceuticals with unique properties,i.e.,stemness,viability,phenotypes,paracrine activity,etc.,need to be administered such that they reach the target site,maintaining these properties unchanged and are retained at the injury site to participate in the repair *** of delivery(RoD)remains one of the critical determinants of safety and *** study elucidates the safety and effectiveness of different RoDs of MSC treatment in heart failure(HF)based on phase II randomized clinical trials(RCTs).We hypothesize that the RoD modulates the safety and efficacy of MSCbased therapy and determines the outcome of the *** To investigate the effect of RoD of MSCs on safety and efficacy in HF *** RCTs were retrieved from six *** endpoints included mortality and serious adverse events(SAEs),while efficacy outcomes encompassed changes in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6-minute walk distance(6MWD),and pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(pro-BNP).Subgroup analyses on RoD were performed for all study *** Twelve RCTs were ***,MSC therapy demonstrated a significant decrease in mortality[relative risk(RR):0.55,95%confidence interval(95%CI):0.33-0.92,P=0.02]compared to control,while SAE outcomes showed no significant difference(RR:0.84,95%CI:0.66-1.05,P=0.11).RoD subgroup analysis revealed a significant difference in SAE among the transendocardial(TESI)injection subgroup(RR=0.71,95%CI:0.54-0.95,P=0.04).The pooled weighted mean difference(WMD)demonstrated an overall significant improvement of LVEF by 2.44%(WMD:2.44%,95%CI:0.80-4.29,P value≤0.001),with only intracoronary(IC)subgroup showing significant improvement(WMD:7.26%,95%CI:5.61-8.92,P≤0.001).Furthermore,the IC delivery route significantly improved 6MWD by 115 m(WMD=114.99 m,95%CI:91.48-138.50),*** biochemical efficacy outcomes,only the IC subgroup showed a significant reduction in pro-

Pregnancy stressors and postpartum symptoms of depression and anxiety:the moderating role of a cognitivebehavioural therapy(CBT)intervention

Intelligent Fractional-Order Controller for SMES Systems in Renewable Energy-Based Microgrid

An autonomous microgrid that runs on renewable energy sources is presented in this *** has a supercon-ducting magnetic energy storage(SMES)device,wind energy-producing devices,and an energy storage ***,because such microgrids are nonlinear and the energy they create varies with time,controlling and managing the energy inside them is a difficult ***-order proportional integral(FOPI)controller is recommended for the current research to enhance a standalone microgrid’s energy management and *** suggested dedicated control for the SMES comprises two loops:the outer loop,which uses the FOPI to regulate the DC-link voltage,and the inner loop,responsible for regulating the SMES current,is constructed using the intelligent FOPI(iFOPI).The FOPI+iFOPI parameters are best developed using the dandelion optimizer(DO)approach to achieve the optimum *** suggested FOPI+iFOPI controller’s performance is contrasted with a conventional PI controller for variations in wind speed and microgrid *** optimal FOPI+iFOPI controller manages the voltage and frequency of the *** behavior of the microgrid as a reaction to step changes in load and wind speed was measured using the proposed *** simulations were used to evaluate the recommended system’s *** results of the simulations showed that throughout all interruptions,the recommended microgrid provided the load with AC power with a constant amplitude and *** addition,the required load demand was accurately ***,the microgrid functioned incredibly well despite SMES and varying wind *** obtained under identical conditions were compared with and without the best FOPI+iFOPI *** utilizing the optimal FOPI+iFOPI controller with SMES,it was found that the microgrid performed better than the microgrid without SMES.

In this study,we aim to assess dynamical downscaling simulations by utilizing a novel bias-corrected global climate model(GCM)data to drive a regional climate model(RCM)over the Asia-western North Pacific *** simulations were conducted with a 25-km grid spacing for the period 1980–*** first simulation(WRF_ERA5)was driven by the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts Reanalysis 5(ERA5)dataset and served as the validation *** original GCM dataset(MPI-ESM1-2-HR model)was used to drive the second simulation(WRF_GCM),while the third simulation(WRF_GCMbc)was driven by the bias-corrected GCM *** bias-corrected GCM data has an ERA5-based mean and interannual variance and long-term trends derived from the ensemble mean of 18 CMIP6 *** demonstrate that the WRF_GCMbc significantly reduced the root-mean-square errors(RMSEs)of the climatological mean of downscaled variables,including temperature,precipitation,snow,wind,relative humidity,and planetary boundary layer height by 50%–90%compared to the WRF_***,the RMSEs of interannual-tointerdecadal variances of downscaled variables were reduced by 30%–60%.Furthermore,the WRF_GCMbc better captured the annual cycle of the monsoon circulation and intraseasonal and day-to-day *** leading empirical orthogonal function(EOF)shows a monopole precipitation mode in the WRF_*** contrast,the WRF_GCMbc successfully reproduced the observed tri-pole mode of summer precipitation over eastern *** improvement could be attributed to a better-simulated location of the western North Pacific subtropical high in the WRF_GCMbc after GCM bias correction.

High-Performance Flow Classification of Big Data Using Hybrid CPU-GPU Clusters of Cloud Environments

The network switches in the data plane of Software Defined Networking (SDN) are empowered by an elementary process, in which enormous number of packets which resemble big volumes of data are classified into specific flows by matching them against a set of dynamic rules. This basic process accelerates the processing of data, so that instead of processing singular packets repeatedly, corresponding actions are performed on corresponding flows of packets. In this paper, first, we address limitations on a typical packet classification algorithm like Tuple Space Search (TSS). Then, we present a set of different scenarios to parallelize it on different parallel processing platforms, including Graphics Processing Units (GPUs), clusters of Central Processing Units (CPUs), and hybrid clusters. Experimental results show that the hybrid cluster provides the best platform for parallelizing packet classification algorithms, which promises the average throughput rate of 4.2 Million packets per second (Mpps). That is, the hybrid cluster produced by the integration of Compute Unified Device Architecture (CUDA), Message Passing Interface (MPI), and OpenMP programming model could classify 0.24 million packets per second more than the GPU cluster scheme. Such a packet classifier satisfies the required processing speed in the programmable network systems that would be used to communicate big medical data.

Finite element modeling assumptions impact on seismic response demands of MRF-buildings

Recent seismic events have raised concerns over the safety and vulnerability of reinforced concrete moment resisting frame ＂RC-MRF＂ buildings. The seismic response of such buildings is greatly dependent on the computational tools used and the inherent assumptions in the modelling process. Thus, it is essential to investigate the sensitivity of the response demands to the corresponding modelling assumption. Many parameters and assumptions are justified to generate effective structural finite element（FE） models of buildings to simulate lateral behaviour and evaluate seismic design demands. As such, the present study focuses on the development of reliable FE models with various levels of refinement. The effects of the FE modelling assumptions on the seismic response demands on the design of buildings are investigated. the predictive ability of a FE model is tied to the accuracy of numerical analysis; a numerical analysis is performed for a series of symmetric buildings in active seismic zones. The results of the seismic response demands are presented in a comparative format to confirm drift and strength limits requirements. A proposed model is formulated based on a simplified modeling approach, where the most refined model is used to calibrate the simplified model.

句子情感分类任务致力于挖掘文本中的情感语义，目前以基于BERT的深度网络模型表现最佳。然而这类模型的性能极度依赖于大量的高质量标注数据，而现实中标注样本往往比较稀缺，导致深度神经网络（DNN）很容易在小规模样本集上过拟合，难以准确捕捉句子的隐含情感特征。尽管现有的半监督模型有效利用了未标注样本的特征，但对引入未标注样本可能导致错误逐渐累积问题仍然没有得到有效处理。同时，半监督模型在对测试数据集进行预测后不会重新评估和修正上一次的标注结果，因此无法充分挖掘测试数据上的特征信息。为解决这些问题，本文提出了一种新型的半监督句子情感分类模型。该模型首先提出基于K-近邻算法的权重机制，为置信度高的样本分配较高的权重，以尽可能减少错误信息在模型训练过程中的传播。接着，采用了两阶段训练策略，使模型能够对测试数据中预测错误的样本进行及时修正。最后通过在多个数据集上的测试，证明了本模型即使在小规模样本集上也能获得良好的性能。
