The main target of this research is to allow solar PV to contribute economically to an on-grid energy-efficient building where the dust accumulation is a significant ***-cleaning coatings such as hydrophobic or hy-drophilic materials have recently been introduced to reduce dust deposition on building-integrated PV(BIPV)*** hydrophilic Nano-coated material is examined as a solution to decrease the impact of the dust on the BIPV panels and harvest more solar *** impartial comparison of the BIPV panels performance under natu-ral dust conditions,manual cleaning,and hydrophilic nanomaterial coating is *** an exhaustive and qualitative experimental analysis,the anti-reflection and anti-static properties of the utilized Nano-coated material are *** experimental results show that the hydrophilic Nano-coated material significantly improves the gathered maximum output power by 18%compared to the manually wiped *** calculated efficiencies of the Nano-coated,manual cleaning,and dusty panels are 11%,9%,and 6%,respectively,which highlights the futureproofing of the Nano-coated solar *** to the dusty panels,the ecological and economical results show that the BIPV carbon emissions are desirably dropped by 11%while using Nano-coated PV panels and the payback.period is reduced to 3.9 years,which is approximately 12.8%faster.

From economic and nutritional points of view,tomato is,historically,considered one of the most important *** signiﬁcant yield reduction,most commercial cultivars of tomato crops are sensitive to moderate levels of ***,high levels of salt stress can negatively affect the yield and quality of tomato ***,this study was conducted to evaluate the yield and fruit quality of three tomato cultivars(Forester,Ghandowra-F1,and Feisty-Red)cultivated hydroponically,under three different levels of nutrient solution *** of tomato fruits was performed based on quantity(number and weight of fruits,and total fruit yield),physical quality(color andﬁrmness),and chemical quality(refractometric index“Brix”,pH,EC,k.(+),Na^(+),and NO_(3)-).Experiments were conducted using three salinity levels of the nutrient solution with electrical conductivity values(dSm^(-1))of 2.5(control),6.0,and *** showed that the studied tomato cultivars were signiﬁcantly inﬂuenced by high salinity(9.5 dSm^(-1))in comparison to the low(2.5 dSm^(-1))and medium(6.0 dSm^(-1))levels of *** average,the highest fruit weight per plant of 1944.84 g and total fruit yield of 4.42 k.m^(-2) were observed at the low salinity level;however,no signiﬁcant differences were obtained in the two yield factors(single fruit weight and total fruit yield)for the low and medium salinity *** the other hand,a signiﬁcant reduction in tomato yield(31%)was associated with the high salinity level compared to the yield at low and medium salinity *** of physical quality parameters showed highly signiﬁcant differences among all salinity *** average,the maximum value of color change(1.72)was associated with the medium salinity level,and the maximum value ofﬁrmness(9.61 Ncm^(-1))was recorded at the high salinity *** levels and tomato cultivars introduced signiﬁcant differences in chemical quality parameters;however,no signiﬁcant differences in these

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Hippeastrum hybridum(HH)as a free radical scavenger,and an inhibitor of the two enzymes i-e Alpha-amylase(α-amylase)and acetylcholinesterase(AChE).METHODS:In this study,HH plant was preliminary analyzed for phytochemical screening and then tested for its antioxidant,anti-α-amylase,and anti-AChE efficiency via standard ***:Phytochemical analysis shows the existence of different compounds;while Coumarins and quinones were *** total phenolic,flavonoid,and tannins content were found to be(78.52±0.69)mg GAE/g,(2.01±0.04)mg RUE/g,and(58.12±0.23)mg TAE/g of plant extract respectively.28.02%±0.02%alk.loid and 2.02%±0.05%saponins were present in the HH *** HH extract showed the anti-oxidant property with IC50(50%inhibition)of(151.01±0.13)(HH),(79.01±0.04)(Ascorbic acid)for ferric reducing,(91.48±0.13)(HH),(48.02±0.11)(Ascorbic acid)against Ammonium molybdenum,(156.02±0.31)(HH),(52.38±0.21)(Ascorbic acid)against DPPH,136.01±0.21(HH),52.02±0.31(Ascorbic acid)against H_(2)O_(2),and 154.12±0.03(HH),(40.05±0.15)(Ascorbic acid)μg/mL against ABTS *** analysis indicated that HH caused a competitive type of inhibition ofα-amylase(V_(max)remained constant and k. increases from 10.65 to84.37%)while Glucophage caused the un-competitive type of inhibition i-e both k. and V_(max)decreased from40.49 to 69.15%and 38.86 to 69.61%*** k.(i),(inhibition constant);k.(I),(dissociation constant),k.(m),(Michaelis-Menten constant),and IC50 were found to be62,364,68.1,and 38.08±0.22 for HH and 12,101.05,195,34.01±0.21 for ***,HH causes an anon-competitive type of inhibition of AChE i-e k. remains constant while V_(max)decreases from 60.5%to74.1%.The calculated k.(i),k.(I),k.(m),and IC50 were found to be 32,36.2,0.05,and 18.117±***:From the current results,it is concluded that HH extract contains bioactive compounds,and could be a good alternative to controlling oxidant

用HCl或HF对Re/H-ZSM-5催化剂进行了后处理,并在50～400℃用连续流动反应器研究了催化剂对环己烯加氢转化反应的影响.与HCl处理相比,HF处理显著提高了催化剂上环己烯加氢生成环己烷以及甲基环戊烯加氢生成甲基环戊烷的催化活性,这主要是因为HF处理催化剂具有较高的铼分散度、酸中心数及酸强度.Re/H-ZSM-5(HF)催化剂上最高的酸中心强度使其具有最高的加氢裂化活性及最低的环己烯脱氢生成环己二烯活性.在未处理的Re/H-ZSM-5催化剂上,沉积在分子筛载体孔道和空穴中非骨架Al和Si的量最少,因而对生成芳烃的脱氢反应具有最高活性.卤化氢处理催化剂上二甲苯异构体的相对产量表明:HF处理催化剂上,对二甲苯产量高于间二甲苯;HCl处理催化剂上,间二甲苯和对二甲苯产量基本相当;在未处理的催化剂上,间二甲苯量产量比对二甲苯高.此外,上述所有催化剂上的邻二甲苯产量均约等于对二甲苯与间二甲苯之和.

Effect of Pd or Ir on the catalytic performance of Mo/H-ZSM-5 during the non-oxidative conversion of natural gas to petrochemicals

Natural gas conversion to petrochemicals, principally, benzene, naphthalene, toluene, as well as ethylene under non-oxidative conditions was examined in a fixed bed flow reactor at 700 ℃ and gaseous hourly space velocity （GHSV） of 1500 ml·g ^-1·h^-1 at time-on-stream ranging from 5 rain to 4 h using catalysts containing 6.0%Mo/H-ZSM-5 promoted with Pd or Ir metal. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, TPD, and TGA. The addition of Pd or Ir to 6%Mo/H-ZSM-5 catalyst promoted ethylene production but inhibited the cyclization reaction to aromatics owing to the strong interaction between these noble metals and the framework.Al species, which were attached to the acid sites during the impregnation process. Cok. deposition on the catalysts was found to decrease upon addition of 0.5wt% of Pd or Ir to 6%Mo/H-ZSM-5 catalyst owing to the hydrogenating activity of these metals.

In the south Eastern Desert of Egypt,two contrasting types of magmatism(mafic and felsic) are recorded in the Wadi k.lalat area,and form the Gabal El Motaghiarat and Gabal Batuga intrusions,*** two intrusions post-dates ophiolitic and arc associations represented by serpentinite and metagabbro-diorite,*** mafic intrusion has a basal ultramafic member represented by fresh peridotite,which is followed upward by olivine gabbro and anorthositic or *** mafic intrusion pertains to the Alask.n-type mafic-ultramafic intrusions in the Arabian-Nubian Shield(ANS)being of tholeiitic nature and emplaced in a typical arc *** the other hand,the Gabal Batuga intrusion comprises three varieties of fresh A-type granites of high k.calc alk.line nature,which is peraluminous and garnetbearing in parts.A narrow thermal aureole in the olivine gabbro of the mafic intrusion was developed due to the intrusion of the Batuga *** results in the development of a hornfelsic melagabbro variety in which the composition changed from tholeiitic to a calc-alk.line composition due to the addition of S_(i)O_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),alk.lis,lithosphile elements(LILEs) such as Rb(70 ppm) and Y(28 ppm) from the felsic *** the thermal aureole,Rb amounts 2-8 ppm and Y lies in the range k.calc-alk.line giving rise to a typical post-collisional A-type granite(A_(2)-subtype) indicating an origin from an underplating crustal ***,it is stressed here that the younger granites in the ANS are not exclusively post-collisional and within-plate but most lik.ly they started to develop before closure of the arc *** possible source(s) of mafic magmas
