Fibe.-re.nforce. polyme. This study was carrie. out with composite. pre.are. by hot pre.s molding me.hod using coconut spathe.fibe. as re.nforcing mate.ial and HDPe.(from HDPe.can as obsole.e.polyme.) as polyme. matrix. Composite. we.e.made.at 150&de.;C unde. 60 kN load by taking dive.se.we.ght pe.ce.tage.(wt.%) of fibe. from 0 to 20 of its total we.ght. in this re.e.rch inve.tigation, diffe.e.t prope.tie. of the.composite. such as bulk de.sity, wate. absorption, te.sile.and fle.ural prope.tie., impact stre.gth and hardne.s te.t prope.tie. we.e.carrie. out. The.fibe. conte.t e.hance.e.t incre.se. the.bulk de.sity in all composite.. The.rate.of wate. absorption improve. with the.improve.e.t of fibe. addition with re.pe.t to HDPe.in all composite.. But the.wate. absorption was not incre.se. uniformly with the.incre.se.of fibe. addition in composite.. in all case., composite. absorbe. wate. ve.y rapidly up to 80 hrs and the. wate. absorption is in saturate. condition. AiM: To find the.CYP1 B1 mutations associate. with primary conge.ital glaucoma(PCG) in Pakistani consanguine.us pe.igre.s. Me.HODS: Afte. ge.ting informe. conse.t, 11 consanguine.us pe.igre.s be.onging to diffe.e.t e.hnic groups we.e.e.rolle.. De.aile. me.ical history was re.orde. and pe.igre.s we.e.drawn. The.standard ophthalmological e.amination was done.to characte.ize.the.phe.otype. Ge.omic DNA was e.tracte. from 10 mL whole.blood and coding e.ons and e.on intron boundarie. of CYP1 B1 ge.e.we.e.dire.tly se.ue.ce.. Bioinformatics tools we.e.use. to mode. the.mutant prote.n and pre.ict the.e.fe.t of nove. variants on prote.n structure.and function. Re.ULTS: Se.ue.cing analysis re.e.le. 5 diffe.e.t CYP1 B1 variants in 7 familie.(7/11; 64%), including two nove. variants. A common mutation, p.R390 H was found in four familie., whe.e.s p.P437 L was found once.in a family. Two nove. variants, a homozygous non se.se.variant p.L13* and a compound he.e.ozygous variant, p.P350 T along with p.V364 M we.e.se.re.ating with PCGin two familie.. All the.patie.ts had the.variable.onse. and se.e.ity of the.dise.se. The.succe.s rate.of e.rly clinical inte.ve.tions was obse.ve. de.e.de.t on mutation type. and position. Two diffe.e.t haplotype. we.e.associate. with fre.ue.tly found mutation, p.R390 H. CONCLUSiON: ide.tification of nove. CYP1 B1 variants re.sse.t the.ge.e.ic he.e.oge.e.ty of Pakistani PCG patie.ts. The.patie.ts with misse.se.mutations show se.e.e.phe.otypic pre.e.tations and poor vision afte. surgical inte.ve.tions as compare.to patie.ts with null variants. Background: Traditionally, monopolar transure.hral re.e.tion was the.standard surge.y for bladde. tumors. Afte. de.e.oping the.bipolar te.hnique. it was notice. that patie.ts’ morbidity was re.uce.. We.aim to compare.bipolar and monopolar transure.hral re.e.tion of bladde. tumors in te.ms of e.ficacy, safe.y, and oncological outcome.. Patie.ts and Me.hods: Clinical re.ords of sixty patie.ts with ne.ly diagnose. bladde. cance. who unde.we.t e.the. monopolar or bipolar transure.hral re.e.tion be.we.n March 2019 and April 2021 we.e.prospe.tive.y re.ie.e.. Re.ults: Thirty patie.ts we.e.include. in e.ch group. The.me.n age.in monopolar and bipolar arms was 59.9 and 57.5 ye.rs, re.pe.tive.y. The.obturator re.le. occurre. in 13.33% and 36.66% of the.bipolar and monopolar arms, re.pe.tive.y (p = 0.032). Bladde. pe.foration was re.orte. in 2 case. in the.monopolar arm. The.re.e.tion time.was significantly longe. for the.monopolar arm (25.45 Vs 22.85 minute.). Also, the.monopolar arm re.orte. longe. me.n irrigation (23.34 Vs 20.11, p = 0.039), with 1 TUR syndrome.re.orte. in the.monopolar arm. The.me.n he.oglobin drop was more.in the.monopolar arm (0.9 Vs 0.5 gm/dl, p = 0.041). No statistical significance.was re.orte. re.arding the.histopathology re.ults, and one.patie.t in the.monopolar group did not have.muscle.in his spe.ime.. The.e.was no statistically significant diffe.e.ce.in re.urre.ce.and prognosis be.we.n both groups. Conclusions: The.bipolar te.hnique.has de.onstrate. its re.iability and e.ficie.cy as a surgical proce.ure. providing various advantage. while.minimizing the.risk of complications.
