本文通过初筛和复筛考察不同乳酸菌的抗真菌活性,并将小麦胚芽油添加入乳酸菌培养液中进行发酵,旨在明确乳酸菌协同小麦胚芽油发酵对抗黑曲霉活性的影响。研究表明,小麦胚芽油不具有抑制黑曲霉生长的能力,而乳杆菌LF5发酵液抑菌率随着小麦胚芽油浓度的升高明显提升,且该现象具有菌株特异性。通过加热、中和pH、添加蛋白酶及过氧化氢酶发现,乳酸菌协同发酵上清液中的抗真菌活性物质主要由有机酸以及部分具有良好热稳定性的非蛋白类组分组成。此外,采用乳杆菌LF5协同小麦胚芽油发酵制备面包,在第5 d发现肉眼可见霉菌,与空白组(第2~3 d)相较具有显著抑制黑曲霉生长活性的作用,为乳酸菌在发酵米面食品中的应用提供了新的方向。

从生物样品中选择性提取活性肽和蛋白质是一个重要的科学问题。本论文以1,3,5-苯三甲醛（BT）和3,5-二氨基苯甲酸（da）作为单体,以二氧化硅微球为核,制备了一种具有丰富羧基官能团的共价有机聚合物核壳材料（BTda@SiO2）,并探索了该材料在碱性多肽、蛋白质、金属离子分离富集领域的应用。论文包括四部分。1.综述了目前多孔吸附材料的种类及其在分离富集领域的应用。2.采用溶剂水热反应制备氨基修饰的二氧化硅纳米颗粒。通过氨基与BT上的醛基缩合得到BT@SiO2,将获得的BT@SiO2与da反应,形成BTda壳层（一种Schiff碱）。控制反应时间和条件,实现BTda壳层在硅球上的可控生长,得到富含羧基的核壳材料BTda@SiO2。通过傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱、核磁共振波谱、X射线光电子能谱、热重分析、比表面积和孔径分析等技术对得到的复合材料进行了表征。结果表明所得到的核壳材料具有较高的表面积,热稳定性和丰富的羧基官能团,这使其在选择性吸附应用中具有极大的潜力。3.研究表明大部分的天然抗菌肽均为碱性肽。因此本论文首先以碱性标准肽为模板分子（KVFLGLK）,研究了 BTda@SiO2微球对混合肽样品中带正电荷的碱性多肽的吸附分离能力。优化了吸附条件包括:吸附溶剂种类、pH、洗脱剂等。结果表明BTda@SiO2微球在优化后的吸附条件下,不仅具有较高的选择性,而且5分钟内可以达到吸附平衡,最大吸附容量为833.33 mgg-1。该材料经过5重复使用后,吸附效率没有明显降低。吸附模型符合Langmuir方程,动力学数据符合伪二级模型。进一步将该材料用于混合蛋白质（溶菌酶和牛血清白蛋白）的胰蛋白酶消化液中碱性多肽的富集研究。溶菌酶和牛血清白蛋白酶解液的cLC-MS/MS分析得到59个多肽,其中既有酸性多肽也有碱性多肽,而经过BTda@SiO2富集后的上清中的43个多肽均为酸性肽,富集洗脱液中21个多肽中有19个碱性肽。实际样品的分析结果表明,本论文得到的核壳材料可以选择性富集生物样品中的碱性多肽。4.进一步探索了核壳材料BTda@SiO2在其它领域的应用。（1）基于羧基与金属离子的配位作用,BTda@SiO2对重金属离子具有良好的吸附性能。对于研究的 Ag（Ⅰ）,Cd（Ⅱ）,Co（Ⅱ）,Cr（Ⅲ）,Cu（Ⅱ）,Ni（Ⅱ）和 Mn（Ⅱ）等金属离子,吸附量分别为 0.53、18.00、16.89、14.44、13.58、13.06 和 12.98 mg/g。（2）对蛋白质混合物的分离吸附应用结果显示,在优化条件下BTda@SiO2对碱性蛋白溶菌酶的最大吸附容量达到714.28 mg/g。论文采用层层组装的方法,制备了壳层厚度可控的BTda@SiO2核壳材料。基于其表面具有分布均匀的羧基基团的特性,系统研究了该材料作为选择性吸附剂的吸附性能。本论文建立的制备方法简单,材料性能稳定利于实现大规模制备。对于天然抗菌肽的初步筛选提供了新的材料和基础。

This paper describes the fundamentals of cloud computing and current big-data key technologies. We categorize big-da- ta processing as batch-based, stream-based, graph-based, daG-based, interactive-based, or visual-based according to the processing technique. We highlight the strengths and weaknesses of various big-data cloud processing techniques in order to help the big-data community select the appropri- ate processing technique. We also provide big data research challenges and future directions in aspect to transportation management systems.

With a sustained period of economic growth, rapidly growing populations and with more diversified economies Africa need sustainable development; hence the greater need for massive investments in energy. Sub-Saharan countries such as Djibouti have the potential and ability to harness their natural ventilation as a passive cooling system for designing new houses. The rapid expansion of the Djibouti city is affecting negatively the environment and the safety and comfort of its inhabitants. Proper atmospheric urban planning and management are key to making cities environmentally friendly and sustainable. Based on energy consumption, climate conditions in Djibouti and numerical analysis using Computational Fluid Dynamics （CFD）, it is apparent that the natural ventilation creates a thermally comfortable indoor environment in buildings during the cool season of the year. Measured wind data from two measurement systems are presented and discussed. Statistical analyses, wind rose, Weibull distribution were carried out to understand the natural ventilation characteristic, which is used for evolving the basic criteria for economic viability of building in the semi-arid climate of Djibouti. The study found that it is possible to benefit from natural ventilation in buildings during the cool season of the year.

Beneficial Effects of Some Nutraceuticals Containing Glucosamine and Antioxidant against CCL4 Induced Brain Injury in Rats

The present study is performed to investigate the effect of two different glucosamine containing drugs: Drug 1 and Drug 2 (D1 and D2) against CCl4 induced brain damage in male albino rats. Liverin (AM) was employed in the current study as an antioxidant reference drug. CCl4 administration caused a significant elevation in the levels of Mda and NO of brain tissue, in association with a significant decrease in the antioxidant defense system (GSH, SOD and GPX) that indicated the induction of oxidative stress in brain tissue. CCl4 administration induced brain injury as manifested by the obtained changes in neurotransmitter parameter (norepinephrine (NE), Dopamine (da), Serotonin (5-HT), and Acetylcholinesterase AChE). The tested nutraceuticals and the antioxidant drug displayed a significant improvement against the undue effect of CCl4 via decreasing the brain tissue content of Mda, NO with the elevation of GSH content. Also, the significant increase in SOD and GPX enzymatic activity was obtained when compared to CCL4 group. In addition AM, D1, and D2 have an ameliorative effect on neurotransmitter parameter NE, da, 5HT, and AChE. Results of this study suggest that both antioxidant drugs and tested nutraceuticals palliate the brain injuries through anti-oxidative effect, with the elimination of the deleterious effect of toxic metabolites of CCl4 on brain tissue.

Glucocorticoids remain the cornerstone of medicaltherapy in giant cell arteritis(GCA) and should be started immediately to prevent severe consequences of the disease, such as blindness. However, glucocorticoid therapy leads to significant toxicity in over 80% of the patients. Various steroid-sparing agents have been tried, but robust scientific evidence of their efficacy and safety is still lacking. Tocilizumab, a monoclonal IL-6 receptor blocker, has shown promising results in a number of case series and is now being tested in a multi-centre randomized controlled trial. Other targeted treatments, such as the use of abatacept, are also now under investigation in GCA. The need for surgical treatment is rare and should ideally be performed in a quiescent phase of the disease. Not all patients follow the same course, but there are no valid biomarkers to assess therapy response. Monitoring of disease progress still relies on assessing clinical features and measuring inflammatory markers(C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate). Imaging techniques(e.g., ultrasound) are clearly important screening tools for aortic aneurysms and assessing patients with largevessel involvement, but may also have an important role as biomarkers of disease activity over time or in response to therapy. Although GCA is the most common form of primary vasculitis, the optimal strategies for treatment and monitoring remain uncertain.

Objective:To use two diagnostic antigens belonging to the frequently associated in Theileria domain,Theileria equi(***)protein 82(Te 82)and *** 104 k da microneme-rhoptry antigen precursor(Te 43),to diagnose *** infection in horses as compared with equi merozoite antigen-2(EMA-2).Methods:In the current study,we applied a cocktail-ELISA containing two antigens(EMA-2+Te 82)to diagnose *** infection either in experimentally infected horses or in field ***:Our findings have revealed that a cocktail formula of EMA-2+Te 82 provided a more practical and sensitive diagnostic candidate for diagnosing *** infection in horses as compared with Te 82 or Te 43 ***:The ELISA technique using a cocktail formula of EMA-2+Te 82 offers a practical and sensitive diagnostic tool for diagnosing *** infection in horses and using of this promising cocktail formula will be applicable for epidemiological surveys and will help control the infection in horses.

Background Neovascular glaucoma （NVG） is a refractory disease which is difficult to manage. This study aimed at evaluating the efficacy and safety of adjunctive intravitreal bevacizumab （IVB） injection in conjunction with ahmed glaucoma valve implantation （AGVI） in the management of NVG. Methods This was a retrospective study of patients with NVG in whom AGVI was performed between October 2008 and May 2012. The sample was divided into two groups according to the pretreatment： with adjunctive IVB injection （the IVB group, n=25 eyes） and without adjunctive IVB injection （the control group, n=28 eyes）. The surgical success rate, number of antiglaucoma medications used, best-corrected visual acuity （BCVA）, postoperative complications, regression, and recurrence of iris neovascularization （NVI） were analyzed between the groups. Results The surgical outcomes of the two groups were compared. The complete success rates in the IVB and control groups were 84.0% and 64.3% at 12 months and 80.0% and 53.6% at 18 months, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P=0.041）. Mean postoperative intraocular pressures, mean number of postoperative antiglaucoma medications, and BCVA were not significant between the two groups. The NVI in 22 （88.0%） eyes had completely regressed within 2-8 days after IVB. However, NVI recurred in 10 eyes （40.0%） 2-9 months later after IVB. The IVB group had only 1 case （4.0%） of hyphema out of 25 eyes, while there were 8 （28.6%） cases of hyphema out of 28 eyes in the control group （P=0.026）.Conclusions This study showed that preoperative IVB injection reduced NVI remarkably, decreased hyphema, and led to higher surgical success rates. Pre-operative IVB injection may be an effective adjunct to AGVI in the management of NVG.
