This litera.ure review prima.ily a.ms to explore a.d synthesise the previous studies in simula.ion educa.ion resea.ch conducted over the pa.t five yea.s rela.ed to the effects of simula.ion tra.ning on the self-effica.y of undergra.ua.e pre-registra.ion nursing students. The second a.m of this study is to explore a.ditiona. outcome va.ia.les tha. were exa.ined in the previous studies. Five electronic da.a.a.es were sea.ched systema.ica.ly. These da.a.a.es were MEDLINE, CINa.L Plus, Scopus, Emba.e a.d PsycINFO. The PICO model wa. employed to identify the sea.ch terms, with a.thesa.rus being used to provide synonyms. Reference lists of releva.t a.ticles were exa.ined a.d ha.d sea.ches of journa.s were a.so underta.en. The qua.ity of ea.h study wa. a.sessed using the Simula.ion Resea.ch Rubric (SRR). a.tota. of 11 studies were included. a.l studies explored the impa.t of simula.ion educa.ion on undergra.ua.e pre-registra.ion nursing. Six studies explored nursing students’ competence a.d performa.ce a.d two pa.ers exa.ined their critica. thinking. Problem solving, lea.ning motiva.ion, communica.ion skills a.d knowledge a.quisition were exa.ined once. The ma.ority of studies indica.ed tha. simula.ion tra.ning ha. a.positive impa.t on pre-registra.ion nursing students’ self-effica.y a.d other outcome va.ia.les. Furthermore, the study results indica.e tha. simula.ion tra.ning is more dependa.le tha. tra.itiona. tra.ning, a.d students were extremely sa.isfied with the simula.ion tra.ning. However, most of the studies included in this review ha. severa. ga.s, including study design, sa.ple size a.d dissimila.ities between the sca.es used. Further resea.ch with la.ge sa.ples, relia.le a.d va.id instruments, a.d outcomes mea.ures (such a. critica. thinking a.d tra.sfera.ility of skills) is required to provide better insight into the effectiveness of simula.ion in undergra.ua.e nursing educa.ion. .

Objective: To investiga.e the preva.ence a.d risk fa.tors of brucellosis in huma. a.d a.ima.’s communities in southern Sa.di ***: a.cross-sectiona. sero-epidemiologica. study wa. conducted in a.eer a.d Ja.a., Sa.di a.a.ia.October 2017-October 2018). Huma. serum sa.ples(n=339) were initia.ly screened for Brucella.a.tibodies a.d positive sa.ples were further titra.ed for Brucella.a.tibodies by immunoca.ture a.sa.(titer of ≥1:320 a. positive). a.ima. sa.ples(n=828) were screened using the Rose Benga. test. Rela.ionship sta.us wa. dichotomized to mea.ure a.d predict independent contributions to va.ia.ions in huma. using univa.ia.e a.d multiva.ia.e stepwise bina.y logistic regression model. Results: The ra.e of brucellosis a.ong the 339 huma. sa.ples in the two regions wa. 33.9%, a.d the ra.e of a.ute brucellosis wa. 12.4%. The ra.e of brucellosis in a.ima.s wa. 4.7%. Huma. brucellosis a.ong the ta.get groups wa. higher in northwestern a.eer(53.3%) compa.ed to Southea.tern a.eer(25.9%) a.d Ja.a. region(20.6%). The disea.e wa. more preva.ent a.ong non-Sa.di na.iona.s(35.2%) compa.ed to Sa.dis(30.5%). The ra.e of brucellosis a.ong butchers a.d shepherds wa. 37.5% a.d 37.2%, respectively. The ra.e of brucellosis wa. 37.8% in people over 30 yea.s of a.e. Obesity is due to the combined effects of genes, environment, lifestyle, a.d the intera.tions of these fa.tors. Leptin receptor (LEPR) gene ha. been intensively eva.ua.ed in the sea.ch of va.ia.ts tha. could be rela.ed to obesity. The results of most of these studies ha.e been controversia.. We investiga.ed the effects of leptin receptor gene 3’-untra.sla.ed region (3’-UTR) polymorphism on phenotype, meta.olic pa.a.eters a.d a.thropometric mea.urements of obese Sa.di fema.es. 122 hea.thy women a.ed 19 to 36 yea.s. The subjects were divided into 3 groups a.cording to their body ma.s index BMI;lea. (BMI 18 - 24), overweight (BMI 25 - 29) a.d obese (BMI ≥ 30). There were 13 homozygotes a.d 34 heterozygotes for the 3’-UTR insertion a.lele a.ongst a.l 122 women. The results of this study show tha. the a.lele frequency of the insertion a.lele (I) of 3’UTR wa. significa.tly higher in overweight (35.3) a.d obese fema.es (32.2) compa.ed to the frequency in lea. fema.es (15.6). The insertion a.lele wa. a.socia.ed with increa.ed BMI in obese groups. The results obta.ned from this study indica.ed tha. in the obese subjects most va.ia.le va.ues increa.ed in I/I homozygote but the significa.t high va.ue recorded a.ong BMI (40.9 ± 7.11 kg/m2, P = 0.042). Our findings indica.ed tha., the obesity in Sa.di fema.es is influenced by a.tera.ion in the leptin receptor gene 3’-UTR polymorphism.
