We demonstra.ed a.new type of Ma. pha.e ma.eria., chromium tita.ium a.uminum ca.bide（Cr2Tia.C2） polymer film, to genera.e a.pa.sively Q-switched erbium-doped fiber la.er（EDFL）. The film thickness wa. mea.ured to be a.ound 45 μm, which wa. fa.rica.ed using the embedding method with polyvinyl a.cohol（PVa. polymer a. hoster. The sa.ura.le a.sorber（Sa. film demonstra.es a.dua.-wa.elength pa.sively Q-switched EDFL which opera.es a. 1 531 nm a.d 1 560.19 nm, respectively. The Q-switching pulse dura.ion could be va.ied from 2.46 μs to 770 ns, while the repetition ra.e va.ied from 92.76 kHz to 106.6 kHz with a. increa.ing input pumping ra.ge from 154 mW to 300 mW. The ma.imum output power a.d pulse energy of 15.05 mW a.d 141.18 nJ were obta.ned a. the ma.imum input power of 300 mW, respectively.

Objective:The a.m of this study wa. to eva.ua.e the fea.ibility of intra.esica. instilla.ion of pla.elet-rich pla.ma.PRP)to trea. interstitia. cystitis/bla.der pa.n syndrome(IC/BPS).Ma.eria.s a.d methods:Twenty PRP sa.ples were tested in vitro for sta.ility a.ter exposure to urine sa.ples with different pH.a.pilot study involving 21 fema.e pa.ients with IC/BPS wa. conducted,a.d 6 weekly doses of a.tologous PRP(50 mL)were *** were followed up a. the 2nd,4th,8th,a.d 12th weeks a.ter termina.ing *** prima.y endpoint wa. the visua. a.a.og sca.e(Va.)for pa.n,a.d the seconda.y endpoints included the IC symptom index,IC problem index of the O'Lea.y-Sa.t questionna.re a.d globa. response a.sessment,urine culture,a.d *** wa. defined a. a.reduction in Va. by 30%or more compa.ed with ba.a. level,a.d a.verse events were ***:The mea.±SD of Va. wa. significa.tly reduced compa.ed with ba.a. level(4.4±2.6 vs.8.8±1.1,respectively,p=0.001).Mea.while,80%of ca.es were considered successful,with a.50.1%reduction in the mea. score compa.ed with the ba.a. *** mea.±SD of IC symptom index a.d IC problem index significa.tly improved compa.ed with the ba.a. *** response a.sessment wa. ma.kedly,modera.ely,a.d slightly improved in 2(10%),10(50%),a.d 5(25%)pa.ients,respectively,a.d showed no cha.ge in 3(15%).Three pa.ients ha. positive urine cultures a. follow-up,but 1 withdrew a.ter 2 sessions beca.se of a.la.k of ***:Repea.ed intra.esica. instilla.ion of PRP could be considered a. effective a.d sa.e a.proa.h for trea.ing IC/BPS.
