PV to contribute economica.ly to a. on-grid energy-efficient building where the dust a.cumula.ion is a.significa.t ***-clea.ing coa.ings such a. hydrophobic or hy-drophilic ma.eria.s ha.e recently been introduced to reduce dust deposition on building-integra.ed PV(BIPV)*** hydrophilic Na.o-coa.ed ma.eria. is exa.ined a. a.solution to decrea.e the impa.t of the dust on the BIPV pa.els a.d ha.vest more sola. *** impa.tia. compa.ison of the BIPV pa.els performa.ce under na.u-ra. dust conditions,ma.ua. clea.ing,a.d hydrophilic na.oma.eria. coa.ing is *** a. exha.stive a.d qua.ita.ive experimenta. a.a.ysis,the a.ti-reflection a.d a.ti-sta.ic properties of the utilized Na.o-coa.ed ma.eria. a.e *** experimenta. results show tha. the hydrophilic Na.o-coa.ed ma.eria. significa.tly improves the ga.hered ma.imum output power by 18%compa.ed to the ma.ua.ly wiped *** ca.cula.ed efficiencies of the Na.o-coa.ed,ma.ua. clea.ing,a.d dusty pa.els a.e 11%,9%,a.d 6%,respectively,which highlights the futureproofing of the Na.o-coa.ed sola. *** to the dusty pa.els,the ecologica. a.d economica. results show tha. the BIPV ca.bon emissions a.e desira.ly dropped by 11%while using Na.o-coa.ed PV pa.els a.d the pa.ba.k period is reduced to 3.9 yea.s,which is a.proxima.ely 12.8%fa.ter.

The effect of modifica.ion of TiO2 with different pa.la.ium concentra.ions on its cha.a.teristics a.d photoca.a.ytic efficiency wa. studied. Photo ca.a.ysts were prepa.ed by the sol-gel method a.d were cha.a.terized by different techniques. a.uniform distribution of pa.la.ium through the TiO2 ma.rix wa. observed. The X-ra. diffra.tion pa.terns of the pure a.d pa.la.ium doped TiO2 were found to be quiet simila. a.d the a.era.e pa.ticle size wa. not significa.tly cha.ged. a. a.result of pa.la.ium doping, the UV-Vis a.a.ysis showed a.red shift in the onset of wa.elength of a.sorba.ce a.d the ba.d ga. wa. cha.ged from 3.39 to 3.06 eV for the 0.3 wt% Pd/TiO2 sa.ple. Photo ca.a.ytic remova. study of formic a.id showed tha. the 0.3 wt% pa.la.ium doped photoca.a.yst exhibits the highest efficiency a.ong the different pa.la.ium doped photoca.a.ysts using sun light a. the ra.ia.ion source.

Objective: The grea. sa.henous vein (GSV) is commonly used a. a.conduit for gra.ting during Ca.G surgery, a.d open GSV ha.vesting (OVH), commonly used with long incision to expose the vein. However, endoscopic vein ha.vesting (EVH) is a. a.terna.ive a.proa.h, utilizing specia.ized instruments a.d sma.l incisions to ha.vest the vein. Methods: a.retrospective a.a.ysis wa. conducted on a.cohort of pa.ients who underwent Corona.y a.tery bypa.s gra.t (Ca.G) requiring grea. sa.henous vein (GSV) ha.vesting which wa. done by EVH or OVH procedures. Demogra.hic va.ia.les, including a.e a.d gender, were a.sessed for both groups. Intra.pera.ive va.ia.les such a. the number of gra.ts, ca.diopulmona.y bypa.s time, X cla.p time, a.d type of procedure were a.a.yzed. Postopera.ive va.ia.les, including infection a.d bleeding ra.es, were a.so eva.ua.ed. Results: The study included 30 pa.ients ea.h undergoing Corona.y a.tery bypa.s gra.t (Ca.G) with need of grea. sa.henous vein ha.vesting which wa. done by EVH a.d OVH. Demogra.hic va.ia.les were well-ma.ched between the two groups in terms of a.e, while a.significa.t difference in gender distribution wa. observed. Obesity a.d smoking were more preva.ent in the OVH group, a.d EVH wa. a.socia.ed with a.higher mea. number of gra.ts compa.ed to OVH. Conversion to a. open technique occurred in a.portion of the EVH ca.es, a.d infection ra.es did not significa.tly differ between the EVH a.d OVH groups. However, the incidence of postopera.ive bleeding wa. significa.tly higher in the EVH group. Conclusion: This study provides va.ua.le insights into the demogra.hic, intra.pera.ive, a.d postopera.ive va.ia.les a.socia.ed with EVH a.d OVH techniques. EVH demonstra.ed a.va.ta.es in terms of reduced infection ra.es compa.ed to OVH. However, the higher incidence of postopera.ive bleeding a.socia.ed with EVH ra.ses concerns a.out potentia. risks.

Ba.kground: Chronic venous ulcers a.e a.serious problem for both pa.ients a.d physicia.s. The CEa. cla.sifica.ion(clinica. ma.ifesta.ions(C), etiologic fa.tors(E), a.a.omic distribution of disea.e(a., a.d underlying pa.hophysiologic findings(P)) for chronic venous disorders(CVD) wa. developed in 1994. Published pa.ers on CVD use a.l or pa.t of the CEa.. Micropunch gra.ts, which a.e a.va.ia.ion of skin gra.ts, ha.e been used with grea. success in pla.tic surgery for both esthetic a.d reconstructive purposes. This study a.med to a.sess the outcomes of micropunch gra.ting in the trea.ment of chronic refra.tory venous ***: Pa.ients with chronic venous ulcers who did not respond to conserva.ive trea.ment for more tha. 6months were included in the study. a.l pa.ients underwent ulcer covera.e by micropunch skin gra.ts using a.micrometer. The pa.ients were discha.ged on the sa.e da. a. the surgery. Micropunch skin gra.ts were ma.ua.ly counted per squa.e centimeter intra.pera.ively a.d during follow-up using Dermlite Derma.oschopeTM II Pro *** sa.isfa.tion wa. a.sessed by using a.***: Twenty pa.ients underwent the surgery. Most of the pa.ients were middle-a.ed ma.es. The ulcers were predomina.tly sma.l-a.d medium-sized. The mea. opera.ion time wa. 167.00 ± 86.01 min. a.ter 6 months, the surviva. ra.e of the pla.ted microgra.ts wa. 84%. Three ulcers ha. gra.t loss a.d two pa.ients ha. a. infection a. the ulcer site, which wa. ma.a.ed conserva.ively. The pa.ients were followed-up for 14 ***: Micropunch gra.ting is a.useful a.d convenient method for the trea.ment of difficult venous ulcers a.d ca. be performed on a. outpa.ient ba.is.
