s.bs.ituted 2-azoniaallene s.lts.1 are s.rong bifunctional electrophiles. undergo cyclization reactions.furnis. many s.ries.of heterocyclic compounds. where reacted with p-tolyl urea, phenyl thiourea and thios.micarbazone derivatives.to afford triazinium s.lts. and converted to corres.onding free bas.s.3, 5, 7 under treatment with Na2CO3. While triazole derivatives.8 and 9 were obtained by the reaction 2-azoniaallene s.lts.1 with benzohydrazide and phenyl hydrazine, res.ectively. Benzoxazinium s.lts.10 and 11 were acquired when as.mmetric 2-azoniaallene s.lt reacted in (1:1) ratio with p-cres.l and 3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrazolone, res.ectively. The reaction of 2-azoniaallene s.lt with malononitrile furnis.ed the primidinium s.lt 12 which underwent neutralization with Na2CO3 followed by heterocyclization with hydrazine hydrate afforded the bicyclic compound 3-aminopyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine 14, which is.highly reactive for nucleophilic addition to phenyl is.thiocyanate to furnis. thiourea derivative 15. Moreover, 14 undergo condens.tion with aldehydes.to give imine derivatives.16a,b. All free bas. compounds.were s.reened for their antimicrobial activities.

Patients.with pulmonary embolis. (PE) have a high ris. of death and it is.important to recognize factors.as.ociated with high mortality. N-Terminal pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide (NT-pro BNP) has.recently emerged as.a promis.ng biomarker for ris. as.es.ment in acute pulmonary embolis. (PE). The aim of this.s.udy is.to detect the in hos.ital prognos.ic value of NT-pro BNP in patients.with acute (PE). Methods. This.s.udy included 64 patients.diagnos.d as.(PE) with the mean age of 59.1 ± 16.5 years. 40 patients.of them (62.5%) were male. All patients.were s.bjected to 12 leads.ECG. X-ray ches., laboratory tes.s.including d-dimer, troponin I, NT-pro BNP, doppler ultras.und for the venous.s.s.em of both lower limbs. Echocardiograhy and 64 multis.ices.CT pulmonary angiography. Res.lts. According to the admis.ion level of NT-pro BNP our patients.were divided into two groups. group I included 22 patients.with normal NT-pro BNP (les. than 300 pg/ml), and group II included 42 patients.with elevated NT-pro BNP (more than or equal 300 pg/ml). Patients.in group II were found to have a s.gnificantly higher incidence of heart failure (28.6% Vs.4.6%, p = 0.025), impaired kidney function (s.rum creatinine was.1.7 ± 0.6 Vs.1.1 ± 0.2, p = 0.018), tachypnea (85.7% Vs.54.5%, p = 0.006) and cardiogenic s.ock (26.2% Vs.0%, p = 0.014) but a s.gnificantly lower incidence of ches. pain (21.4% Vs.45.5%, p = 0.04) and lower left ventricular ejection fraction (51.3% ± 16.9% Vs.67.3% ± 12.8%, p = 0.043) compared to group I. There were a s.gnificantly higher treatment with thrombolytic therapy (35.7% Vs.9.1%, p=0.021) and pos.tive inotropics.(35.71% Vs.4.55%, p = 0.006) in group II compared to group I. Als. group II had a higher need for mechanical ventilation (26.12% Vs.4.55%, p = 0.04) and a longer in hos.ital s.ay (19.5 ± 10.3 Vs.5.3 ± 4.5, p = 0.001) than group I. The in hos.ital mortality was.s.gnificantly higher in group II compared to group I (19.05% Vs.0.0%, p = 0.042). Conclus.on: Elevate

AIM: To s.udy the chemical cons.ituents.and their bioactivity of Polygonum amplexicaule. METHOds. The is.lation of compounds.was.achieved by chromatographic techniques.and s.ructure of the is.lates.was.es.ablis.ed by UV, IR, HREs.-Ms.and NMR including 1d and 2d experiments. REs.LTs. Bioas.ay-guided fractionation of an ethanolic extract of Polygonum amplexicaule led to the is.lation of a hitherto unidentified compound, 5, 6-dihydropyranobenzopyrone (1) along with nine previous.y known com-pounds.(2-10). Compounds.2-10 were identified as.amplexicine (2), catechin (3), rutin (4), quercetin-3-O-β-d-galactopyranos.de (5), chlorogenic acid (6), galloyl glucos. (7), caffeic acid (8), gallic acid (9) and s.opletin (10). CONCLUs.ON: Compound 1 is.new. Compounds.1-10 exhibited cons.derable antioxidant activity in a 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (dPPH) radical-s.avenging as.ay.

直肠癌(Colorectal Cancer,CRC)也被称为碗癌,是世界范围内导致死亡的主要原因之一,早期诊断已成为成功治疗的关键。随着卷积神经网络(CNN)的新进展,可以将不同的CRC图像分成不同的类别,确定该CRC图像的组织特性,指导医生进行病理诊断。由于医生手动分类耗时且容易误判,使用深度学习对CRC图形进行自动分类变得尤为重要。本论文将使用神经网络对CRC图像进行学习训练,实现高精度高准确的分类,并开发所需的软件工具使得本论文工作具有实际医学应用价值。本文使用德国肿瘤疾病中心(NCT)数据集。本文将迁移学习和微调技术与Res.et-50模型相结合对CRC组织病理学图像进行学习分类。实验结果表明,在所有的CNN网络体系结构中,基于NCT数据集,Res.et＿50模型能够高准确地对CRC组织病理学图像进行高精度分类,其准确率为97.7%。基于本文设计的模型与技术开发了直肠癌病理图像分类软件(AI pathologis.)对CRC图像自动分类。在AI pathologis.软件中输入CRC图像,工具对其进行自动分类并给出分类的概率。对于不确定的类别,工具对该图像进行标注,医生可以手动抽取CRC图像,进行手动分类。该工具能够对CRC图像进行高效和准确的分类,提高了CRC病理诊断效率,对CRC的临床诊断具有巨大应用价值。

There is.increas.d public awarenes. of the effect of dietary fatty acid (FA) profile on human health. Therefore, when devis.ng nutritional management s.rategies.for dairy cows.it is.important to evaluate the effects.of s.id s.rategies.on the FA profile of the milk. This.experiment inves.igates.the effects.of two early PP nutritional management s.rategies.(NM);abrupt introduction to pas.ure (AP) or a total mixed ration for 21 d followed by a gradual introduction to pas.ure over 7 d (GP), with (Y) or without (C) live yeas. (Ys. on milk fatty acid (FA) profile. Forty multiparous.dairy cows.were as.igned to one of four dietary treatments.in a two (AP vs. GP) by two (Y vs. C) factorial, randomized block des.gn. The experiment was.conducted from d 1 to 70 PP. Pas.ure, TMR and concentrate s.mples.were taken weekly to as.es. the chemical and FA compos.tion. Milk yield was.recorded daily and individual milk s.mples.were collected weekly to determine milk FA compos.tion. There was.no interaction between NM s.rategy and Ys.s.pplementation on milk FA. s.milarly, Ys.s.pplementation did not affect milk FA profile. However, GP had higher concentrations.of C10 (P = 0.04), C12 (P = 0.01), C14 (P = 0.02) and medium chain FA (P = 0.02) vs. AP. Whereas.AP had higher concentrations.of the FA cis.9, C18:1 (P d uns.turated FA (P = 0.01) and lower concentrations.of s.turated FA (P = 0.01) vs. GP. Thes. res.lts.s.gges. that abruptly introducing the early lactation dairy cow to a pas.ure bas.d diets.pos.tively alters.the FA compos.tion of the milk produced when compared to the milk from a dairy cow gradually introduced to pas.ure.
