Development of STEP AP224 Extractor for Interfacing Feature Based CAPP to STEP-NC(AP238)

Manufacturing features represent area of interest on the machinable surface of a part, which can provide a unique set of removable volumes from part. Feature description in standard for exchange of product(STEP) AP224 is an efficient neutral format for the development of feature based process planning. Process planning information of features can be converted to numerical control(NC)code to have complete manufacturing information of part. STEP-NC code provides an efficient manufacturing information model compared to G-M codes. In this work, an interface is developed for extraction of feature information available in AP224(AIM) format and the ruled-based approach is used to select different process planning parameters. A graphical user interface(GUI) is developed for the interface for displaying features information as represented in AP224 file. Furthermore, the interface generates STEP-NC code in AP238 format. The developed interface has three modules. 1) Module I: Reading interface for STEP AP224 file and development of GUI. 2)Module II: Selection of feature based process planning parameters. 3) Module III: Writing interface for STEP-NC(AP238). The developed interface has been implemented in Java through Java standard data access interface(JSDAITM). The generated STEP-NC AP238 code for the test part has been successfully simulated on STEP-NC Machine TM, an AP238 simulator. This article also provides an in-depth view of application interpreted model(AIM) representation format of STEP for AP224 and AP238.

Objective The antifungal activity of various solvent extracts (such as ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and ethyl alcohol) of the plant Phyllanthus amarus against dermatophytic fungi Microsporum gypseum was observed. Method Antifungal bioassay in terms of reduction in weight, colony diameter and sporulation of the target fungal colony was carried out using Broth Dilution method. Results Root part of the plant, extracted in various organic solvents did not show any noticeable antifungal activity. The percentage inhibition observed in different solvent extracts of aerial part was found as reduction in weight: chloroform [50.3%], ethyl acetate [27.7%] and ethyl alcohol [12.1%], reduction in colony diameter: chloroform [53.4%], ethyl acetate [31.4%] and ethyl alcohol [15.0%] and reduction in sporulation: maximum inhibition in chloroform extract, at test concentration of 4000 ppm at incubation period of 8 days. Conclusion Chloroform fraction of the aerial part of the plant P. amarus shows significant inhibitory effect against dermatophytic fungi M. gypseum and requires chemical characterization for its bioactive principle.

Dirichlet series with real frequencies which represent entire functions on the complex plane C have been investigated by many authors. Several properties such as topological structures, linear continuous functionals, and bases have been considered. Le Hai Khoi derived some results with Dirichlet series having negative real frequencies which represent holomorphic functions in a half plane. In the present paper, we have obtained some properties of holomorphic Dirichlet series having positive exponents, whose coefficients belong to a Banach algebra.

Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor based on the blue phosphorene/MoS2 hetero-structure is presented to enhance the performance parameters, i.e., sensitivity, detection accuracy, and quality *** blue phosphorene/MoS2 hetero-structure works as an interacting layer with the analyte for the enhancement of the sensitivity of the sensor. It is observed that the sensitivity of blue phosphorene/MoS2 based sensor (i.e., structure-Ⅱ) is improved by 5.75%, from the conventional sensor (i.e., structure-Ⅲ). Further, an additional silicon nanolayer is introduced between the metal layer and blue phosphorene/MoS2 hetero-structure. The sensitivity of the proposed blue phosphorene/MoS2 hetero-structure with a silicon layer SPR sensor, i.e., structure-Ⅰ, is enhanced by 44.76% from structure-Ⅱ and 55.75% from structure-Ⅲ due to an enhancement in the evanescent field near the metal-analyte interface. Finally, it is observed that at the optimum thickness of silicon between the gold layer and blue phosphorene/MoS2, performance parameters of the sensor are enhanced.

Objectives:The study was conducted to prolong the shelf life of freshly harvested pomegranate fruits and to find out its physiochemical properties during *** and Methods:Pomegranate fruits of variety‘Bhagawa’were stored in 200,300 gauge high-density polyethylene(HDPE)package,and silicone membrane modified atmospheric storage system at ambient conditions and 10℃.Gas composition inside the package,texture,color,and overall quality parameters were evaluated at these two storage *** physico-chemical properties such as total soluble solids,titratable acidity,ascorbic acid content,total,reducing,and non-reducing sugars,and physiological loss in weight(PLW)were also ***:In ambient storage,the shelf life of pomegranate fruit was 10 days,whereas in modified atmosphere packaging(200 gauge HDPE,300 gauge HDPE,and silicone membrane system),the shelf life of pomegranate fruits was extended up to 60,60,25 days at ambient and 96,96,65 days at 10℃temperature,***:Among the 200,300 gauge HDPE package,and silicone membrane system treatments T1,T5,and T8,respectively,were found better with respect to all the sensory and quality parameters studied.

Here we present a comparative study of amperometric biosensor developed by using nanoparticles of Glucose oxidase enzyme itself （GOx np） with that of enzyme immobilized on to gold nanoparticles （Au np-GOx）.The biosensor developed by immobilizing the GOx np （45-70 nm in size） directly onto the *** could detect glucose concentrations as low as 1 mM while the one with Au np-GOx （Au np 10-16 nm in size） showed a detection limit up to 5 mM *** response showed linearity up to 35 mM in both the *** the best of our knowledge the glucose biosensors prepared using various metal nanoparticles,Au,Ni,Ag （as reported in literature） showed a linear range from 2.7-30 mM glucose *** are in the process of optimizing the immobilization methods and functionalization of the enzyme nanoparticles so as to have a wider temperature and pH stability of the *** feel the direct immobilization of enzyme nanoparticles,with proper choice of functionalization seems to be a promising strategy for biosensor development with higher sensitivities.

We present a case study for the doubly charged Higgs boson H^(±±)pair production ine^(+)+e^(-)and pp colliders with their subsequent decays to four charged *** consider the Higgs Triplet Model(HTM),which is not restricted by the custodial symmetry,and the Minimal Left-Right Symmetric Model(MLRSM).These models include scalar triplets with different complexities of scalar potentials and,because of experimental restrictions,completely different scales of non-standard triplet vacuum expectation *** both models,a doubly charged Higgs bosonH^(±±)can acquire a mass of hundreds of gigaelectronvolts,which can be probed at the HL-LHC,futuree^(+)+e^(-),and hadron *** take into account a comprehensive set of constraints on the parameters of both models coming from neutrino oscillations,LHC,e^(+)+e^(-),and low-energy lepton flavor violating data and assume the same mass ofH^(±±).Our finding is that theH^(±±)pair production in lepton and hadron colliders is comparable in both models,though more pronounced in the *** show that the decay branching ratios can be different within both models,leading to distinguishable four-lepton signals,and that the strongest are 4μevents yielded by ***,we find that the MLRSM signals are one order of magnitude larger those in *** example,the pp→to 4μMLRSM signal for 1 TeVH^(±±)mass results in a clearly detectable significance of S■11for the HL-LHC and S≥290 for the ***,we provide quantitative predictions for the dilepton invariant mass distributions and lepton separations,which help to identify non-standard signals.
