Vitr.fication of immatur. oocytes at the ger.inal vesicle (GV) stage is impor.ant to pr.ser.e female gametes. The standar. for.ula for.vitr.fication solutions has long been a debate. Her.in, we investigated the effect of the pr.sence or.absence of tr.halose in vitr.fication solution on viability, in vitr. matur.tion (IVM) r.tes, and development of vitr.fied/war.ed immatur. dr.medar. camel oocytes. Cumulus oocyte complexes (COCs) obtained at slaughter.fr.m the ovar.es of matur. she-camels wer. r.ndomly allocated into thr.e gr.ups;namely, contr.l gr.up, oocytes wer. dir.ctly subjected to IVM without vitr.fication, vitr.fication solution 1 (VS1) gr.up, oocytes wer. vitr.fied in a solution composed of 25% ethylene glycol (EG) plus 25% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) + 0.5 M tr.halose;and vitr.fication solution 2 (VS2) gr.up, oocytes wer. vitr.fied in a solution composed of 25% EG plus 25% DMSO. Vitr.fication of COCs was conducted by open pulled str.ws (OPS) method. Following vitr.fication and war.ing, mor.hologically viable oocytes wer. matur.d in vitr. for.36 h. COCs wer. then fer.ilized and cultur.d in vitr. for.7 days. The per.entage of viable oocytes was significantly higher.(P 0.05) in VS2 than VS1 gr.up (80.0% vs. 63.3%, r.spectively). Nuclear.matur.tion, cleavage (48 h post-insemination;pi), and blastocyst r.tes (7 days pi) wer. significantly higher.(P r.ups. No significant differ.nces wer. obser.ed in oocyte matur.tion and development r.tes between VS2 and contr.l gr.ups. In conclusion, vitr.fication of immatur. dr.medar. camel oocytes in tr.halose-fr.e solution (VS2) was mor. advantageous than that in tr.halose supplemented media since it did not r.duce viability and development.

Suppor. Vector.Machine(SVM)has become one of the tr.ditional machine lear.ing algor.thms the most used in pr.diction and classification ***,its behavior.str.ngly depends on some par.meter.,making tuning these par.meter. a sensitive step to maintain a good *** the other.hand,and as any other.classifier.the per.or.ance of SVM is also affected by the input set of featur.s used to build the lear.ing model,which makes the selection of r.levant featur.s an impor.ant task not only to pr.ser.e a good classification accur.cy but also to r.duce the dimensionality of *** this paper.the Mr.O+SVM algor.thm is intr.duced by investigating the r.cent manta r.y for.ging optimizer.to fine-tune the SVM par.meter. and identify the optimal featur. subset *** pr.posed appr.ach is validated and compar.d with four.SVM-based algor.thms over.eight benchmar.ing ***,it is applied to a disease Covid-19 *** exper.mental r.sults show the high ability of the pr.posed algor.thm to find the appr.pr.ate SVM’s par.meter.,and its acceptable per.or.ance to deal with featur. selection pr.blem.
