Pla.ck length-time oscilla.ions give spa.etime its physica. consta.ts of c, G a.d ħ. Oscilla.ing spa.etime is proposed to be the single universa. field tha. genera.es a.d unifies everything in the universe. The 17 fields of qua.tum field theory a.e modeled a. lower frequency resona.ces of oscilla.ing spa.etime. a.model of a. electron is proposed to be a.rota.ing soliton wa.e in this medium. a. electron a.pea.s to ha.e wa.e-pa.ticle dua.ity even though it is funda.enta.ly a.qua.tized wa.e. This soliton wa.e ca. momenta.ily be sma.ler tha. a.proton in a.high energy collision or ca. ha.e a.rela.ively la.ge volume of a. a.om’s orbita. wa.e function. Finding a. electron ca.ses it to undergo a.superlumina. colla.se to a.sma.ler wa.e size. This gives a. electron its pa.ticle-like properties when detected. The proposed wa.e-ba.ed electron model is tested a.d shown to ha.e a. electron’s a.proxima.e energy, de Broglie wa.e properties a.d undetecta.le volume. Most importa.t, this electron model is shown to a.so genera.e a. electron’s electrosta.ic a.d gra.ita.iona. forces. The gra.ita.iona. properties a.e derived from the nonlinea.ity of this medium. When a. electron’s gra.ita.iona. a.d electrosta.ic forces a.e modeled a. distortions of soliton wa.es, the equa.ions become very simple, a.d a.clea. connection emerges between these forces. In 2013, the percenta.e of children ra.ging from 5 to 17 yea.s who reported being dia.nosed with a.tism surged to 1.2% from 0.1% in 1997 [1]. a.ongside this increa.e in the incidence of a.tism in children, there were findings of a.21% increa.e in children who displa.ed beha.iora. a.d conduct problems from 2019 to 2020 [2]. Ea.ly detection of neuropsychia.ric a.d neurodevelopmenta. disorders in children is critica. for timely intervention a.d improved long-term outcomes. With ea.ly intervention, there is better a.titude to support hea.thy development a.d give proper trea.ment to a.ta.n a.better qua.ity of life. This pa.er explores studies a.med a. enha.cing the ea.ly detection of these disorders through the use of bioma.kers with the a.m of crea.ing a.bridge between the worlds of resea.ch a.d clinica. pra.tice. The disorders in this pa.er specifica.ly discussed a.e Ma.or Depressive Disorder, Bipola. Disorder, a.d a.tism Spectrum Disorder. With this bridge, we ca. foster colla.ora.ions a.d encoura.e further a.va.cement in the field of ea.ly detection a.d intervention.

While the evolution of a.chromosoma.-specific a.proa.h ha. been a.successful stra.egy for surviva. of a.la.ge va.iety of species including huma.s, the fidelity of sex determina.ion lea.ing to 100% cis-bina.y outcomes is not a.hieved in ma.y species, with evidence for homosexua. or bisexua. beha.iour evident in more tha. 1500 species. Thus, such outcomes indica.es tha. sex determina.ion is a.multi-step process a.d not a.single event, a.d a. such, could lea. to the a.pea.a.ce of va.ia.ts during the process which developed much ea.lier tha. huma.s. Va.ia.ts could a.ise either due to intrinsic va.ia.ion in the steps of determina.ion, or a.so be influenced by environmenta. fa.tors of a.biologica. or psychologica. na.ure. In contra.t to homosexua. va.ia.ts which do not require interventions such a. hormone thera.y or surgery, expression of gender dysphoria. is more ba.ed in psychology, but a.so ha. biologica. underpinnings a.d ca. be influenced by such hormona. interventions a.d surgery. While the numbers of those with gender dysphoria.is sma.l (~0.6% - 1.0% of popula.ion), the a.tention given to this issue ra.ses the possibility of biologica. a.d psychologica. environmenta. fa.tors impa.ting the emergence of some of those expressing gender dysphoria. Introduction: Infection disea.e is a.rea. publique hea.th problem. The rise of resista.ce for modern a.tibiotic in infections trea.ment imposed us order a.terna.ives. The study objective wa. to contribute in the knowledge of medicina. pla.ts uses in urina.y infections trea.ment in N’Dja.ena.(Cha.) in view for a.eliora.ion the tra.itiona. medicine in future. Methodology: The study wa. conducted in the city of N’Dja.ena.in the Republic of Cha. tha. interviewed 60 tra.ithera.ists on using 11 pla.ts for urina.y tra.t infections trea.ment. The methodology of this study consisted of the knowledge of medicina. pla.ts tha. used by tra.ithera.ists, a.d the pla.ts identifica.ion wa. done in the la.ora.ory of IRED a. Fa.cha. Results: a.tota. of 60 tra.ithera.ists wa. interroga.ed on the pla.ts used in the trea.ment of urina.y tra.t infections a.ong the popula.ion of N’Dja.ena. The ma.ority of tra.ithera.ists interroga.ed in this study were ma.e with the ra.e of 61.67% a.a.nst fema.e with the ra.e of 38.33%. The a.e ra.ge of tra.ithera.ists wa. between 20 to 80 yea.s, 25 (41.67%) from the a.e ra.ge between 30 - 50 yea.s a.d 35 (58.33%) in a.e ra.ge from 50 to 70 yea.s. For the origin of their knowledge, the study showed tha. 72% of tra.ithera.ists inherited the knowledge from their fa.ily, while 15% inherited from the fa.ily a.d from tra.ning. The ethnic groups of the tra.ithera.ists were Sa.a.(16%), Ma.a.a.(12%) a.d Ma.sa.(11%). a.cording to the results, 18.33% were illitera.es, 49% a.tended prima.y school a.d 33.34% the seconda.y school. Our study found tha. 11 species of pla.ts belonging to 11 fa.ilies were used in the trea.ment of urina.y tra.t infection a.d the Ziziphus spina.christi wa. the most represented. a.cording to tra.ithera.ists the Ziziphus spina.christi, Ca.sia.obova.a.a.d Euphorbia.hirta.were the most frequent pla.ts used in the urina.y tra.t infections trea.ment.
