Composition and Content of High-Molecular-Weight Glutenin Subunits and Their Effects on Wheat Quality

Sedimentation values, flour glutenin macropolymer (GMP) contents, composition and contents of high-molecular-weight (HMW) glutenin subunits (GS) of 233 flour samples were determined. Our data indicated that subunit 1 occurred more frequently at Glu-A1 , subunit pair 7 + 8 at Glu-B1 and 2 + 12 at Glu-D1. The significant relationships between Glu-1 quality score and total HMW glutenin content, sedimentation value and GMP content suggested that the composition of HMW-GS affects wheat quality strongly. Moreover, the total content of HMW-GS was correlated with certain quality parameters more significantly. Relationship between subunit 5 + 10 content and breadmaking quality was better than others, but 2 + 12, 7 + 8, 7 + 9 and 4 + 12 also correlated with certain quality parameters significantly. The contents of total HMW-glutenin, x-type subunits and y-type subunits related with sedimentation value, flour GMP content, and Glu-1 quality score more strongly than that of individual subunit or subunit pair. The flour GMP content, with excellent correlation to sedimentation value, total contents of HMW glutenin, x- and y-type subunits and many other quality parameters, could be an ideal indicator of breadmaking quality at earlier generations for breeding purpose for its simple procedure and small scale.

TGF- and Activin,which are TGF- superfamily members,are abundantly expressed in the endometrium and promote decidualization of endometrial ***2 and Smad3 are receptor-regulated Smads(R-Smads) that transduce extracellular TGF-β/Activin/Noda1 *** situ hybridization results showed that Smad3 was highly expressed in the decidual zone during the peri-implantation period in *** artificial decidualization, we found that Smad3-null mice showed compromised *** therefore suspected that Smad2 may partially compensate for the function of Smad3 during the process of ***2 was also highly expressed in the decidual zone and phosphorylated Smad2 was significantly up-regulated in the deciduoma of Smad3-null mice than that of wild-type(WT) *** further employed an in vitro uterine stromal cell decidualization model,and found that decidual prolactin-related protein(dPRP) and cyclin D3,which are well-known markers of decidual cells,were significantly down-regulated in Smad3-null decidual cells when the expression of Smad2 was silenced by siRNA(p<0.05).However,the levels of dPRP and cyclin D3 remained the same when Smad2 was silenced in WT decidual ***,these findings provide evidence for an important role of Smad3 in decidualization and suggest that Smad2 and Smad3 may have redundant roles in decidualization.

In different opinions,the stratigraphic time of the feathered dinosaurs and eariy birds in Sihetun and its neighboring areas in Beipiao,western Liaoning is appointed to different epoches of eras,such as Late Jurassic,Early Cretaceous and Late Jurassic-Early *** the recently dating data are still very different This note first reported the U-Pb age of(125.2±0.9) Ma ofzircon separated from tuff of Sihetun vertebrates *** age reveals that Sihetun vertebrate belongs to Early *** method is more objective,because of the strong ability of disturbance resistance and high U-Pb blocking temperature of zircons.

THE formation and uplift of the Himalayas and the Tibetan Plateau may have been responsible for the past150 Ma global environmental changes, resulting in the development of a three-tiered landform in southernchina. The Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, as the middle tier in eastern slope of the Himalayas, has beencomplex environmental unit with great altitude gradients and plateau landform characters. Both monsoonsfrom the Pacific and the Indian resulting in apparent environmental changes on variable time scales influence it. Environmental geochemical effect of low latitude-high altitude could be yielded, and well recorded in the geological bodies in this region. To build and verify a quantitative model of environmental evolution it is necessary to obtain high-resolution data of elemental cycles and mass equilibrium.

New method for computing unstable equilibrium points of power systems with induction motors

虚拟环境(VE)中的临境感是用户感知身处VE而产生的一种主观体验,是评价VE的重要指标。VE临境感产生的基础在于个体VE某一特征的集中注意,其程度强弱在一定范围内取决于个体分配于VE的注意资源量,受诸如计算机技术设备等系统因素、表现为个体差异的用户因素以及人机对话过程中交互因素的影响。在此基础上本文从生理指标(生理测量法、心率变化和皮肤电阻变化)、行为指标(姿势变化和冲突条件下的刺激定位)、心理物理学(对比法和跨通道匹配法)、主观评价(WS-PQ、SUS-PQ、ITC-SOPI和直接主观评价法)和绩效衡量对VE临境感的测量方法进行总结和简单评价。

The deterioration of worm propagation on internet in recent years has pushed the research in the field of worm defense, as a result there are coming up plenty of worm defense strategies. This paper refers to make the systematic study of the complete worm defense strategies and provide taxonomy of worm defense system strategies according to the key factors of each defense category. As guideline for the design of worm defense, we compare the present evaluation of the worm defense strategies, and give a highlight on the trendy of worm defense in the future at the end.
