考虑到化石燃料的环境污染和成本波动等问题,发展可再生能源技术是未来可持续能源供应的必要和必然。与太阳能和风能相比,地热能在一天中的所有时间都是可利用的。这种可再生能源适用于供暖、制冷、淡水和电力的清洁供应。地热能除了作为主要能源直接用于发电外,还可以作为辅助热源用于预热,减少温室气体排放,节约燃料。在这些系统中,利用地热热源的热量进行蒸汽预热。此外,地热能可用于其他能源系统,如制氢装置,用于预热电解过程中消耗的水。针对利用地热能进行预热的优势,综述了地热能预热系统的应用研究。通过这一研究可以看出,利用地热能进行预热在节约燃料和提高性能方面具有很大的潜力。上述系统的性能取决于系统的配置、钻孔规格和地热源温度等因素。通过实施优化,可以进一步改进这些系统。

BACKGROUND Cancer is a severe public health issue that seriously jeopardizes global *** individuals with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),cancer is considered an independent risk factor for severe illness and increased *** To identify research hotspots and prospects,we used bibliometrics to examine the global production of COVID-19 literature published in the field of *** Data on publication output were identified based on the Scopus database between January 1,2020,and June 21,*** study used VOSviewer to analyze collaboration networks among countries and assess the terms most often used in the titles and abstracts of retrieved publications to determine research hotspots linked to cancer and *** Impact Index Per Article for the top 10 high-cited papers collected from Reference Citation Analysis(RCA)are *** A total of 7015 publications were retrieved from the *** United States published the greatest number of articles(2025;28.87%),followed by Italy(964;13.74%),the United Kingdom(839;11.96%),and China(538;7.67%).The University of Texas md Anderson Cancer Center(n=205,2.92%)ranked first,followed by the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center(n=176,2.51%).The European Journal of Cancer(n=106,1.51%)ranked first,followed by the Frontiers in Oncology(n=104,1.48%),Cancers(n=102,1.45%),and Pediatric Blood and Cancer(n=95;1.35%).The hot topics were stratified into“cancer care management during the COVID-19 pandemic”;and“COVID-19 vaccines in cancer patients”.CONCLUSION This is the first bibliometric analysis to determine the present state and upcoming hot themes related to cancer and COVID-19 and vice versa using VOSviewer during the early stages of the *** emergence of hot themes related to cancer and COVID-19 may aid researchers in identifying new research areas in this field.

The purpose of this study was to identify risk factors and complications of placenta previa-accreta (PA). Study design: Patients with placenta previa (n = 347) delivered over 20 years were reviewed, divided into PA (cases, n = 22) and no accreta (controls, n = 325), and compared. Results: Cases were older with a higher incidence of smoking and previous cesarean delivery (CS). Grandmultiparity, recurrent abortions, anterior/central placentae, and low socioeconomic status were similar. PA incidence increased with the number of previous CS: 1.9% , 15.6% , 23.5% , 29.4% , 33.3% , and 50.0% after 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 previous CS, respectively. Hypertensive disorders (odds ratio [OR] 13.9, 95% CI 2.1- 91.2], P = .006), smoking (OR 3.4, 95% CI 1.1- 10.2, P = .031) and previous CS (OR 7.9, 95% CI 1.7- 37.4, P = .009) were selected by the stepwise logistic regression analysis as predictors of PA. Cases had a longer hospital stay, a higher estimated blood loss, and need for transfusion. Cesarean hysterectomy and hypogastric artery ligation were only performed in PA cases. The 2 groups had a similar delivery gestational age and neonatal outcome. Conclusion: Hypertensive disorders, smoking, and previous cesarean are risk factors for accreta in placenta previa patients. Placenta previa-accreta is associated with higher maternal morbidity, but similar neonatal outcome compared with patients with an isolated placenta previa.

The robotic liver resection(RLR)has been increasingly applied in recent years and its benefits shown in some aspects owing to the technical advancement of robotic surgical system,however,controversies still *** on the foundation of the previous consensus statement,this new consensus document aimed to update clinical recommendations and provide guidance to improve the outcomes of RLR clinical *** guideline steering group and guideline expert group were formed by 29 international experts of liver surgery and evidence-based medicine(EBM).Relevant literature was reviewed and analyzed by the evidence evaluation *** to the WHO Handbook for Guideline Development,the Guidance Principles of Development and Amendment of the Guidelines for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment in China 2022,a total of 14 recommendations were *** them were 8 recommendations formulated by the GRADE method,and the remaining 6 recommendations were formulated based on literature review and experts’opinion due to insufficient EBM *** international experts consensus guideline offered guidance for the safe and effective clinical practice and the research direction of RLR in future.
