This paper presents a human body communication(HBC)transceiver for wireless body network *** transceiver employs on frequency shift keying(FSK)modulation and op-erates in 40 MHz-60 MHz which is the resonant frequency of the human body as an *** achieves high performance and stability through establish passive microstrip line and via models and active *** proposed transceiver is designed and fabricated by FR4 printed cir-cuit board(PCB)process,the transceiver has the ability of configurable data rate up to 2 Mbps and it achieves-86 dBm receiving sensitivity at 2 Mbps data ***,the transceiver out-put power dynamics range is 34 ***,with a visual interaction interface,the transceiv-er can be agility use in a variety of *** measurements are verified on human *** result shows that the transceiver has ability to send data from person to person by relying on hu-man body antenna *** transceiver shows great prospect in wireless body area networks(WBAN)for telemedicine and emergency communication.

This paper proposes a novel flexible antenna design operating at very high frequency(VHF)band for on-body applications such as human body communication(HBC).The antenna consists of back-to-back E-shaped fractal and complimentary structures designed over a thin flex-ible *** overall design working on the principle of fractal geometries and capacitive coupling is highly beneficial to achieve better antenna characteristics even at low frequencies around 35 MHz-45 MHz that are being used for HBC *** proposed antenna obtained a large bandwidth of around 10.0 MHz in air and a bandwidth of around 8.0 MHz during on-body *** antenna has been tested in three different scenarios ***,on-body single antenna and on-body communication using two *** insertion loss is reduced to a minimum in all three scenarios,which is quite beneficial for better signal *** size miniaturization with high flexibility in such low frequencies has also been achieved in the paper that makes the proposed design suitable for human body communication applications.

Objective:Platelet-rich plasma(PRP)releases growth factors upon activation,which in turn accelerates healing and regeneration of the target ***,PRP composition may vary according to the patient’s demographics,and wider applications of PRP warrant product *** current study aimed to examine variables influencing the platelet-derived growth factor BB(PDGF-BB)concentration in ***:This observational study was conducted in the Department of Pathology and Dentistry at Swami Rama Himalayan University,a tertiary care hospital in northern India from December 2016 to November *** was prepared from 40mL of whole blood from 35 individuals(22 women,13 men).Platelet counts,platelet indices(platelet distribution width,mean platelet volume)and PDGF-BB levels were measured,and platelet yield,platelet dose,and growth factor dose in PRP were also *** parameters were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation *** association between PDGF-BB and PRP platelet count was evaluated using logistic *** study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Swami Rama Himalayan University(SRHU/HIMS/ETHICS/2016/103)on September 7,***:The mean platelet count,PDGF-BB concentration,platelet yield,platelet dose,and growth factor dose in PRP were 1317×10^(9)/L,30±9.89ng/mL,71.62±28.34%,6.5±3.5×10^(9),and 159.62±52.39ng/mL,*** regression analysis indicated that PRP platelet counts were a good predictor for PGDF-BB(P<0.05;adjusted R^(2)=*** platelet count was significantly positively correlated with PDGF-BB concentration(r=0.74,P<0.001),platelet yield(r=0.80,P<0.001),platelet dose(r=1,P<0.001),and growth factor dose(r=0.74,P<0.001).Conclusions:PRP has wide clinical applications associated with its healing and regenerative properties,and both the quality and quantity of PRP thus need to be standardized as per the *** variables affecting PRP will thus aid pathologists and clinical practitioners.
