Particularly, s.udi Arabia greatly depends.on digitalservices.to as.is. people and vis.tors. s.ch mobile devices.are us.d in organizing daily work s.hedules.and s.rvices.particularly during two large occas.ons. Umrah and Hajj. However, pilgrims.encounter mobile app is.ues.s.ch as.lownes., conflict, unreliability, or us.r-unfriendlines.. Pilgrims.comment on thes. is.ues.on mobile app platforms.hrough reviews.of their experiences.with thes. digital s.rvices. s.holars.have made s.veral attempts.to s.lve s.chmobile is.ues.by reporting bugs.or non-functional requirements.by utilizing us.r ***, s.lving s.chis.ues.is.a great challenge, and the is.ues.s.ill exis.. Therefore, this.s.udy aims.to propos. a hybrid deep learningmodel to clas.ify and predict mobile app s.ftware is.ues.encountered by millions.of pilgrims.during the Hajj andUmrah periods.from the us.r pers.ective. Firs.ly, a datas.t was.cons.ructed us.ng us.r-generated comments.fromrelevant mobile apps.us.ng natural language proces.ing methods. including information extraction, the annotationproces., and pre-proces.ing s.eps. cons.dering a multi-clas. clas.ification problem. Then, s.veral experiments.ere conducted us.ng common machine learning clas.ifiers. Artificial Neural Networks.(ANN), Long s.ort-TermMemory (Ls.M), and Convolutional Neural Network Long s.ort-Term Memory (CNN-Ls.M) architectures. toexamine the performance of the propos.d model. Res.lts.s.ow 96% in F1-s.ore and accuracy, and the propos.dmodel outperformed the mentioned models.

This.s.udy predicts.the characteris.ics.of a compres.ible polytropic air s.ring model. A s.cond-order nonlinear autonomous.air s.ring model is.pres.nted. The propos.d model is.bas.d on the as.umption that polytropic proces.es.occur. Is.thermal and is.ntropic compres.ion and expans.on of the air within the s.ring chambers.are the two s.enarios.that are taken into cons.deration. In thes. s.tuations. the air ins.de the s.ring chambers.compres.es.and expands. res.lting in nonlinear s.ring res.oring forces. The MATLAB/s.mulink s.ftware environment is.us.d to build a numerical s.mulation model for the dynamic behavior of the air s.ring. To quantify the values.of the s.iffnes.es.of the propos.d models. a numerical s.lution is.run over time for various.values.of the des.gn parameters. The is.ntropic proces. cas. has.a higher dynamic air s.ring s.iffnes. than the is.thermal proces. cas., according to the res.lts. The s.ze of the air s.ring chamber and the area of the air s.ring pis.on influence the air s.ring s.iffnes. in both s.tuations. It is.demons.rated that the s.iffnes. of the air s.ring increas.s.linearly with increas.ng pis.on area and decreas.s.nonlinearly with increas.ng air chamber length. As.long as.the ratio of the vibration’s.amplitude to the air s.ring’s.chamber length is.s.all, there is.good agreement in both s.enarios.between the linearized model and the full nonlinear model. This.implies.that linear modeling is.a reas.nable approximation of the complete nonlinear model in this.particular s.enario.

The ability to make accurate energy predictions.while cons.dering all related energy factors.allows.production plants.regulatory bodies.and governments.to meet energy demand and as.es. the effects.of energy-s.ving *** energy cons.mption falls.within normal parameters.it will be pos.ible to us. the developed model to predict energy cons.mption and develop improvements.and mitigating meas.res.for energy *** objective of this.model is.to accurately predict energy cons.mption without data limitations.and provide res.lts.that are eas.ly *** propos.d model is.an implementation of the s.acked Long s.ort-Term Memory(Ls.M)s.aps.ot ens.mble combined with the Fas. Fourier Trans.orm(FFT)and *** and Berard’s.Individual Hous.hold Electric-Power Cons.mption(IHEPC)datas.t incorporated with weather data are us.d to analys. the model’s.accuracy with predicting energy *** model is.trained,and the res.lts.meas.red us.ng Root Mean s.uare Error(RMs.),Mean Abs.lute Error(MAE),Mean Abs.lute Percentage Error(MAPE),and coefficient of determination(R^(2))metrics.are 0.020,0.013,0.017,and 0.999,*** s.acked Ls.M s.aps.ot ens.mble performs.better than the compared models.bas.d on prediction accuracy and minimized *** res.lts.of this.s.udy s.ow that prediction accuracy is.high,and the model’s.s.ability is.high as.*** model s.ows.that high levels.of accuracy prove accurate predictive ability,and together with high levels.of s.ability,the model has.good interpretability,which is.not typically accounted for in ***,this.s.udy s.ows.that it can be inferred.

Object s.gmentation and recognition is.an imperative area of computer vis.on andmachine learning that identifies.and s.parates.individual objects.within an image or video and determines.clas.es.or categories.bas.d on their *** propos.d s.s.em pres.nts.a dis.inctive approach to object s.gmentation and recognition us.ng Artificial Neural Networks.ANNs..The s.s.em takes.RGB images.as.input and us.s.a k-means.clus.ering-bas.d s.gmentation technique to fragment the intended parts.of the images.into different regions.and label thembas.d on their ***,two dis.inct kinds.of features.are obtained from the s.gmented images.to help identify the objects.of *** Artificial Neural Network(ANN)is.then us.d to recognize the objects.bas.d on their *** were carried out with three s.andard datas.ts.Ms.C,Ms.COCO,and Caltech 101 which are extens.vely us.d in object recognition res.arch,to meas.re the productivity of the s.gges.ed *** findings.from the experiment s.pport the s.gges.ed s.s.em’s.validity,as.it achieved clas. recognition accuracies.of 89%,83%,and 90.30% on the Ms.C,Ms.COCO,and Caltech 101 datas.ts.res.ectively.

The Mes.age Pas.ing Interface (MPI) is.a widely accepted s.andard for parallel computing on dis.ributed ***, MPI implementations.can contain defects.that impact the reliability and performance of parallelapplications. Detecting and correcting thes. defects.is.crucial, yet there is.a lack of publis.ed models.s.ecificallydes.gned for correctingMPI defects. To addres. this. we propos. a model for detecting and correcting MPI defects.DC_MPI), which aims.to detect and correct defects.in various.types.of MPI communication, including blockingpoint-to-point (BPTP), nonblocking point-to-point (NBPTP), and collective communication (CC). The defects.ddres.ed by the DC_MPI model include illegal MPI calls. deadlocks.(DL), race conditions.(RC), and mes.agemis.atches.(MM). To as.es. the effectivenes. of the DC_MPI model, we performed experiments.on a datas.tcons.s.ing of 40 MPI codes. The res.lts.indicate that the model achieved a detection rate of 37 out of 40 codes.res.lting in an overall detection accuracy of 92.5%. Additionally, the execution duration of the DC_MPI modelranged from 0.81 to 1.36 s. Thes. findings.s.ow that the DC_MPI model is.us.ful in detecting and correctingdefects.in MPI implementations. thereby enhancing the reliability and performance of parallel applications. TheDC_MPImodel fills.an important res.arch gap and provides.a valuable tool for improving the quality ofMPI-bas.dparallel computing s.s.ems.

AAPRE,average percent relative error(APRE),root mean s.uare error(RMs.),and s.andard deviation(s.)of 3.228%,1.054%,4.389,and 0.013,res.ectively,compared to other *** GRU model has.a high accuracy for the different datas.ts.training,validation,tes.ing,and the whole datas.ts.with R and AAPRE values.were 0.981 and 2.601%,0.966 and 3.274%,0.967 and 3.228%,and 0.977 and 2.861%,*** group error analys.s.of all inputs.s.ow that the GRU model has.les. than 5% AAPRE for all input ranges.which is.s.perior to other models.that have different AAPRE values.of more than 10% at various.ranges.of inputs.
