The present study is concerned with the isolation and screening of different strains of Aspergillus oryzae for the production of alpha amylase. Ninety strains were isolated from soil and tested for the production of alpha amylase in shake flasks. Of all the strains tested, Aspergillus oryzae GCB-32 and Aspergillus oryzae GCB-35 gave maximum production of alpha amylase. Different culture media were screened for the production of alpha amylase by these two strains. M1 medium containing starch, yeast extract, NH4Cl, MgSO4·7H2O and CaCl2 gave the maximum production of alpha amylase by both the strains Aspergillus oryzae GCB-32 and Aspergillus oryzae *** analysis revealed that the values of product yield coefficient（Y p/x ） and specific product yield coefficient（qp） were found highly significant（p≤0.05） when medium M1 was used for the enzyme production.

Numerous types of research on healthcare monitoring systems have been conducted for calculating heart rate,ECG,nasal/oral airflow,temperature,light sensor,and fall detection *** researchers have done different work in the field of health monitoring with sensor *** researchers used built-in apps,such as some used a small number of parameters,while some other studies used more than one microcontroller and used senders and receivers among the microcontrollers to communicate,and outdated tools for study *** no efficient,cheap,and updated work is proposed in the field of sensor-based health monitoring ***,this study developed an android-based mobile system that can remotely monitor electrocardiograms(ECGs),pulse oximetry,heart rate,and body *** microcontroller’s Wi-Fi device is used to manage wireless data *** findings of the patient are saved on the Firebase server for further usage in the mobile *** performance of the proposed device is tested on ten numbers of different patients age-wise in terms of beats per minute(BPM),ECG,Temperature,and *** system uses temperature,pulse,ECG,blood pressure,and eye blink *** device makes the usage of a tiny pulse sensor that has been designed to provide an accurate and optimal readout of the pulse rate and a temperature sensor is also *** the help of an MCU,our system measures the pulse rate in beats per minute(bpm),blood oxygen level temperature measurements,and ECG readings and communicates this information to the Firebase *** check the performance of the proposed system first,the BPM parameter was checked on the cardiac ***,the proposed model is tested on different patients *** simulation result shows that the BPM reading is not much different than the BPM of the cardiac *** to the simulation findings,the proposed model achieved the best performance as compared to commercially available

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a current pandemic that has affected more than 195 countries *** this severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)pandemic,when treatment strategies are not yet clear and vaccines are not available,vitamins are an excellent choice to protect against this viral *** rationale behind this study was to examine the inhibitory effect of vitamins B,C,and D against the main protease of SARSCoV-2 and angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2),which have critical rolesin the immune *** docking,performed by using MOE-Dock of the Chemical Computing Group,was used to understand the *** vitamins all docked within the active sites of the Mpro(PDB ID:6LU7)and ACE2 receptor proteins(PDB ID:6VW1).Vitamins B and C delivered maximum energy scores against both targets,while vitamin D displayed a binding energy score of−7.9532 kcal/mol for M^(pro) and−7.9297 for *** efficiency of all three vitamins is higher than the binding energy score of chloroquine(−6.889 kcal/mol),which is now under clinical *** use of vitamins is beneficial,being immune system restorative,and they also act as anti-COVID *** the potential beneficial effects of vitamin B and C are revealed through docking studies,further clinical trials are required for the validation of these results.

Heart disease prognosis(HDP)is a difficult undertaking that requires knowledge and expertise to predict early *** failure is on the rise as a result of today’s *** healthcare business generates a vast volume of patient records,which are challenging to manage *** it comes to data mining and machine learning,having a huge volume of data is crucial for getting meaningful *** methods for predictingHDhave been used by researchers over the last few decades,but the fundamental concern remains the uncertainty factor in the output data,aswell as the need to decrease the error rate and enhance the accuracy of HDP assessment ***,in order to discover the optimal HDP solution,this study compares multiple classification algorithms utilizing two separate heart disease datasets from the Kaggle repository and the University of California,Irvine(UCI)machine learning *** a comparative analysis,Mean Absolute Error(MAE),Relative Absolute Error(RAE),precision,recall,fmeasure,and accuracy are used to evaluate Linear Regression(LR),Decision Tree(J48),Naive Bayes(NB),Artificial Neural Network(ANN),Simple Cart(SC),Bagging,Decision Stump(DS),AdaBoost,Rep Tree(REPT),and Support Vector Machine(SVM).Overall,the SVM classifier surpasses other classifiers in terms of increasing accuracy and decreasing error rate,with RAE of 33.2631 andMAEof 0.165,the precision of 0.841,recall of 0.835,f-measure of 0.833,and accuracy of 83.49 percent for the dataset gathered from *** SC improves accuracy and reduces the error rate for the Kaggle dataset,which is 3.30%for RAE,0.016 percent for MAE,0.984%for precision,0.984 percent for recall,0.984 percent for f-measure,and 98.44%for accuracy.

In this paper,a low cost,highly efficient and low profile monopole antenna for ultra-wideband(UWB)applications is presented.A new inverted triangular-shape structure possessing meander lines is designed to achieve a wideband response and high *** design the proposed structure,three steps are utilized to achieve an UWB *** bandwidth of the proposed antenna is improved with changing meander lines parameters,miniaturization of the ground width and optimization of the feeding *** measured and simulated frequency band ranges from 3.2 to 12 GHz,while the radiation patterns are measured at 4,5.3,6 and 8 GHz frequency *** overall volume of the proposed antenna is 26×25×1.6 mm^(3);whereas the FR4 material is used as a substrate with a relative permittivity and loss tangent of 4.3 and 0.025,*** peak gain of 4 dB is achieved with a radiation efficiency of 80 to 98%for the entire *** modelling of proposed antenna is performed in ANSYS HFSS 13 software.A decent consistency between the simulated and measured results is accomplished which shows that the proposed antenna is a potential candidate for the UWB applications.

In the field of sentiment analysis,extracting aspects or opinion targets fromuser reviews about a product is a key *** the polarity of an opinion is much more useful if we also know the targeted Aspect or *** based approaches,like dependency-based rules,are quite popular and effective for this ***,they are heavily dependent on the authenticity of the employed parts-of-speech(POS)tagger and dependency *** popular rule based approach is to use sequential rules,wherein the rules formulated by learning from the user’s ***,in general,the sequential rule-based approaches have poor generalization ***,existing approaches mostly consider an aspect as a noun or noun phrase,so these approaches are unable to extract verb *** this article,we have proposed a multi-layered rule-based(ML-RB)technique using the syntactic dependency parser based rules along with some selective sequential rules in separate layers to extract noun ***,after rigorous analysis,we have also constructed rules for the extraction of verb *** verb rules primarily based on the association between verb and opinion *** proposed multi-layer technique compensates for the weaknesses of individual layers and yields improved results on two publicly available customer review *** F1 score for both the datasets are 0.90 and 0.88,respectively,which are better than existing *** improved results can be attributed to the application of sequential/syntactic rules in a layered manner as well as the capability to extract both noun and verb aspects.
