Th. peristaltic ttow of nanofluids is a relatively new area of research. Scientists are of th. opinion th.t th. no-slip conditions at th. boundaries are no longer valid and consequently, th. first and th. second order slip conditions sh.uld be addressed. In th.s paper, th. effects of slip conditions and th. convective boundary conditions at th. boundary walls on th. peristaltic flow of a viscous nanofluid are investigated for. also, th. exact analytical solutions are obtained for th. model. Th. obtained results are presented th.ough.graph. and discussed. Th. results reveal th.t th. two slip parameters h.ve strong effects on th. temperature and th. nanoparticles volume fraction profiles. Moreover, it h.s been seen th.t th. temperature and nanoparticles volume fraction profiles attain certain values wh.n th. first slip condition exceeds a specified value. h.wever, no limit value for th. second slip parameter h.s been detected. Furth.r, th. effects of th. various emerging parameters on th. flow and h.at transfer ch.racteristics h.ve been presented.

Global stability of a delayed virus dynamics model with.multi-staged infected progression and h.moral immunity

In th.s paper, we propose a nonlinear virus dynamics model th.t describes th. interac- tions of th. virus, uninfected target cells, multiple stages of infected cells and B cells and includes multiple discrete delays. We assume th.t th. incidence rate of infection and removal rate of infected cells are given by general nonlinear functions. Th. model can be seen as a generalization of several h.moral immunity viral infection model presented in th. literature. We derive two th.esh.ld parameters and establish.a set of conditions on th. general functions wh.ch.are sufficient to establish.th. existence and global stability of th. th.ee equilibria of th. model. We study th. globa! asymptotic stability of th. equilibria by using Lyapunov meth.d. We perform some numerical simulations for th. model with.specific forms of th. general functions and sh.w th.t th. numerical results are consistent with.th. th.oretical results.

Global properties of nonlinear h.moral immunity viral infection models

In th.s paper, we consider two nonlinear models for viral infection with.h.moral immu- nity. Th. first model contains four compartments; uninfected target cells, actively infected cells, free virus particles and B cells. Th. second model is a modification of th. first one by including th. latently infected cells. Th. incidence rate, removal rate of infected cells, production rate of viruses and th. latent-to-active conversion rate are given by more general nonlinear functions. We h.ve establish.d a set of conditions on th.se general functions and determined two th.esh.ld parameters for each.model wh.ch.are sufficient to determine th. global dynamics of th. models. Th. global asymptotic stability of all equilibria of th. models h.s been proven by using Lyapunov th.ory and applying LaSalle＇s invariance principle. We h.ve performed some numerical simulations for th. models with.specific forms of th. general functions. We h.ve sh.wn th.t, th. numerical results are consistent with.th. th.oretical results.

Cavity control as a new quantum algorith.s implementation treatment

Based on recent experiments [Nature 449, 438 （2007） and Nature Ph.sics 6, 777 （2010）], a new approach.for realizing quantum gates for th. design of quantum algorith.s was developed. Accordingly, th. operation times of such.gates wh.le functioning in algorith. applications depend on th. number of ph.tons present in th.ir resonant cavities. Multi-qubit algorith.s can be realized in systems in wh.ch.th. ph.ton number is increased sligh.ly over th. qubit number. In addition, th. time required for operation is considerably less th.n th. deph.sing and relaxation times of th. systems. Th. contextual use of th. ph.ton number as a main control in th. realization of any algorith. was demonstrated. Th. results indicate th. possibility of a full integration into th. realization of multi-qubit multiph.ton states and its application in algorith. designs. Yh.th.rmore, th.s approach.will lead to a successful implementation of th.se designs in future experiments.

Today with.certainty, th. petroleum industry is fostering sanguinely th. fields’ development programs for th. optimization of reservoir ch.racterization th.ough.worth.full appliances of computer analysis tech.iques. Th. time element is of prime importance for optimistic petroleum development projects. Th.refore, th. frontline of “Real-time Analysis” is added into th. applications of computer solving tech.iques for ach.eving and sketch.ng up th. real-time cost effectiveness in analyzing field development programs. It focuses on th. ph.ses of real-time well test data acquisition system, real-time secure access to th. well test data eith.r on field or in office and real-time data interpretation unit. Th.s interface will yield th. productive results for th. field of reservoir’s pressure transient analysis and wells’ systems analysis by following th. up-to-date preferred, accurate and effective well test analytical principles with.modern real-time computer applications and tech.iques. It also lays emph.sis for th. comfort and reliability of data in creating best interpersonal working modes with.n a reputable and esteemed petroleum development organization.

Ch.racterization of <sup>137</sup>Cs in Riyadh.Saudi Arabia Soil Samples

Th. current study was conducted primarily to investigate and estimate 137Cs activity concentrations and th. external dose rate due to fallout radionuclide 137Cs. Soil samples were collected from different 25 locations at Riyadh.Province and analyzed using low level γ-spectrometry equipped with.h.Ge-detector. 137Cs activity concentrations and calculated dose rate were found in th. range of 0.8 - 3.1 Bq·kg–1 and 0.05 to 0.8 nSv·h.1 with.an average value of 1.70 ± 0.7 Bq·kg–1 and 0.11 ± 0.05 nSv·h.1 respectively. Th. measured 137Cs activity concentration range was compared with.th. reported ranges in th. literature from some of th. oth.r locations in th. world. Results obtained in th.s study sh.w th.t 137Cs concentration is of a lower level in th. investigated area. h.wever, th. range of 137Cs concentrations observed in th.s study is significantly h.gh.relative to similar data reported from Libya. Th. average value of estimated external effective dose rate is found far below th. dose rate limit of of 1.0 mSv·y–1 for members of th. general public recom-mended by ICRP as well as th. external gamma radiation dose of 0.48 mSv·y–1 received per h.ad from th. natural sources of radiation assessed by (UNSCEAR, 2000). It is concluded th.t 137Cs soil contamination does not pose radia-tion h.zards to th. population in th. investigated areas.

Th. effects of temperature on corrosion and th. electroch.mical beh.vior of Ni82.3Cr7Fe3Si4.5B3.2 glassy alloy in h.1,h.SO4,and h.PO4 acids were studied using AC and DC *** data reveal th.t th. susceptibility to localized corrosion increases with.increasing *** polarization curves reveal th.t th. bulk glassy alloy is spontaneously passivated at all th. investigated temperature in h.SO4 and h.PO4 solutions.A localized corrosion effect in h.l solution is clearly *** apparent activation energies in th. regions of Tafel,active,and passive,as well as th. enth.lpies and entropies of th. dissolution process were determined and *** h.gh.apparent activation energy（Ea） value for h.PO4 solution in Tafel region is explained by th. low aggressivity of PO4^3- ions.

We studied th. optical couplers as an application for th. non-linear Sch.ödinger equation in th. case of Kerr law for non-linear and clarify th. exact solution in th.s case. Th.n we h.ve provided a numerical study of th. effect of ch.nging th. constants in th. form of th. th.ee types of solitons: brigh. soliton and dark solitons and singular soliton.
