Manipulation of flowering time to develop cultivars with desired maturity dates is fundamental in plant *** is desirable to generate polyploid rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)germplasm with varying flowering time controlled by a few *** the present study,Bna SVP,a rapeseed homolog of the Arabidopsis SVP(Short Vegetative Phase)gene,was characterized and a set of mutants was developed using a CRISPR/Cas9-based gene-editing tool.A single construct targeting multiple sites was successfully applied to precisely mutate four copies of Bna *** induced mutations in these copies were stably transmitted to subsequent *** mutants with loss-of-function alleles and free transgenic elements were generated across the four Bna SVP *** mutant T_(1)lines tested in two environments(summer and winter growing seasons)showed early-flowering *** decrease in flowering time was correlated with the number of mutated Bna SVP *** quadruple mutants showed the shortest flowering time,with a mean decrease of 40.6%–50.7%in length relative to the wild type under the two growth *** study demonstrates the quantitative involvement of Bna SVP copies in the regulation of flowering time and provides valuable resources for rapeseed breeding.

世界各国对电力的需求正在日渐增长,巴基斯坦也不例外。目前,巴基斯坦正在竭尽全力解决国内的能源危机。能源需求剧增的原因是大规模的工业扩张和经济发展,敦促着人们需求可持续发展的能源需求解决方案。事实上,在贫穷人数少于5%的发达国家,人们的能源消费相比贫穷人口占多数的国家人们的能源消费要多得多。这说明,电力是经济可持续发展的重要支柱。本文将就中巴核电合作对巴基斯坦经济的影响进行研究,并就目前发电技术危机对巴基斯坦的影响提出见解。然后,本文将对中国的电力部门进行简单介绍,并提出提高巴基斯坦发电能力的建议。本文由九部分组成,带领读者从零开始建立对行业的理解,并提出问题的解决方法。本文的第一部分包括背景介绍,文献综述,大纲和框架,研究方法和创新。通过对中巴之前和目前的民用核电合作的分析,和对广大学者的意见综述,本文认为电力部门的信息源是非常总要的。这一部分的重要目标是为当前的合作提供建议。本文的第二部分主要介绍了关于国际合作的定义和基本理论。这些理论包括不同学者在两国不同领域合作的研究。为后文的研究提供了理论基础。这一部分也会介绍后文研究合作对巴基斯坦经济的影响所使用的研究方法。本文的第三部分主要是介绍巴基斯坦电力部门现状和经济状况,并且会给出电力部门组织结构和发电技术的定义。这一章会对电力危机现状进行简单介绍并分析其对巴基斯坦经济的影响,同时,本章将会分析电力部门的主要问题和发电技术的重要性。本文的第四部分是关于中国电力部门发展的案例研究,并会对中国发电技术进行简单介绍。这一章会分析中国在经济发展过程中所遇到的问题。本章进行案例分析的目的是为巴基斯坦电力部门的发展提供建议,促进其平稳健康发展。本文的第五部分介绍的是中巴之间正在进行的民用核电合作。这一章将对合作的目的,背景,合作发展前景和预期收益进行分析。本文的第六部分通过计量分析的方法研究中巴合作对巴基斯坦经济的影响。本文的第七部分对核能的经济和环境影响进行了研究,并分析了环境和经济两者之间的关系。这一部分将以福岛核电站泄漏事件作为分析案例。本文的第八部分主要是提出意见和建议。本文的第九部分是结论与展望。这一部分对全文进行了总结,并且指出了未来的研究方向。

Salinity is one of the major abiotic factors that limit the growth and productivity of *** application of plant growth regulators(PGRs)may help plants ameliorate the negative impacts of ***,a field experiment was conducted at the Botanical Garden University of Balochistan,Quetta,to explore the potential role of PGRs,i.e.,moringa leaf extract(MLE;10%),proline(PRO;1μM),salicylic acid(SA;250μM),and thiourea(TU;10 mM)in ameliorating the impacts of salinity(120 mM)on Plantago ovata,an important medicinal *** hampered plant photosynthetic pigments and metabolites but elevated oxidative ***,foliar application of PGRs enhanced photosynthetic pigments,including Chl b(21.11%),carotenoids(57.87%)except Chl a,activated the defense mechanisms by restoring and enhancing the metabolites,i.e.,soluble sugars(49.68%),soluble phenolics(33.34%),and proline(31.47%),significantly under salinity ***,foliar supplementation of PGRs under salt stress led to a decrease of about 43.02%and 43.27%in hydrogen peroxide and malondialdehyde content,***,PGRs can be recommended for improved photosynthetic efficiency and metabolite content that can help to get better yield under salt stress,with the best and most effective treatments being those of PRO and MLE to predominately ameliorate the harsh impacts of salinity.

Locations of sensors in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) play a vital role in many applications. Regarding the mobility of the nodes in some of the applications, it is necessary to have a localization algorithm that can support the mobility of nodes. In this paper a demand-based algorithm has been presented which uses information of messages for update their tables so they can help to localize the unknown nodes. This technique suggested method that called ELoc(Efficient Localization) has been able to present a higher speed and range of success, by reducing the sent messages and consequently reducing the energy consumption quite significantly.

Diversity analysis of chickpea (<i>Cicer arietinum</i>L.) germplasm and its implications for conservation and crop breeding

The exploration of genetically variable accessions is the key source of germplasm conservation and potential breeding material for the future. The more diverse group of cultivars provides an ample opportunity to breeders for releasing new and superior varieties, considering their quality traits for direct commercial utilization. In this study, we assessed the genetic diversity of Cicer arietinum 70 accessions from Pakistan and USA using morphological traits, seed protein and molecular markers. Based on four morphological traits, the average coefficient of variation was calculated as 56.8% with significant correlation among yield traits. The analysis revealed that the accessions 1898, 2819, 3022, 3037, 3040, 3043, 3054, 3059 and 3063 were best in performance with a total of 12% environmental error. The cluster analysis based on protein data revealed 50% genetic diversity among accessions. The clustering pattern did not show any grouping that could be attributed to either the geographic distribution or the field performance. For molecular characterization of germplasm 5 PCR based RAPD primers, OPA4, OPA9, OPG13, UBC181 and UBC733b used were found to be polymorphic with 37% genetic diversity among local and exotic accessions. Whereas, 3 SSR primers viz., CaSTMS2, Ca- STMS15 and CaSTMS21 scored the genetic variability up to 55% by cluster analysis through UPGMA percent disagreement. The primers, TA72 and TA130 were linked with yield related traits, indicated highest dissimilarity index value (0.69) and notable variation in the identified promising lines. The Morphometric, Biochemical and Molecular markers reported here, are helpful to assess the extent of genetic diversity among Chickpea accessions and can be used to identify the unreported cultivars with desirable quantitative traits for improving Chickpea yield in Pakistan. Objective: To identify the phytochemical compounds from Annona muricata(A. muricata) and to determine their in vitro anti-proliferative activities against breast cancer cells, MCF7 and MDA-MB-231. Methods: A. muricata leaves were successively extracted by soxhlet method using n-hexane, ethyl acetate and methanol, and decocted with water. Each extract was analysed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GCMS) and characterized with Wiley and NIST library searches. Anti-proliferative activity of each extract was evaluated on MCF7 and MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells using MTT assay. Results: The GCMS analysis of different solvent extracts of A. muricata leaves showed presence of different chemical groups of compounds such as steroids, terpenoids, phenolic compounds, sugars, sugars alcohol and others including vitamin E. Ethyl acetate leaves extract exhibited the lowest IC_(50) value on the MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell and n-hexane leaves extract showed the the lowest IC_(50) value on the MCF-7 breast cancer cell. Conclusion: Steroids and phenolic compounds were the main phytocompound groups identified from all A. muricata leaves extracts. The antiproliferative activity of n-hexane and ethyl acetate extract towards breast cancer MCF7 and MDA-MB-231 respectively might be due to the presence of biologically active compounds in the extracts, hence, providing some scientific evidences of the effectiveness of its traditional usages.

The effect of sintering temperature(1073?1373 K)on the structural and tribological properties of nanostructured ballmilledβ-type Ti?15Mo samples was *** prepared samples were characterized using various apperatus such as X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and ball-on-plate type oscillating *** tests were conducted under different applied loads(2,8 and 16 N).Structural results showed that the mean pore and crystallite size continuously decreased with increasing sintering temperature to reach the lowest values of 4 nm and 29 nm at 1373 K,*** relative density of the sintered sample at 1373 K was as high as 97.0%.Moreover,a higher sintering temperature resulted in higher relative density,greater hardness and elastic modulus of the *** was observed that both the friction coefficient and wear rate were lower in the sample sintered at 1373 K which was attributed to the closed porosity.

Even with the development of more advanced technology of ECG, there are still problems on interference to ECG signals. Many attempts have been made to detect and eliminate the source of noises and artifacts from the original ECG signals. Several studies have been done to observe and study the EMI effect, however, most of?them only focus on the EMI effect of mobile phone during ECG acquisition. Thus, this study is emphasized on the interference problem when other medical devices were being used together with the ECG device. The R-R peak distance of the ECG signal was detected by using QRS detection algorithm invented by J. Pan and W. J. Tompkins. The data from the experiment showed that even the EMI from the medical devices did not affect the physical shape of ECG, but it does affect the R-R peak distance of the ECG signal.

In this study,two novel haptens of oxamichydrazide(OXZ),the metabolite of nifuraldezone,were designed and synthesized by derivatization with ethyl-4-bromobutanoate and ethyl-2-bromoacetate for the first *** rationality of the haptens was enlightened by conformational alignment and electronic evaluations based on computional *** synthesized haptens were efficient in generating antibody response to OXZ.A monoclonal antibody(mAb)named 2D9 with high affinity was obtained and used to establish an indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(icELISA)for the direct determination of OXZ in chicken samples without the need for derivatization *** optimum conditions,the developed icELISA showed an IC50 value of 0.66 ng mL^(−1),and limit of detection of 0.11μg kg^(−1)in *** average recoveries were found to be 80.4-91.3%with a coefficient of variation less than 9.0%.In conclusion,we have successfully desigened haptens,prepared mAbs and developed an immunoassay for the direct determination of OXZ in chicken samples without the need for a derivatization step for the first *** provides a potentially rapid,accurate,and sensitive screening tool for nifuraldezone residue in animal-derived food.
