A rarely studied open cluster,King 1 is observed using the 1.3-m telescope equipped with a 2 k×4 k CCD at Vainu Bappu Observatory,*** analyze the photometric data obtained from CCD observations in both B and V *** of 132 detected stars in the open cluster King 1 field,we have identified four stellar variables,and two among them are reported as newly detected binary *** parallax values from Gaia DR2 suggest that the open cluster King 1 is in the background of these two detected binary systems,falling along the same line of sight,giving rise to different parallax *** analysis was carried out using Phase Dispersion minimization(PDm)and the Lomb-Scargle(LS)method for all the detected *** Of Eclipsing Binari Es(PHOEBE)is extensively employed to model various stellar parameters of both the detected binary *** on the modeling results obtained from this work,one of the binary systems is reported for the first time as an Eclipsing Detached(ED)and the other as an Eclipsing Contact(EC)binary of W-type W Uma.

高盐度碱度对全球许多地区来说都是一个严重问题,它会对土壤的物理化学性质产生负面影响,例如低渗透性、通风不良和水资源可用性降低,并最终影响农业生产。为了改善土壤质量,通常需要通过淋滤降低盐分碱度;但较差的土壤性质,如低渗透性,使盐浸过程非常无效。江苏新开垦沿海地区的高盐含量限制了其农业生产作用。通常需要几年的时间通过淋滤来改善这类土壤,以释放土壤中的可溶性盐。盐分随排水的淋溶缓慢,导致土壤结构不良。为此,为了加快土壤中盐分的淋溶效率,改善土壤结构,需要将有机质和化学改良剂结合起来。在这些改良剂中,石膏是一种常见的化学改良剂,被广泛用于改善盐碱土的物理化学性质,因为它含有足够的钙来去除根区的交换性钠,而且它相对便宜、普遍可用且易于使用。许多研究发现,电导率发生了积极的变化,大部分可交换钠从土壤中去除,增加了土壤渗透性,降低了容重,改善了絮凝作用,减少了粘土分散。施用钙(Ca+2)可以改善土壤的物理化学性质,并作为土壤改良剂,防止钠(Na+)的积累,而钠(Na+)与植物生长和作物产量直接相关。利用稻草可以将农业副产品转化为水稻产区宝贵且廉价的有机资源。将稻草还田并覆盖土壤表面,可以通过溶解土壤中的Ca+2化合物来帮助恢复盐碱土。它还可以有效地减少蒸发和盐分积累,保持土壤水分,增加土壤充足的持水能力,增加土壤通气量,降低土壤容重和总孔隙度。稻草降低了盐分,增加了 K+、Ca+2,显著影响了水稻的增产。多项研究表明,在石膏中添加稻草对降低ECe、pH、SAR和ESP的影响相对较大。在沿海地区和干旱地区改良盐碱土的研究较多,但在新开垦的沿海地区快速改良重盐碱土的研究较少。一些研究是在可控的实验室条件下进行的,使用渗滤柱定量测定渗滤液中可溶阳离子的浓度。由于在现场条件下很难量化溶质运动的空间和时间量化,使用渗滤柱的实验室实验在测量渗滤液水中溶解阳离子的浓度及其时间变化方面具有优势。本研究在中国扬州市扬州大学农业水土环境与生态实验室进行了渗透柱和实验。利用渗滤柱比较和评估了石膏和稻草作为单独和联合施用对提高新开垦沿海地区重盐碱土盐分淋洗效率的效果。这项研究假设,石膏和稻草的联合施用以及随后的水浸在提高盐浸效率方面更有效。通过渗滤柱实验,评价渗滤液溶液中EC和溶解阳离子(Ca2+、mg2+、K+、Na+)的变化,以及土壤ECe、交换阳离子(Ca2+、mg2+、K+、Na+)和土壤SAR的变化,本实验研究可为新开垦沿海地区的土壤盐渍化治理提供理论依据和技术支持。本论文的主要研究内容如下:1.通过研究样本土壤,评估施用石膏和稻草堆肥及其不同组合在盐碱土复垦中的潜力和有效性。2.确定改进浸出过程的最佳修正量。1.研究方法1)研究区和土壤性质在中国江苏省东台市济钢镇(北纬32°51′ 44″,东经120° 53′ 47″)两垛河与临海高等级公路交汇处东南侧的一个农业种植园中采集表层土样品(0-30cm)。这是一个平坦的地区,地面海拔约为海平面以上3.7米。该地区平均气温为14.8℃,年平均降雨量为1052.0毫米。重盐渍土具有粉壤土质地2)实验装置及步骤实验于2020年8月至2021年3月在中国扬州市扬州大学的水力与能源动力工程实验室进行。土壤样品风干,捣碎以粉碎土块,并在填充渗透柱之前通过2 mm的筛子。然后将土壤质地划分为粉壤土质地。在渗滤柱中填充土壤后,收集8个土壤样本(柱表面0-20厘米),每个样本约50克,然后测量电导率、pH值、交换性阳离子和土壤吸附率。使用八根直径为19厘米、高85厘米的PVC柱。底部设置一层5cm粗砂,以便于流动和防止堵塞,同时在过滤层上放置一根直径为50mm的波纹管,以帮助排水。塑料管是自下而上安装的,用来测量头部压力,随着时间的推移,塑料管在一定程度上有助于去除微小的气穴。本研究采用马尔可夫瓶法维持10cm恒定地表水,防止溢流。在填充到柱中之前,将土壤均匀混合并湿润,以获得1.30(g cm-3)的均匀堆积密度,并避开任何气穴。在填充之前,使用润滑剂使柱内壁粗糙,使土壤和柱壁紧密结合。在每根柱子中,设置一层密度为1.3的60 cm填充土,每20 cm搅拌和压实一次,并刷表面以防止分层。填充柱后,土壤高度为60cm,孔隙度约为50.9%。采用随机分组设计,共设计八个渗滤柱,每个柱有两个重复。采用了四种处理方法:1)对照(不施用石膏或稻草堆肥)(CT);2)稻草;3)石膏(GPS);4)石膏加稻草(GRS+RS)。石膏和稻草被混合到表层土中。每个土柱最初用20升2mol L/-1 NaCr溶液饱和,以确保盐度分布均匀。然后用淡水(EC=0.364 dS m-1)淋洗土壤。根据孔隙体积(PV)计算浸出水量:每个柱的孔体积为8.47 dm3。渗滤液样本收集在瓶子中进行分析。在每一次孔隙体积淋洗之间都会有一段休息时间,以便盐分

Cold-formed steel structures are steel structure products constructed from sheets or coils using cold rolling, press brake or bending brake method. These structures are extensively employed in building construction industry due to their light mass, ductility by economic cold forming operations, favorable strength-to-mass ratio and other factors. The utilization of cold formed steel sections with concrete as composite can hugely reduce the construction cost. However, the use of cold formed steel members in composite concrete beams has been very limited. A comprehensive review of developments in composite beam with cold formed steel sections was introduced. It was revealed that employing cold-formed steel channel section to replace reinforcement bars in conventional reinforced concrete beam results in a significant cost reduction without reducing strength capacity. The use of composite beam consisting of cold-formed steel open or close box and filled concrete could also reduce construction cost. Lighter composite girder for bridges with cold-formed steel of U section was introduced. moreover, types of shear connectors to provide composite action between cold-formed steel beam and concrete slab were presented. However, further studies to investigate the effects of metal decking on the behavior of composite beam with cold-formed steel section and introduction of ductile shear connectors were recommended.

Effect of vitamin E and human placenta cysteine peptidase inhibitor on expression of cathepsins B and L in implanted hepatoma morris 5123 tumor model in Wistar rats

AIm: To examine the effectiveness of human placental inhibitors, by injecting vitamin E to rats with transplanted morris-5123 hepatoma, on the expression of cathepsins B and L in tumor, liver, lung and blood sera after transplantation of morris 5123 hepatoma. mETHODS: Animals were divided into 10 groups receiving three different concentrations of vitamin E and inhibitors along or in combination and compared with negative control (healthy rats) and positive control (tumor rats). Effectiveness of treatment was evaluated with regard to survival time, tumor response and determination of the activities of proteolytic enzymes and their inhibitors using flurogenic substrates. RESULTS: Cathepsins B and L activities were elevated by 16-fold in comparison with negative control tissues, and their endogenous inhibitor activity decreased by 1.2-fold before treatment. In several cases, tumors completely disappeared following vitamin E plus human placental cyteine protease inhibitor (CPI) compared with controls. The number of complete tumor responses was higher when 20 m/kg vitamin E plus 400 μg of CPI was used, i.e. 7/10 rats survived more than two mo. Cathepsins B and L were expressed significantly in tumor, liver, lung tissues and sera in parallel to the increasing of the endogenous inhibitor activity compared with the controls after treatment(Pmation of metastasis significantly reduced in treated rats, which might provide a therapeutic basis for anti-cancer therapy.

论文提出了一种基于互质原理的阵列结构NOCA,NOCA可以获得更高的可达自由度和更弱的耦合。在原始互质阵列的基础上,NOCA采用一般化的平移策略,其阵元位置和可达自由度均可以用闭式表达式描述。特别的,NOCA采用简单的LN个单位的平移,其可达自由度为2（++-1）+1,当=?+12?时,可达自由度取最大值。此外,当阵列再额外移动m个单位时,自由度可以再增加2m,即达到2（++2-1）+1。另一方面,自由度的增加意味着虚拟阵元的分布区间更加宽广,因此,共用一个差分下标值得虚拟阵元数将变少,从而虚拟阵元的权值将变小,应对耦合效应时阵列性能将更稳健。最后,论文通过大量仿真对提出的NOCA和现有的阵列结构进行了比较。仿真结果表明,在采用同样数目的物理阵元的条件下,NOCA比现有的同类结构具有更高的可达自由度,从而NOCA具备更高的分辨率以及更高的精确性。在存在耦合的情况下,仿真结果表明,NOCA具有比现有同类阵列更稳健的性能。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of hydroxysafflor yellow A(HSYA)on thioacetamide-induced liver ***:Thioacetamide was administered to rats intraperitoneally in doses of 200 mg/kg twice a week for 12 ***-intoxicated rats were given silymarin(50 mg/kg)or HSYA(5 mg/kg)orally every day for 8 *** enzymes,fibrosis markers,histological changes as well as immunohistochemistry of TNF-α,IL-6,p21,α-SmA,and caspase-3 were *** effect of HSYA on HSC-T6 activation/proliferation and apoptosis was also determined in ***:HSYA decreased liver enzymes,TNF-α,IL-6,and p21 expressions,hepatic PDGF-B,TImP-1,TGF-β1,and hydroxyproline levels,as well as fibrosis score(S2 vs.S4)compared to the thioacetamide *** also downregulatedα-SmA while increasing caspase-3 ***,at 500μg/mL,HSYA had only a slightly suppressive effect on HSC proliferation,with a 9.5%***,it significantly reduced TGF-β1,inhibitedα-SmA expression,induced caspase-3 expression,and promoted cell ***:HSYA may be a potential therapeutic agent for delaying and reversing the progression of liver *** research on HSYA at higher doses and for a longer period is warranted.

Photocatalytic degradations of p-nitrochlorbenzene (p-NCB) with distilled water wereinvestigated with ZnO crystals (catalyst) of 70nm in diameter under UV irradiation.The suitable experimental conditions are determined as: ZnO 0.25g, pH 7, p-NCBconcentration 30mg/L. These variables in terms of the degradation rate have beendiscussed, which was defined as the rate of the initial degradation to the final degrada-tion of p-NCB. When all of the experimental degradation rate values are plotted as afunction of irradiation time, all of the points appeared on a single line for wide range ofp-NCB degradations. On the basis of these results, it has been concluded that at lowerZnO catalyst amount, much of the light is transmitted through the slurry in the con-tainer beaker, while at higher catalyst amount, all the incident photons are observedby the slurry. Degradation rates of p-NCB were found to decrease with increasingsolution pH. It has been concluded that the maximum degradation rate values of p-NCB under principally the same experimental conditions mentioned above are 97.4%,98.8% and 95.5% at 100min respectively. The results suggest that the photocatalyticdegradation is initiated by an oxidation of the p-NCB through ZnO surface-adsorbedhydroxyl radicals. Absorption spectra are recorded using spectrophotometer before andafter UV-irradiation in the wavelength range 200-400nm at room temperature. Itis found that the variation of irradiation time over the range 20-100min resulted inchange in the form of the spectrum linear absorption and a higher maximum valuewill be obtained at longer irradiation time.
