Transport mechanism in chemically reactive hybrid nanofluid flow containing gyrotactic micro-organisms over a curved oscillatory surface

This paper examines the transport analysis, including both heat transfer and mass transfer, in hybrid nanofluid flow containing gyrotactic microorganisms towards a curved oscillatory surface. The influence of magnetic fields is also inspected in terms of their physical characteristics. To depict the phenomena of transport, modified versions of both Fick's and Fourier's laws are used. Additionally, the characteristics of both heterogeneous and homogeneous chemical reactions are also incorporated. Utilizing a curvilinear coordinate system, the flow problem is formulated as partial differential equations(PDEs)for momentum, concentration, microorganism field, and energy. An analytical solution to the obtained flow equations is achieved utilizing the homotopy analysis method(HAm).The effects of significant flow parameters on the pressure and microorganism fields, velocity, oscillation velocity, concentration, and temperature distributions are shown via graphs. Furthermore, the variations in skin friction, mass transfer rate, heat transfer rate, and local motile number due to different involved parameters are presented in tables and are analyzed in detail. Graphical results indicate that the curves of velocity and temperature fields are enhanced as the values of the solid volume fraction variables *** is also verified that the concentration rate field decreases as the values of the homogeneous reaction strength parameter and the radius of curvature parameter increase, and it increases with the Schmidt number and the heterogeneous reaction strength *** outcomes show a favorable response of the motile number to advanced values of the Peclet number, the Schmidt number, the microorganism difference parameter, and the bio-convective Lewis number.

Synthesis of Different TiO2 Nanostructures and Their Physical Properties

Titanium dioxide （TiO2） nanosheet, nanorod and nanotubes are synthesized using chemical vapor deposition （CVD） and anodizing processes. TiO2 nanosheets are grown on Ti foil which is coated with Au catalyst in CVD, TiO2 nanorods are synthesized on treated Ti foil with HCl by CVD, and TiO2 nanotubes are prepared by the three-step anodization method. Scanning electron microscopy shows the final TiO2 structures prepared using three processes with three different morphologies of nanosheet, nanorod and nanotube. X-ray diffraction verifies the presence of TiO2. TiO2 sheets and rods are crystalized in rutile phase, and TiO2 tubes after annealing turn into the anatase crystal phase. The optical investigations carried out by diffuse reflection spectroscopy reveal that the morphology of TiO2 nanostructures influencing their optical response and band gap energy of TiO2 is changed for different TiO2 nanostructures.

New prospective gas plays in pliocene sands, offshore Nile Delta Basin: A case study from Kamose-1 well at North Sinai Concession, Egypt

The Pliocene sands in the offshore parts of the Nile Delta Basin represent significant gas *** targets have been recently discovered in different places along the offshore Nile Delta *** present work focuses on the possibility of discovering new natural gas resources at North Sinai Concession through an integrated method between seismic and well logs data interpretations.A case study from Kamose-1 Well at Kamose Field,North Sinai Concession has been *** quantitative explanation for the well log data of Kamose-1 Well has revealed two zones expected to be gas-bearing *** intervals are located between depths;1174–1186 m(zone I)and between 1429 and 1503 m(zone II).The calculated petrophysical parameters for these zones exhibit low water saturation(24–43%),high effective porosity(30–31%),low shale volume(21–26%),high total porosity(37–38%)and low bulk volume of water(0.07–0.12).zone II(74 m thick)shows a clear bright spot on the seismic profiles covering the study area,while,zone I is beyond seismic resolution(12 m thick).Several seismic bright spots have been outlined on the seismic data nearby Kamose-1 *** comparison between the newly outlined seismic bright spots with the drilled one in Kamose-1 Well exhibited a great ***,these prospects are expected to be new targets for gas exploration in the Pliocene succession at North Sinai Concession.

Simulation of a molten salt fast reactor using the COmSOL multiphysics software

In this study,COmSOL v5.2 multiphysics software was utilized to perform coupled neutronics and thermal–hydraulics simulations of a molten salt fast reactor,and the SCALE v6.1 code package was utilized to generate the homogenized cross-section data *** library’s 238 cross-section groups were categorized into nine groups for the simulations in this *** results of the COmSOL model under no fuel flow conditions were verified using the SCALE v6.1 code results,and the results of the neutronics and thermal–hydraulics simulations were compared to the results of previously published *** results indicated that the COmSOL model that includes the cross-section library generated by the SCALE v6.1 code package is suitable for the steady-state analysis and design assessment of molten salt fast ***,this model was utilized to investigate the neutronics and thermal–hydraulics behaviors of the *** designs were simulated and analyzed in this model,and the results indicated that even if the wall of the core is curved,hot spots occur in the upper and lower portions of the core’s center near the reflectors.A new design was proposed that utilizes a flow rate distribution system,and the simulation results of this design showed that the maximum temperature in the core was approximately 1032 K and no hot spots occurred.

Thin-shell wormholes and modified Chaplygin gas with relativistic corrections

In this paper,we analyze thin-shell wormholes from two identical copies of charged static cylindrically symmetric spacetimes using Visser’s‘cut and paste’approach under the influence of f(R,T)gravity Harko,Lobo,Nojiri,and Odintsov(2011,***.D 84,024020).In this scenario,the modified Chaplygin gas supports the exotic matter in the shell which allows,one to examine the dynamics of constructed *** utilize the junction condition to connect the interior and exterior geometries across the hypersurface and calculate different components of the Lanczos equation recently computed by Roza in Rosa(2021,***.D 103,104069).We analyze the stability of the thin-shell wormhole models under linear perturbations while keeping the cylindrical symmetry and also examine the influence of charge on their *** positive quantity of the second derivative of potential at the throat radius might be interpreted as the stability *** find both unstable and stable wormhole solutions for different parameters included in the equation of state and specific forms of considered gravity and illustrate them theoretically as well as *** examine the impact of electric charge on the stability region of a constructed wormhole,which suggests that a wormhole model with a charge may exhibit more stable behavior compared to an uncharged system.

Complexity of charged anisotropic spherically symmetric fluids in f(G)gravity

The previous ideology of complexity factor for the dynamical spheres[Herrera et al 2018,***.D,98,104059]is extended for the influence of charge.A dynamical spherically symmetric non-dissipative and dissipative self-gravitating structure is examined in the presence of maxwell f(G)gravity to examine the complexity *** pattern of evolution is studied with the minimal complexity *** complexity factor remains the same for the structure of fluid distribution,while we examine homologous constraints for the most basic evolution *** calculate the structure scalars which play an important role in order to understand the fundamental properties of the *** fluid is geodesic as well as shearing for the dissipative case and there is a large number of *** the non-dissipative fluid distribution,a shear-free,homogeneous and isotropic,geodesic fluid correlates with the evolving homologous and vanishing complexity *** implication of the condition of vanishing complexity factor and stability are discussed at the end.
