Acute leukemia is an aggressive disease that has high mortality rates *** error rate can be as high as 40%when classifying acute leukemia into its ***,there is an urgent need to support hematologists during the classification *** than two decades ago,researchers used microarray gene expression data to classify cancer and adopted acute leukemia as a test *** high classification accuracy they achieved confirmed that it is possible to classify cancer subtypes using microarray gene expression *** machine learning is an effective method that combines individual classifiers to classify new *** classifiers are recognized as powerful algorithms with numerous advantages over traditional *** the past few decades,researchers have focused a great deal of attention on ensemble classifiers in a wide variety of fields,including but not limited to disease diagnosis,finance,bioinformatics,healthcare,manufacturing,and *** paper reviews the recent ensemble classifier approaches utilized for acute leukemia gene expression data ***,a framework for classifying acute leukemia gene expression data is *** pairwise correlation gene selection method and the Rotation Forest of Bayesian Networks are both used in this *** outcomes show that the classification accuracy achieved by the acute leukemia ensemble classifiers constructed according to the suggested framework is good compared to the classification accuracy achieved in other studies.

Chiral phase structure of the sixteen meson states in the SU(3) Polyakov linear-sigma model for finite temperature and chemical potential in a strong magnetic field

In characterizing the chiral phase-structure of pseudoscalar(J^(pc) = 0^(-+)), scalar(J^(pc) = 0^(++)), vector(J^(pc) =1^(--)) and axial-vector(J^(pc) = 1^(++)t) meson states and their dependence on temperature, chemical potential, and magnetic field,we utilize the SU(3) Polyakov linear-sigma model(PLSM) in the mean-field approximation. We first determine the chiral(non)strange quark condensates,σ_l and σ_s, and the corresponding deconfinement order parameters, φ and φ~*, in thermal and dense(finite chemical potential) medium and finite magnetic field. The temperature and the chemical potential characteristics of nonet meson states normalized to the lowest bosonic Matsubara frequency are analyzed. We note that all normalized meson masses become temperature independent at different critical temperatures. We observe that the chiral and deconfinement phase transitions are shifted to lower quasicritical temperatures with increasing chemical potential and magnetic field. Thus, we conclude that the magnetic field seems to have almost the same effect as the chemical potential, especially on accelerating the phase transition, i.e. inverse magnetic catalysis. We also find that increasing the chemical potential enhances the mass degeneracy of the various meson masses, while increasing the magnetic field seems to reduce the critical chemical potential, at which the chiral phase transition takes place. Our mass spectrum calculations agree well with the recent PDG compilations and PNJL, lattice QCD calculations, and QMD/UrQMD simulations.

histopathological alterations in the liver and intestine of Nile tilapia Oreochromis niloticus exposed to long-term sublethal concentrations of cadmium chloride

Fingerlings of Nile tilapia Oreochromis niloticus were exposed to 1.68, 3.36, and 5.04 mg/L cadmium(as CdCl2), which represent 10%, 20%, and 30% of their previously determined 96-h LC5 0. After exposure for 20 days, sections of the liver and intestine of treated fish were examined histologically. histopathological changes varied from slight to severe structural modification, depending on the exposure concentration. The hepatic tissues of fish exposed to 10% LC 50 showed markedly increased vacuolation of the hepatocytes and coarse granulation of their cytoplasm. Abundant erythrocytic infiltration among the hepatocytes was observed in fish exposed to 20% LC5 0. In the intestinal tissues of fish exposed to all doses, goblet cells proliferated and were greatly increased in size, the longitudinal muscularis mucosa was disturbed and, in the crypts of the sub-mucosal layer, apoptosis increased, indicated by large numbers of degenerated nuclei. Large numbers of inflammatory cells and dilated blood vessels were observed in the intestine of the group treated with 30% LC5 0.

On thermodynamic self-consistency of generic axiomatic-nonextensive statistics

Thermophysical analysis of the crustal rocks is important for heat transfer determination and insulation purposes to save energy in *** the presented work,thermophysical properties of four limestones were investigated in dry and moist state under ambient conditions by using a transient plane source method.A thermal constant analyzer was used to raise the sample temperature and to measure the thermal properties in the temperature range of 300 K to 433 *** conductivity and diffusivity were measured by developing a linear relationship between temperature response of TPS (transient plane source) sensor and dimensionless time function through least-square fitting *** experimental observations and predicted thermal conductivity of samples have shown that in-situ observations are important to determine the thermal properties *** effect of temperature on thermal properties of limestone was defined by considering the chemical composition of the samples and associated heat transfer *** thermal conductivity and diffusivity of limestone decreased while specific heat capacity increased with a rise in *** overall findings indicate that the spinoff of this research is useful in studying the reliance of thermophysical properties of rocks on their structures and lithology.

Self-phase modulation via similariton solutions of the perturbed NLSE Modulation instability and induced self-steepening

The perturbed nonlinear Schrodinger equation(PNLSE)describes the pulse propagation in optical fibers,which results from the interaction of the higher-order dispersion effect,self-steepening(SS)and self-phase modulation(SPM).The challenge between these aforementioned phenomena may lead to a dominant one among *** is worth noticing that the study of modulation instability(MI)leads to the inspection of dominant phenomena(DPh).Indeed,the MI triggers when the coefficient of DPh exceeds a critical value and it may occur that the interaction leads to wave *** PNLSE is currently studied in the literature,mainly on finding traveling wave ***,we are concerned with analyzing the similarity solutions of the *** exact solutions are obtained via introducing similarity transformations and by using the extended unified *** solutions are evaluated numerically and they are shown *** is observed that the intensity of the pulses exhibits self steepening which progresses to shock soliton in ultrashort time(or near t=0).Also,it is found that the real part of the solution exhibits self-phase modulation in *** study of(MI)determines the critical value for the coefficients of SS,SPM,or high dispersivity to occur.

Field and reverse field solitons in waveoperator nonlinear Schrödinger equation with space-time reverse: Modulation instability

The wave-operator nonlinear Schrödinger equation was introduced in the ***,nonlocal space-time reverse complex field equations were also recently *** in this area were focused on employing the inverse scattering method and Darboux ***,we present an approach to find the solutions of the wave-operator nonlinear Schrödinger equation with space and time reverse(W-O-NLSE-STR).It is based on implementing the unified method together with introducing a conventional formulation of the ***,a field and a reverse field may be ***,for deriving the solutions of W-O-NLSE-STR,it is evident to distinguish two cases(when the field and its reverse are interactive or not-interactive).In the non-interactive and interactive cases,exact and approximate solutions are *** both cases,the solutions are evaluated numerically and they are displayed *** is observed that the field exhibits solitons propagating essentially(or mainly)on the negative space variable,while those of the reverse field propagate on the other side(or vice versa).These results are completely novel,and we think that it is an essential behavior that characterizes a complex field system with *** the other hand,they may exhibit right and left cable patterns(or vice versa).It is found that the solutions of the field and its reverse exhibit self-phase modulation by solitary *** the interactive case,the pulses of the field and its reverse propagate in the whole *** analysis of modulation stability shows that,when the field is stable,its reverse is unstable or both are *** holds whenever the polarization of the medium is selfdefocusing.

Functional response of the ladybird, Cydonia vicina nilotica to cowpea aphid, Aphis craccivora in the laboratory

The functional response of Cydonia vicina nilotica Muls. （Coleoptera： Coccinellidae） to six densities of Aphis craccivora Koch （homoptera： Aphididae） nymphs on broad bean （Viciafaba Linn.） was investigated in the laboratory. A linear relationship between the rate of consumption and prey density was observed with r^2 values between 0.58 and 0.97. Plotting prey density against prey killed by four larval instars, and adult males and females of C. vicina nilotica fit well with the type Ⅱ model of holling＇ s disc equation. Adult females consumed the highest number of prey, followed by fourth instars and adult males. Based on the functional response data, the model predicts a maximum of 144.9, 116.3, 86.2, 80.0, 72.5 and 20.0 nymphs to be consumed per day by an individual adult female, fourth instar, adult male, third, second and first instars, respectively. The differences in the responses of the predator to aphid densities are discussed.

The principal objective of this article is to construct new and further exact soliton solutions of the(2+1)-dimensional heisenberg ferromagnetic spin chain equation which investigates the nonlinear dynamics of magnets and explains their ordering in ferromagnetic *** solutions are exerted via the new extended FAN sub-equation *** successfully obtain dark,bright,combined bright-dark,combined dark-singular,periodic,periodic singular,and elliptic wave solutions to this equation which are interesting classes of nonlinear excitation presenting spin dynamics in classical and semi-classical continuum heisenberg systems.3D figures are illustrated under an appropriate selection of *** applied technique is suitable to be used in gaining the exact solutions of most nonlinear partial/fractional differential equations which appear in complex phenomena.
