Lean manufacturing has been used for the last few decades as a process and performance improvement *** known as Toyota production system(TPS),lean is now used in almost all service and manufacturing sectors to deliver favorable results such as decreased operational cost,increased customer satisfaction,decreased cycle time,and enhanced *** the coronavirus disease(COVID 19)pandemic,the manufacturing sector struggled immensely and could not function well even after lockdown was eased in many *** companies found out there are not ready to conform with new regulations made by authorities in many *** paper proposes the use of simulation and multi response optimization in addition to other typical lean tools in order to arrive at optimum performance at the end of each project through an established optimization *** framework is used in a real case study performed at an aluminum extrusion *** manufacturing helps organizations to operate with smaller number of *** standardizes all processes so that most of the jobs can be done by most of the workers,but this is not enough to create a healthy,sanitized work *** framework utilizes the strengths of lean tools and adds pandemic readiness factor to them to ensure improvement in performance and health pandemic *** of the framework in the case company resulted in 50%reduction in labor,$730000 in expected annual cost savings,reduction in inventory levels,improved employee morale and the achievement of pandemic ready status.

本研究旨在评估脑电图(EEG)引导麻醉是否会降低心脏手术后谵妄的发生率。研究对象为60岁或以上接受心脏手术的成年患者。将患者分为对照组与试验组,对照组在没有脑电图监测的情况下进行全身麻醉接受心脏手术;试验组在有脑电图监测的情况下进行全身麻醉接受心脏手术,并减少挥发性麻醉剂给药,以尽量减少脑电图抑制。

With the hope of overcoming the generation of hazardous materials to human health and environment, serious and great endeavor have been made in catalyst fabrication using green chemistry technology. In this paper, the manganese （III） acetylacetonate nanoparticles with diameters of about 146 nm were prepared by a simple and environmentally benign route based on hydrolysis of KmnO4 followed by reaction with acetylacetone in rapid stirring rate or ultrasonication. The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence （EDIX）, Fourier transfer infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope. Various parameters were investigated, and the pure and stable crystals of manganese （III） acetylacetonate could be obtained in 98% conversion at a molar ratio 7：1 of acetylacetone to KmnO4 and 75℃after 60 min. We further proposed a mathematical model, and the predicted results from model were in good agreement with experimental results.

Fractional stochastic kinetics equations have proven to be valuable tools for the point reactor kinetics model, where the nuclear reactions are not fully described by deterministic relations. A fractional stochastic model for the point kinetics system with multi-group of precursors,including the effect of temperature feedback, has been developed and analyzed. A major mathematical and inflexible scheme to the point kinetics model is obtained by merging the fractional and stochastic technique. A novel split-step method including mathematical tools of the Laplace transforms, mittage–Leffler function, eigenvalues of the coefficient matrix, and its corresponding eigenvectors have been used for the fractional stochastic matrix differential equation. The validity of the proposed technique has been demonstrated via calculations of the mean and standard deviation of neutrons and precursor populations for various reactivities: step, ramp, sinusoidal, and temperature reactivity feedback. The results of the proposed method agree well with the conventional one of the deterministic point kinetics equations.

The studied granitic bodies belong to the south Eastern Desert of *** extend in a NNW–SSE trend along the same strike of the Nugrus weakness zone by which they are structurally *** rocks are composed of biotite and biotite-muscovite monzogranites to ***,a higher abundance of Ba and Rb in biotite granites with a relatively low abundance in biotite-muscovite granites as well as the diversity of Th,U,Nb,Ta,Zr,and REE reflects their origin from different sources and geodynamic *** biotite granites are predominantly metaluminous to low peraluminous whereas the biotite-muscovite granites have a peraluminous *** enrichment at the expense of calcium in these rocks reflects a derivation from crustal sources by partial melting in the presence of a volatile *** investigation showed high abundances of U(up to 38 ppm)and Th(up to 26 ppm)in biotite-muscovite granites relative to biotite granites(up to 5 ppm U and 18 ppm Th).Radioactive anomalies furthermore have been recorded in parts of biotite-muscovite granites that were affected by the faults(up to 116 ppm eU and 97 ppm eTh).Consequently,biotite-muscovite granites form a potentially fertile source for uranium mineralization.

Software-defined networking(SDN)is a new paradigm that promises to change by breaking vertical integration,decoupling network control logic from the underlying routers and switches,promoting(logical)network control centralization,and introducing network ***,the controller is similarly vulnerable to a“single point of failure”,an attacker can execute a distributed denial of service(DDoS)attack that invalidates the controller and compromises the network security in *** address the problem of DDoS traffic detection in SDN,a novel detection approach based on information entropy and deep neural network(DNN)is *** approach contains a DNN-based DDoS traffic detection module and an information-based entropy initial inspection *** initial inspection module detects the suspicious network traffic by computing the information entropy value of the data packet’s source and destination Internet Protocol(IP)addresses,and then identifies it using the DDoS detection module based on *** assaults were found when suspected irregular traffic was *** reveal that the algorithm recognizes DDoS activity at a rate of more than 99%,with a much better accuracy *** false alarm rate(FAR)is much lower than that of the information entropy-based detection ***,the proposed framework can shorten the detection time and improve the resource utilization efficiency.

The present paper investigates the stream sediment geochemistry, behavior of gold and associated elements, delineates Au-anomalous sites and defines related sources in the Wadi Umm Rilan area. Fifty three major and trace elements were analyzed using ICP-mS and treated applying various statistical and mapping techniques. The results showed a significant difference of mean and median Au and most chemical elements in the three portions of the area, and higher values were recorded in the western portion. Furthermore, Au-anomalous sites appeared in upper and lower parts of the Wadi Umm Rilan, along the tributaries of metavolcanic unit and near granitoid contacts. This indicates the main source of Au mineralization is related to emplacement of granitoid plutons and accompanying hydrothermal solutions. There are significant indications for the presence of more than one mineralization event forming a probable single major episode of mineralization in the area, involving Au, Pb and U mineralizations. Geology, geomorphologic aspects and weathering processes could control stream sediment geochemistry, anomalies of Au and associated elements, elemental association and their dispersion patterns. Therefore, the area is fruitful and regarded as a promising target for Au exploration, using Ag, As, Sb, Cd, Cs, and TI as pathfinder elements.

The goal of the present work is to perform a geochemical assessment of High Dam Lake bottom sediments for determining the fate,dispersion and levels of trace elements causing environmental pollution,and provided an access to their probable *** sediment samples were analyzed using ICP-mS for 20 elements;Ag,Ba,Cr,Cu,Ga,Hf,mn,Pb,Rb,Sc,Sc,Sn,Sr,Ta Th Ti,T1,U,V and Zr,and their obtained data were treated using statistical,graphical and mapping *** results showed the data set of all analyzed elements affected by outliers and extreme values that caused deviation away from *** Wallis test revealed that median of some trace clement levels in Lake sediments,was not significantly different and other elements rejected the Null *** analyzed elements had high values of median and mean in sediments of Lake Nubia rather than Lake Nasser and their normalization gave the same results of calculated environment ***,Lake Nubia sediments possessed high combined EF levels of Th,Sc,Sn,Ag,Zr,Hf,Ta,Sr,U,Ti,V,Cr,and mn,causing significant contamination,which was great potentially related to industrial,agricultural,urbanization and mining ***,combined EF of Se,Cu,Ga,Pb,Ba,Rb,and Tl,which are highly elevated in southern Lake Nasser sediments owing to their source are great possibly derived from Lake Nubia and geogenic *** decreasing distance towards the High Dam body,the contaminant elements were diminished due to reduction in the environmental factors and Sudanese pollution sources leading to the northern Lake Nasser considered to be less ***,the present study is an environmental alert for contaminated sediments that carried contaminants and considered the secondary source of pollution impact on ecosystem,and subsequently,their environmental risk on Human health.
