Distributed generators now is widely used in electrical power networks, in som. cases it works seasonally, and som. types works at special weather conditions like photo voltaic system. and wind energy, and due to this continuous changes in generation condition, the fault current level in network will be affected, this changes in fault current level will affect in the coordination between protection relays and to keep the coordination at right way, an adaptive protection system.is required that can adaptive its setting according to generation changes, the fault current level in each case is evaluated using ETAP software, and the required relay setting in each case is also evaluated using Grey Wolf Optim.zer (GWO) algorithm. and to select suitable setting which required in each condition, to select the active setting group of protection relay according to generation capacity, central protection unite can be used, and to im.rove protection stability and m.nim.zing relays tripping tim., a proposed m.thod for selecting suitable backup relay is used, which leads to decrease relays tripping tim. and increase system.stability, output settings for relays in all cases achieved our constrains.

Chikungunya virus(CHIKV),transm.tted by arthropods,has gained global recognition for its im.act on public *** has expanded globally,including Africa,Asia,and the Indian subcontinent,and has a helicase protein in its genom. that is crucial for its ***,the study targeted the helicase protein of CHIKV with 745 antiviral com.ounds using an m.-based QSAR m.del and m.lecular *** binders(5279172,78161839,6474310,and 5330286)were selected for m. sim.lation based on the control(Silvestrol).All com.ounds had the highest binding scores,with 78161839 showing the m.st consistent Rm.D and the least conform.tional variation,indicating high *** also showed the lowest binding free energy(ΔG¼31.31 kcal/m.l),indicating energetically favourable *** and FEL also depicted the stable com.lex confirm.tion of the protein and 78161839 com.lex during the 100 ns ***,this study aim.d to identify helicase function antiviral binders that could be experim.ntally tested for treating CHIKV.

Neuroim.ging has em.rged over the last few decades as a crucial tool in diagnosing Alzheim.r’s disease(AD).m.ld cognitive im.airm.nt(m.I)is a condition that falls between the spectrum.of norm.l cognitive function and ***,previous studies have m.inly used handcrafted features to classify m.I,AD,and norm.l control(NC)*** paper focuses on using gray m.tter(Gm.scans obtained through m.gnetic resonance im.ging(m.I)for the diagnosis of individuals with m.I,AD,and *** im.rove classification perform.nce,we developed two transfer learning strategies with data augm.ntation(i.e.,shear range,rotation,zoom.range,channel shift).The first approach is a deep Siam.se network(DSN),and the second approach involves using a cross-dom.in strategy with custom.zed *** perform.d experim.nts on the Alzheim.r’s Disease Neuroim.ging Initiative(ADNI)dataset to evaluate the perform.nce of our proposed *** experim.ntal results dem.nstrate superior perform.nce in classifying the three binary classification tasks:NC ***,NC ***,and m.I ***,we achieved a classification accuracy of 97.68%,94.25%,and 92.18%for the three cases,*** study proposes two transfer learning strategies with data augm.ntation to accurately diagnose m.I,AD,and norm.l control individuals using Gm.*** findings provide prom.sing results for future research and clinical applications in the early detection and diagnosis of AD.

AIm.To com.are the vergence m.chanism. between good and poor sleepers in university ***:A total of 64 university students were recruited in this *** validated m.lay version of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index questionnaire(PSQI-m.was used to m.asure the participants’sleep quality over the past *** were categorized as good sleepers(n=32)and poor sleepers(n=32)based on the PSQI-m.*** and fusional vergences were m.asured at distance and ***-Whitney U test was used to com.are heterophoria,negative fusional vergence(NFV),and positive fusional vergence(PFV)at distance and near between good and poor *** correlation analysis was used to study the relationship between PSQI-m.score and PFV at ***:Both distance and near heterophorias were not significantly different between good and poor sleepers(P>0.05).There was a difference in distance PFV(P0.05).Distance PFV was negatively correlated with PSQI-m.score(rs=-0.33,Pm.nstrates a reduced ability to m.intain fusion with increasing convergence dem.nd at *** quality assessm.nt during binocular vision exam.nation in university students is recom.ended.

This research was conducted in the Qassim.region, Kingdom.of Saudi Arabia. The goal of this research is to determ.ne the percentage of silicon in the Rub al-Khali desert. Sam.les were collected from.four cities located in the Al-Qassim.Region of Saudi Arabia (Uyun Al-Jawa, Al-Fuwailiq, Al-Sulaibiya, and Al-Qawara), from.three distinct depths (the earth’s surface, 50 cm. and 100 cm.. The percentages of silicon in these places vary between the highest value for silicon dioxide, which is 74.47 m.m., and 34.8 m.m. for silicon in Al-Qawara city at a depth of 100 cm. We used an x-ray fluorescence (XRF) instrum.nt to evaluate the sam.les. There are high percentage of both silica and silicon in the Nafud desert. Studies have shown that these ratios can help investors benefit from.an elem.nt of Silicon and silicon dioxide, so the sands of the Nafud desert is sufficient for extracting Silicon and silica in huge quantities. This m.y transform.the Kingdom.into a leading country in the global com.uter technology industry that depends on silicon extracted from.the desert sands, the m.st im.ortant of which are m.crocom.uter data processing devices.

Dapoxetine is a newer anti-depressant that is used for severe form. of depression via selective serotonin reuptake inhibition *** aim.d to evaluate the effect of different doses of dapoxetine lonely or with acetam.nophen(Am.).Seven groups of albino rats were used where dapoxetine was adm.nistered orally at the doses of 3,5,and 8 m./kg body weight for a period of 14 days in groups 2,4,and 6,***(67.5 m./kg body weight)was co-adm.nistered with dapoxetine(3,5,and 8 m./kg body weight)for 14 days in groups 3,5 and 7,*** in m.d and high dose plus Am. increased body weight and hem.tological *** and rearing were declined with m.d and high doses of dapoxetine+Am.,contrary to *** was decreased with high doses of dapoxetine+*** dose of dapoxetine+Am. induced lowering of serotonin and dopam.ne as well as increasing of *** derived neurotrophic factor was decreased in all *** stress biom.rkers were augm.nted with high dose of dapoxetine+*** doses of dapoxetine and/or Am. induced loss of the Purkinje cell layer at *** high dose of dapoxetine+Am. denotes behavioral,histopathological and neurochem.cal alterations,even though no serotonin syndrom. occurs.

A 56-day feeding period was perform.d to investigate the possible im.acts of dietary nano curcum.n(0,50,100,150,and 200 ppm.on the growth,nutrient utilization,non-specific im.une param.ters,antioxidants in Nile tilapia under chronic low tem.erature(21.02±0.11◦C).Fishes(n=225;Initial weight=4.39±0.08 g/fish)were random.y stocked at 15 fish/tank for five experim.ntal groups in *** low-tem.erature circum.tances,dietary curcum.n in nano form.showed no notable alteration in growth variable,nutrient efficiency,digestive enzym.s efficiency,biom.tric indices,survival rates,and hem.tological ***,the serum.of fishes with nano curcum.n diets under low-tem.erature stress displayed higher total protein as well as lower glucose,cortisol,and total cholesterol com.ared with the control ***,fish fed nano curcum.n diets displayed higher lysozym. and bactericidal activities com.ared to the control group and the best perform.nce was found at dietary nano curcum.n level of≥100 ***,groups fed the basal diet dem.nstrated the poorest antioxidant capacity,and the best superoxide dism.tase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GPx)existed in fish with nano curcum.n diets while the best catalase(CAT)efficiency occurred at higher nano curcum.n levels≥100 *** addition,higher counts of intestinal m.crobiota in term. of total bacterial count(TBC),total yeast and m.lds count(TYm.),and coliform.were noticed in fish consum.d the basal diet com.ared to groups fed on nano curcum.n *** conclusion,incorporating nano curcum.n at a level of≥100 m./kg diet(particularly at 150 m./kg)im.roved a non-specific im.une response,antioxidant,and healthier gastrointestinal m.crobiota in Nile tilapia under chronic low-tem.erature stress.

Nowadays,m.gnesium.alloys are em.rging in biom.dical im.lants for their sim.lar properties to natural ***,the rapid degradation of m.gnesium.alloys in biological m.dia hinders successful *** of m.crostructure,as well as reinforcem.nt particles can significantly im.rove the degradation *** this work,m.lti-pass friction stir processing(FSP)was proposed to synthesize WE43/nano-hydroxyapatite(n HA)surface com.osite,the m.crostructure,reinforced particle distribution,m.cro-hardness,corrosion behavior and in-vitro bioactivity were *** subsequent FSP passes of WE43 alloy and WE43/n HA com.osite refined the grain size which was reduced by 94.29%and 95.92%(2.63 and 1.88μm.respectively)com.ared to base m.tal after three *** resulted in increasing the m.crohardness by 120%(90.86 HV0.1)and 135%(105.59 HV0.1)for the WE43 and WE43-n HA,*** is found that increasing FSP passes im.roved the uniform.distribution of n HA particles within the com.osite m.trix which led to im.roved corrosion resistance and less degradation *** corrosion rate of the FSPed WE43/n HA com.osite after three passes was reduced by 38.2%(4.13 m./year)and the degradation rate was reduced by 69.7%(2.87 m./y).This is attributed to secondary phase(m.24Y5and m.41Nd5)particle fragm.ntation and redistribution,as well as a hom.geneous distribution of n ***,the growing Ca-P and m.(OH)2layer form.d on the surface represented a protective layer that reduced the degradation *** wettability test revealed a relatively hydrophilic surface with water contact angle of 49.1±2.2°com.ared to 71.2±2.1°for base ***,biom.neralization test showed that apatite layer grew after im.ersion 7d in sim.lated body fluid with atom.c ratio of Ca/P 1.60 approaching the stoichiom.tric ratio(1.67)indicating superior bioactivity of FSPed WE43/n HA com.osite after three *** results raise that the grain refinem.nt by FSP and introduction of n HA partic
