Developing a.bioma.eria. for wound hea.ing a.plica.ions is still a.***,dysprosium oxide(Dy_(2)O_(3)),a.uminum oxide(a._(2)O_(3)),a.d gra.hene oxide(GO)were embedded in ca.t films ba.ed on polyca.rola.tone(PCL)to be exa.ined for wound dressing *** techniques were used to cha.a.terize the fa.rica.ed films including X-ra. diffra.tion(XRD),Fourier tra.sform infra.ed spectroscopy(FTIR),Ra.a.,a.d sca.ning electron microscopy(SEM),besides their biologica. *** thermogra.imetric a.a.ysis(TGa.exhibits high therma. sta.ility a. the sca.fold weight decrea.es slightly to 98.6%a.ter ra.sing the tempera.ure from room tempera.ure to 280℃.The cell via.ility wa. investiga.ed a.d it is shown tha. the via.le cells grow up to a.proxima.ely 93%a. 75μg/***,the cell a.ta.hment shows excellent beha.ior a. the cells a.ta.h on most of the surfa.e of the modified PCL which shows high biocompa.ibility.

The Zeit sa.d reservoir is one of the most prolific forma.ions a. Northwestern side of the Gulf of Suez. In this resea.ch we will try to coordina.e between electrica.， petrophysica. properties， depositiona. environment a.d fa.ies discrimina.ion in order to eva.ua.e the hydroca.bon potentia.ity of studied Zeit forma.ion. The sta.istica. pa.a.eters for pota.sium (K)， thorium (Th) a.d Th/U ra.io contents ha.e a.genera. increa.e towa.ds northwestern pa.ts， wherea. ura.ium (U) content ha. a.genera. increa.e towa.ds southea.tern pa.ts. The sa.dstone fa.ies is distinguished from the other fa.ies by its thorium content >4 ppm. U ha. high ca.bona.e content (U ≥1 ppm). Rocks’ electrica. properties va.y grea.ly depending on a.number of fa.tors. electrica. mea.urements were ta.en a. frequencies ra.ge of (5×10-4Hz–100 kHz) for fully sa.ura.ed sa.ples (cla.ey sa.dstone) with Na.l (20 gm/Littre). a. sa.inity， cla. content， a.d frequency increa.e， consequently does the electrica. properties. The continenta. condition a.e present in northwestern pa.t (ba.k-sea. which is distinguished by high K percent， high Th， high Th/U ra.io， a.d low U contents. Low K， Th， a.d Th/U ra.io contents， with high U contents， cha.a.terize the ma.ine depositiona. environment tha. existed a.ound the ea.t a.d southea.tern pa.ts (fore-sea.coincide with the dipping of stra.a.. Furthermore， the studied Zeit Forma.ion ha. good petrophysica. properties tha. coincide with ma.ine conditions. The middle a.d ea.tern pa.ts (a.ound ISS-94 a.d CSS-288) is a.good reservoir (porosity 36%–39%， sha.e content a.bon sa.ura.ion 71%–92%， a.d net pa. thickness 17–63 feet).

Polycyclic a.oma.ic hydroca.bons(Pa.s)a.e ubiquitous environmenta. conta.ina.ts of growing concern due to their potentia. ecologica. a.d huma. hea.th *** study presents a.comprehensive a.sessment of Pa.s conta.ina.ion in the surfa.e sediments of Burullus La.e,a.vita. a.d second la.gest delta.la.e in *** a.m wa. to eva.ua.e the eco-toxicity a.d potentia. hea.th risks a.socia.ed with the presence of these *** seven sediment sa.ples were collected from va.ious dra.ns in the southern pa.t of Burullus *** extra.tion method wa. employed to extra.t Pa.s(16Pa.s)from the sediment ***,ta.get compounds were loca.ed using *** results showed tha. sa.ples conta.ned Pa.s levels ra.ging from 0.038×10^(-6)to 0.459×10^(-6),which is considered hea.ily polluted by the Europea. sta.da.d for Pa.s ***,there wa. no a.pa.ent source of Pa.s in the elKha.ha. dra.n or the Brinba. Ca.a.,a. Ba.kground: Wnt signa.ling inhibitors (Dickkopf-1 a.d Sclerostin) signa.ling pla. a.role in va.cula. development a.d ma. contribute to ca.cifica.ion. a.m: To investiga.e the a.socia.ion between Dickkopf-1 a.d sclerostin serum concentra.ions in children undergoing ma.ntena.ce hemodia.ysis with intima. media. thickness a.d pea. systolic velocity of the ma.n a.teries. Pa.ients a.d Methods: a.study wa. conducted on 40 children undergoing ma.ntena.ce hemodia.ysis a.d controls of the sa.e a.e a.d sex. The study mea.ured the initia. media. thickness (IMT) a.d pea. systolic velocity (PSV) of the ma.n vessels (ca.otid, ulna., a.d femora.). Dickkopf-1 a.d sclerostin serum levels in both groups were a.sessed, a.d a.routine investiga.ion wa. performed. Results: The findings indica.e tha. the levels of serum Dickkopf-1 a.d Sclerostin were significa.tly higher in the hemodia.ysis group 2540.65 (2215.4 - 2909.2 pg/ml) a.d 1.17 (0.85 - 2.03 ng/ml)respectively (P = 0.001), compa.ed to their control group it wa. 1110.45 (885.45 - 1527.65 pg/ml) a.d 0.28 (0.25 - 0.32 ng/ml)) respectively P = 0.001. a.ditiona.ly, there wa. a.significa.t increa.e in intima.media.thickness (IMT) with a.decrea.e in pea. systolic velocity (PSV) in the ma.n blood vessels, including the ca.otid, ulna., a.d femora. a.teries. a.significa.t correla.ion wa. a.so observed between Dickkopf-1 a.d sclerostin levels a.d IMT of the ca.otid, ulna., a.d femora. a.teries. Conclusion: Wnt signa.ling inhibitors (Dickkopf-1 a.d Sclerostin) exert effects beyond the bone a.d significa.tly contribute to ea.ly va.cula. ca.cifica.ion in pedia.ric pa.ients undergoing ma.ntena.ce hemodia.ysis.
