In Egypt,Sofosbuvir(SOF)in combina.ion with Da.a.la.vir(DCV)is the broa.ly used Da.s with excellent thera.eutic *** study is designed to explore the rela.ion between IL28B/TLR4 genetic va.ia.ts a.d ea.h of the followings;HCC development post SOF/DCV trea.ment,progression to HCC in na.¨ve pa.ients a.d SOF/DCV thera.y outcome.a.tota. of 493 blood sa.ples were collected(controls(n = 70);HCV pa.ients trea.ed with SOF/DCV(n = 252)of whom 65 pa.ients developed HCC,187 pa.ients didn’t develop HCC(125 responders,62 rela.sers);na.¨ve HCV pa.ients(n = 171)ha. ea.ly(n = 48),la.e liver fibrosis(n = 21)a.d HCC(n = 102)).Both SNPs were genotyped using a.Ta.Ma. 50 a.lelic discrimina.ion *** IL28B rs12979860 SNP,the C a.lele wa. significa.tly correla.ing with the response ra.e more tha. T a.lele(OR 1.9,95%CI 1.29e2.9,p=0.004),while a. TLR4 rs4986791 SNP,no a.socia.ion wa. found(OR 6.5,95%0.57e75.28,p = 0.09).Both SNPs couldn’t detect the proba.ility for HCC emergence a.ter *** na.¨ve pa.ients,the protective a.leles were detected in their lowest frequency in HCC pa.ients(p = 0.1,for rs12979860 a.d,p = 0.001 for rs4986791).SOF/DCV combina.ion improved SVR ra.es in HCV genotype 4a.infected pa.ients rega.dless of IL28B genotype,with the best ra.es in those la.king the T a.lele.

In this pa.er two proposed methods of input impeda.ce ca.cula.ion for Bow-Tie a.tenna.a.e introduced. The proposed design curves a.e used to design a.Bow-Tie type RFID ta. a.tenna. Ba.kground a.d a.ms:Non-Hodgkin lymphoma.(NHL) of the liver is a.ra.e lymphoid ma.igna.cy,a.counting for less tha. 1% of extra.oda. ***:I conducted a. a.a.ysis of the U.S Surveilla.ce,Epidemiology,a.d End Results (SEER) da.a.a.e to eva.ua.e the histologica. subtypes a.d the surviva. outcomes of 785 ca.es with hepa.ic NHL between 1973 a.d ***:There were 785 of 312 459 ca.es with NHL ha. a.first prima.y hepa.ic NHL (0.25%).Of the tota. 785 ca.es,the media. a.e a. dia.nosis wa. 61 yea.s (ra.ge 3-95 yea.s) a.d ma.e-fema.e ra.io of 1.7∶*** most common subtype wa. diffuse la.ge B cell lymphoma.(63.2%).In a.l pa.ients,the media. overa.l surviva. (OS) wa. 33 months (95%CI,22-48 months).The 5-yea. OS ra.e for indolent B-cell NHLs wa. 62%,compa.ed with 44% for a. a.gressive B-cell NHLs a.d 42% for T-cell *** media. This study wa. conducted to eva.ua.e the ef fect of repla.ing soybea. mea.(SBM) by low protein ?oc mea.(LPFM; 24% CP) in tila.ia.diets on growth performa.ce, feed utiliza.ion a.d ?sh chemica. composition. Three isonitrogenous a.d isoca.oric diets were formula.ed; control diet(C; without LPFM),FM 25(25% of SBM protein wa. substituted by LPFM) a.d FM 50(50% of SBM protein wa. substituted by LPFM). Nine 55 l circula. pla.tic ta.ks were stocked by 12 ?sh to form three experimenta. *** dif ferences in tila.ia.performa.ce were observed between the control a.d the FM 25 diet. Chemica. composition of ?sh did not dif fer signi?ca.tly a.ong trea.ments except for protein a.d selenium contents where the highest va.ues were recorded in the control trea.ment. The highest minera. content wa. recorded in ?oc collected from the control ta.ks, while ca.cium content showed its highest va.ue in ?oc collected from FM 50 e ? uent. These da.a.indica.e tha. repla.ing soybea. mea. with LPFM up to 25%, ha. no nega.ive ef fect on growth performa.ce a.d potentia.ly ma. improve the system susta.na.ility. Mea.while, the a.verse ef fect of more inclusion of LPFM in tila.ia.diet ma. be a.tributed to the higher content of a.h. In other word,minera.s seem to ca.se more energy utiliza.ion in ?sh fed ?oc mea. since it is needed to ma.nta.n osmotic homeosta.is.
