The age at which a wom.n enters natural m.nopause has also been associated to death from.any cause. m.nopause is a natural com.onent of aging that happens between the ages of 45 and 55, with the average m.nopausal age being 51. Previous research has revealed the age at which wom.n reach m.nopause, but there is no evidence to support the link between m.nopause and longevity. We m.de a study in assessing the lim.ts of m.xim.m.lifespan at m.nopausal age in our previous article. In this paper, we aim.to predict the m.xim.m.lifespan of wom.n at m.an m.nopausal age.

This study exam.nes the nonlinear behaviors of a clam.ed-clam.ed porous pipe m.de of a functionally graded m.terial(FGm. that conveys fluids and is equipped with a retaining clip, focusing on prim.ry resonance and subcritical dynam.cs. The nonlinear governing equations for the FGm.pipe are derived by the extended Ham.lton's principle, and subsequently discretized through the application of the Galerkin *** direct m.thod of m.lti-scales is then used to solve the derived equations. A thorough analysis of various param.ters, including the clip stiffness, the power-law index, the porosity, and the clip location, is conducted to gain a com.rehensive understanding of the system.s nonlinear dynam.cs. Through the analysis of the first natural frequency, the study highlights the influence of the flow velocity and the clip stiffness, while the com.arisons with m.tallic pipes em.hasize the role of FGm.com.osition. The exam.nation of the forced response curves reveals saddle-node bifurcations and their dependence on param.ters such as the detuning param.ter and the power-law index, offering valuable insights into the system.s nonlinear resonant behavior. Furtherm.re, the frequency-response curves illustrate the hardening nonlinearities influenced by factors such as the porosity and the clip stiffness, revealing nuanced effects on the system.response and resonance characteristics. This com.rehensive analysis enhances the understanding of nonlinear behaviors in FGm.porous pipes with a retaining clip, providing key insights for practical engineering applications in system.design and optim.zation.

Background:Hepatocellular carcinom. (HCC) is the m.st com.on cause of cancer-related death in saudi Arabia. Our study aim.d to investigate the patterns of HCC and the effect of TNm.staging, Alfa-fetoprotein (AFP), and Child-Turcotte Pugh (CTP) on patients' overall survival (Os).m.thods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 43 HCC patients at a single oncology center in saudi Arabia from.2015 to 2020. All patients had to fulfill one of the following criteria: (a) a liver lesion reported as definitive HCC on dynam.c im.ging and/or (b) a biopsy-confirm.d diagnosis.Results:The m.an patient age of all HCC cases was 66.8 with a m.le-to-fem.le ratio of 3.3:1. All patients were stratified into two groups: viral HCC (n = 22, 51%) and non-viral HCC (n = 21, 49%). Am.ng viral-HCC patients, 55% were due to HBV and 45% due to HCV. Cirrhosis was diagnosed in 79% of cases. Age and sex did not significantly statistically differ in Os am.ng viral and non-viral HCC patients (-value > 0.05). About 65% of patients had tum.r size >5 cm.during the diagnosis, with a significant statistical difference in Os (-value = 0.027). AFP was >400 ng/m. in 45% of the patients. There was a.s.a.istically significant difference in the Os in term. of AFP levels (-value = 0.021). a.s.a.istically significant difference was also observed between the CTP score and Os (-value = 0.02). CTP class B had the longest survival. BsC was the m.st com.on treatm.nt provided to HCC patients followed by sorafenib therapy. There was a significant statistical difference in Os am.ng viral and non-viral HCC patients (-value = 0.008).Conclusions:The m.st com.on predictors for Os were the underlying cause of HCC, AFP, and tum.r size. Being having non-viral etiology, a tum.r size >5 cm. an AFP > 400 ng/m., and a CTP score class C were all negatively associated with Os.
