泡沫除尘技术在隧道施工中的应用研究

本文介绍了隧道施工过程中粉尘的来源,并探究了采用泡沫对钻爆法施工过程中钻孔、爆破、出渣运输和喷射混凝土等产生大量高浓度粉尘以及其他污染物,及各种重型机械尾气产生的碳颗粒进行除尘的可行性。文章从隧道内粉尘的来源着手,大体可以将其来源主要有钻孔产尘、爆破过程中产生的粉尘、装渣和运输过程、喷混凝土过程中产生的粉尘。并且分析了泡沫的除尘机理。利用泡沫的截留效应、惯性碰撞、扩散效应、黏附效应可以针对隧道内的粉尘颗粒进行有效捕捉。根据李龙等人的研究可以看出泡沫除尘对人体基本无害,泡沫除尘对环境的影响也可以忽略不计,周长根等人通过试验发现,对于易燃易爆类粉尘,采用泡沫除尘既可以保证安全性又具有良好的除尘效果,故采用泡沫除尘的优势性很大。

国内处治废弃工程泥浆的方法普遍效率较低、设备投入以及能耗较大,有必要寻求更高效、更经济的方法。通过利用阳离子瓜尔胶和硼砂形成的水凝胶网络结构对废弃工程泥浆进行处治。针对三江新区基础设施建设项目中存在的两种不同的废弃工程泥浆进行了水凝胶软固化试验。试验结果表明使用瓜尔胶—硼砂体系构建水凝胶能充分固化废弃工程泥浆,其固结物在环境作用下不溶解、不分散,有一定的环境耐受性。采用不同配比的水凝胶进行固化时,固结物的性状呈现出不同,针对同一性质的废弃工程泥浆有最佳的配比达到经济性最优化。

Background:Newborn screening is a precondition for early diagnosis and successful trea.ment of remethylation disorders and classical homocystinuria (cystathionine-β-synthase deficiency).Newborn screening for classical homocystinuria using total homocysteine measurement in dried blood spots has been very successfully performed for many years for newborns from ***:A new optimized newborn screening strategy for remethylation disorders and homocystinuria was developed and evaluated for newborns from Qatar using total homocysteine measurement as first-tier and methionine,methionine-phenylalanine-ratio and propionylcarnitine as *** cnt-offs were also retrospectively evaluated in newborn screening samples of 12 patients with remethylation disorders and vitamin B12 deficiency from Qatar and ***:Over a 12 months period,the proposed strategy led to a decrease in the recall rate in homocysteine screening for Qatar from 1.09% to 0.68%,while allowing for additional systematic inclusion of remethylation disorders and vitamin B12 deficiency into the screening panel for *** the evaluated period the applied strategy would have detected all patients with classical homocystinuria identified by the previous strategy and in addition 5 children with maternal nutritional vitamin B12 deficiency and one patient with an isolated remethylation *** retrospective evaluation of newborn screening samples of 12 patients from Germany and Qatar with remethlyation disorders or vitamin B12 deficiency showed that all of these patients would have been detected by the cutoffs used in the proposed new *** addition,an adapted strategy for Germany using methionine,methionine-phenylalanine-ratio and propionylcarnitine as first-tier,and homocysteine as a second-tier test was also positively evaluated ***:The proposed strategy for samples from Qatar allows inclusion of remethylation disorders and vitamin B12 deficiency

目的:探讨IL-6抑制剂对种植体周围炎小鼠模型的疗效及其作用机制。方法:选取4周龄雄性小鼠(C57BL/6j)15只,实验总共分为三组(每组5只):对照组(植入种植体,但未进行结扎诱导)、模型组(结扎诱导,构建种植体周围炎小鼠模型)和抑制剂组(结扎诱导+腹腔注射IL-6抑制剂)。使用微计算机断层扫描(Micro-CT)检测种植体周围骨丢失,苏木精和伊红(HE)染色检测种植体周围牙龈组织的炎症浸润,使用RT-qPCR检测牙龈组织中白介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)mRNA相对表达量,使用Western blot法检测牙龈组织中NF-κB通路相关蛋白p-P65和p-IκBα蛋白表达水平。结果:Micro-CT结果显示IL-6抑制剂可减少种植体周围炎的骨丧失。HE结果显示IL-6抑制剂处理后,小鼠炎症浸润显著减少。RT-qPCR和Western blot结果显示,IL-6抑制剂可显著降低牙龈组织中IL-6、TNF-αmRNA相对表达量以及p-P65和p-IκBα的蛋白表达水平。结论:IL-6抑制剂可抑制种植体周围炎的骨丧失和炎症浸润,这些治疗效果可能与抑制TNF-α的表达和NF-κB信号通路有关。

This work reports a comprehensive study on poly(Ethylmethacrylateco-Acrylonitrile)Poly(EMA-AN)nanocomposites reinforced with a hybrid mixture of nanoreiforcements based on nanocrystals of cellulose(NCC)(1 or 5%wt)and halloysite nanotubes(HNTs)(1 or 5%wt).The morphology,thermal and mechanical properties of these nanocomposites were *** dispersion of the nanofillers has been shown by scanning electron microscopy.A significant increase of the rubbery modulus and glass transition temperature were obtained upon filler addition,due to the reduction of mobility of the matrix macromolecular *** the other hand,compared with the neat Poly(EMAAN),the storage modulus of the nanocomposites increased by a factor 38 when adding 5 wt%NCC and by 17 for the same concentration of *** properties of ternary nanocomposites were furthers increased resulting from a synergistic effect of these two nanofillers.

Medical management of erectile dysfunction in aging males： is it too late to treat？

Erectile dysfunction （ED） is a common disorder among aging males. However, most aging males refuse to seek medical help and believe that ED is an irreversible event in the aging process. The purpose of this study was to describe the current medical management of ED in aging males and to examine whether it is too late to treat this disorder in these elderly men. From 2007 to 2008, 4507 patients diagnosed with ED were gathered from 46 centers in China; 4241 completed the study, 3837 of whom were treated with sildenafil. The 3837 patients were divided into five groups based on age （group A： 20-30 years; group B： 31-40 years; group C： 41-50 years; group D： 51-60 years; and group E：〉60 years）. After comparing pre- and posttrea.ment International Index of Erectile Function-Erectile Function domain （IIEF-EF） questionnaires, Erection Hardness Scale （EHS）, and IIEF Q13 （＂How satisfied have you been with your overall sex life？＂）, we discovered that the aging males had worse erectile function, erection hardness, and sexual satisfaction than the younger males （P〈 0.001）. After trea.ment, the improvement rates in the IIEF-EF, EHS, and IIEF Q13 scores were 107.0%, 83.1%, and 116.5%, respectively. The magnitude of these changes demonstrated significant differences among groups （P 〈 0.001）. Accordingly, aging males are likely to benefit more from medical trea.ment. We propose that aging males should be informed that age is not a limiting factor for medical ED management, and it is never too late to treat.

In this paper,we consider the unique solvability of the inverse problem of determining the right-hand side of a parabolic equation whose leading coefficient depends on time variable under nonlocal integral overdetermination *** obtain sufficient conditions for the unique solvability of the inverse *** existence and uniqueness of the solution of the inverse parabolic problem upon the data are established using the fixed point *** inverse problem appears extensively in the modelling of various phenomena in engineering and *** example,seismology,medicine,fusion welding,continuous casting,metallurgy,aircraft,oil and gas production during drilling and operation of *** addition,the numerical solution of the inverse problem is studied by using the Crank-Nicolson finite difference method together with the Tikhonov regularization to find a stable and accurate approximate solution of finite *** resulting nonlinear system of parabolic equation is solved computationally using the MATLAB subroutine *** analytical and numerically simulated noisy input data are *** root mean square error values for various noise levels for both continuous and discontinuous time-dependent heat source term are *** results presented for two examples show the efficiency of the computational method and the accuracy and stability of the numerical solution even in the presence of noise in the input ***,the choice of the regularization parameter is also discussed based on the trial and error technique.
