A Proposed Feature Selection Particle Swarm Optimization Adaptation for Intelligent Logistics--A Supply Chain Backlog elimination Framework

The diversity of data sources resulted in seeking effective manipulation and *** challenge that arises from the increasing dimensionality has a negative effect on the computation performance,efficiency,and stability of *** of the most successful optimization algorithms is Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)which has proved its effectiveness in exploring the highest influencing features in the search space based on its fast convergence and the ability to utilize a small set of parameters in the search *** research proposes an effective enhancement of PSO that tackles the challenge of randomness search which directly enhances PSO *** the other hand,this research proposes a generic intelligent framework for early prediction of orders delay and eliminate orders backlogs which could be considered as an efficient potential solution for raising the supply chain *** proposed adapted algorithm has been applied to a supply chain dataset which minimized the features set from twenty-one features to ten significant *** confirm the proposed algorithm results,the updated data has been examined by eight of the well-known classification algorithms which reached a minimum accuracy percentage equal to 94.3%for random forest and a.ma.imum of 99.0 for Naïve ***,the proposed algorithm adaptation has been compared with other proposed adaptations of PSO from the literature over different *** proposed PSO adaptation reached a higher accuracy compared with the literature ranging from 97.8 to 99.36 which also proved the advancement of the current research.

Unveiling the Optimal Interfacial Synergy of Pla.ma.Modulated Trimetallic Mn-Ni-Co Phosphides:Tailoring Deposition Ratio for Complementary Water Splitting

Designing highly active,durable,and nonprecious metal-based bifunctional electrocatalysts for overall water electrolysis is of urgent scientific importance to realize the sustainable hydrogen production,which remains a grand ***,an innovative approach is demonstrated to synthesize flower-like 3D homogenous trimetallic Mn,Ni,Co phosphide catalysts directly on nickel foam via electrodeposition followed by pla.ma.*** electrochemical activity of the catalysts with varying Mn:Ni:Co ratios is assessed to identify the optimal composition,demonstrating that the equimolar trimetallic phosphide yields an outstanding HeR catalytic performance with a current density of 10 ma cm^(-2) at an ultra-low overpotential of~14 mV,outperforming the best reported *** is asserted by the DFT calculations,revealing strong interaction of the metals and the P atom,resulting in enhanced water activation and optimized G_(H)^(*)values for the HeR ***,this optimal composition appreciably catalyzes the OeR by exposing more intrinsic active species in-situ formed on the catalyst surface during the ***,the Mn_(1)-Ni_(1)-Co_(1)-P-(O)/NF catalyst exhibits a decreased overpotential of~289 mV at 10 ma cm^(-2).More importantly,the electrocatalyst sustains perfect durability up to 48 h at a current density of 10 ma cm^(-2) and continued 5000 cycling stability for both HeR and ***,the assembled MNC-P/NF||MNC-P/NF full water electrolyzer system attains an extremely low cell voltage of 1.48 V at 10 ma cm^(-2).Significantly,the robust stability of the overall system results in a remarkable current retention of~96%after a continuous 50-h ***,this study provides a facile design and a scalable construction of superb bifunctional ternary MNC-phosphide electrocatalysts for efficient electrochemical energy production systems.

According to the advances in users’service requirements,physical hardware accessibility,and speed of resource delivery,Cloud Computing(CC)is an essential technology to be used in many ***,the Internet of Things(IoT)is employed for more communication flexibility and richness that are required to obtain fruitful services.A multi-agent system might be a proper solution to control the load balancing of interaction and communication among *** paper proposes a multi-agent load balancing framework that consists of two phases to optimize the workload among different servers with large-scale CC power with various utilities and a significant number of IoT devices with low *** agents are integrated based on relevant features of behavioral interaction using classification techniques to balance the *** balancing algorithm is developed to serve users’requests to improve the solution of workload problems with an efficient *** activity task from IoT devices has been classified by feature selection methods in the preparatory phase to optimize the scalability ***,the server’s availability is checked and the classified task is assigned to its suitable server in the main phase to enhance the cloud environment ***-agent load balancing framework is succeeded to cope with the importance of using large-scale requirements of CC and(low resources and large number)of IoT.

Vector meson's spin alignments in high energy reactions

The global spin alignment of vector mesons has been observed by the STAR collaboration at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider （RHIC） at Brookhaven National Laboratory （BNL）.It provides a unique opportunity to probe the correlation between the polarized quark and antiquark in the strongly coupled quark-gluon pla.ma.（sQGP） produced in relativistic heavy ion collisions,opening a new window to explore the properties of s *** addition,spin alignments of vector mesons have also been observed in other high-energy particle collisions such as e+e-annihilations at high energies where hadron production is dominated by quark fragmentation *** results obtained are quite different from those obtained in heavy ion collisions where quark coalescence/combination mechanism dominates suggesting strong dependence on hadronization *** comprehensive studies in different hadronization processes are *** this article,we present a brief review of theoretical and experimental advances in the study of vector meson’s spin alignments in a variety of high-energy particle collisions,with emphasis on hadronization mechanisms.

Carnosine and crocin ameliorate oxidative stress in rats with rhabdomyolysis-induced acute kidney injury through upregulating HO-1 gene expression

We aimed to investigate whether carnosine(a natural dipeptide found in humans)and crocin(a natural product extracted from saffron and gardenia)can prevent the harmful effects of acute kidney injury(AKI)caused by glycerol-induced rhabdomyolysis with a focus on the role of the nuclear factor e2-related factor-2/heme oxygenase-1(Nrf2/HO-1)signaling ***-six male Wistar rats were divided into 6 groups:3 of them received saline,carnosine,and crocin IP for 7 days and the other 3 groups received the same treatment in addition to a single IM injection of 50%glycerol(10 ml/kg,divided between the two limb muscles)on 8th *** animals were sacrificed after 24 h of the IM *** samples,muscles,and kidneys were collected for further *** was evidenced by the histopathological alterations in muscle sections and increased levels of myoglobin in kidney tissue homogenate *** injury was characterized by increased creatinine,kidney injury molecule-1,malondialdehyde,nitric oxide,and decreased catalase *** injury also increased infla.ma.ory markers and histopathological alterations in kidney *** these effects were corrected by pretreatment with carnosine and *** agents could also elevate HO-1 gene ***,both agents failed to restore the declined Nrf2 expression in glycerol-treated *** and crocin can effectively prevent rhabdomyolysis-induced AKI in rats through augmenting gene expression of HO-1 and antioxidant system and suppressing the generation of reactive oxygen species,lipid peroxidation,and infla.ma.ory response.

A comparative analysis of optimization and generalization properties of two-layer neural network and random feature models under gradient descent dynamics

A fairly comprehensive analysis is presented for the gradient descent dynamics for training two-layer neural network models in the situation when the parameters in both layers are *** initialization schemes as well as general regimes for the network width and training data size are *** the overparametrized regime,it is shown that gradient descent dynamics can achieve zero training loss exponentially fast regardless of the quality of the *** addition,it is proved that throughout the training process the functions represented by the neural network model are uniformly close to those of a kernel *** general values of the network width and training data size,sharp estimates of the generalization error are established for target functions in the appropriate reproducing kernel Hilbert space.

Design and comparison of minimal symmetric model-subset for maneuvering target tracking

Model-set is utilized in state estimation for maneuver- ing target tracking. Two minimal symmetric model-subsets are designed and investigated by moment matching method, which include hypersphere-symmetric model-subset and axis-symmetric model-subset, if system mode is a random variable and obeys certain probability distribution. They can be used as the fun- damental model-subset for multiple models estimation with fixed structure, variable structure and moving bank. The model-groups constructed by above designed subsets are given, which give the practical guidance for use of model-set in multiple models ap- proach with a variable structure. Simulation results show that the performances of two minimal model-set significantly outperform the corresponding model-sets with fixed spacing.

Understanding the effect of intermolecular interaction on the growth dynamic of active layers is critical for advancing organic solar cells(OSCs). However, the diverse structure of donors and acceptors makes the research challenging. Additives with customizable structures and properties could simplify this complexity. Herein, we meticulously tailor two additives of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene(eDOT) and 2,5-dibromo-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene(DBeDOT), possessing distinct intermolecular interaction features to elaborate the inherent relationship. It is found that varied interaction strengths can alter film formation processes. The enhanced intermolecular interaction between the DBeDOT and non-fullerene acceptor BTP-e C9-4F results in pre-aggregation and longer crystallization duration of BTP-e C9-4F, facilitating the formation of films with compact molecular packing and decent phase separation. Thus, exciton dissociation and charge transport become more efficient. Finally, devices processed with DBeDOT exhibit a remarkable power conversion efficiency of 19.35% in small-area OSCs and 14.11% in bladecoated 5 cm × 5 cm organic solar mini-modules. especially, OSCs can maintain 80% of their initial efficiency after continuous annealing at 85 °C for over 2,100 h.
