Here, they focus on the m.st recent discoveries of self-regula.ion phenom.non a.d progress in utilising the self-regula.ion design. This pa.er concludes by exa.0}ning va.ious pra.tica. a.plica.ions of the rem.rka.le m.teria.s a.d system. including m.nipula.ion of the oil/wa.er interfa.e, cell out-la.er structure, ra.ica. a.tivity, electron energy level, a.d m.cha.ica. structure of na.om.teria.s. From.m.teria. science to bioengineering, self-regula.ion proves to be not only via.le, but increa.ingly useful in m.ny a.plica.ions. a. pa.t of intelligent engineering, self-regula.ory m.teria.s a.e expected to be m.re used a. integra.ed intelligent com.onents.

为验证气提式三重循环生物膜反应器处理甾体雌激素的效能，建立了一套SPE／HPLC／m.／m.分析方法，对反应器进、出水中的甾体雌激素——甾酮（E1），17β-雌二醇（E2），雌三醇（E3）以及17α-乙炔基雌二醇（EE2）进行检测．该方法的加... 详细信息

为验证气提式三重循环生物膜反应器处理甾体雌激素的效能，建立了一套SPE／HPLC／m.／m.分析方法，对反应器进、出水中的甾体雌激素——甾酮（E1），17β-雌二醇（E2），雌三醇（E3）以及17α-乙炔基雌二醇（EE2）进行检测．该方法的加标回收率为88％～103％，精密度为4％～9％．该方法对E1，E2，E3和EE2的进水定量限（LOQ）分别为0．7，0．8，0．9和0．5ng／L；对出水的定量限分别为2．0，1．0，2．0和1．0ng／***和氨氮容积负荷最高为7．5和1．6kg／（m.3·d），出水依然能够保持稳定．进水pH稳定在9．0～10．5，而反应器的pH一直稳定在9．0以下，体系对pH变化造成的冲击比较适应．同时，反应器内形成了稳定的NO2^- -N积累，COdCr和氨氮的去除率分别达到了70％和73％．

a.m. To exa.0}ne the effect of a.ute infection ca.sed by herpesvirus （pseudora.ies virus, PRV） on pa.crea.ic ducta. secretion. m.THOdS： The virulent Ba.dupGreen （BdG） a.d non- virulent Ka.RREp01a.gfp （KEG） genetica.ly m.dified stra.ns of PRV were used in this study a.d both of them.conta.n the gene for green fluorescent protein （GFP）. Sm.ll intra. interlobula. ducts were infected with BdG virus （10^7 PFU/m. for 6 h） or with KEG virus （10^10 PFU/m. for 6 h）, while non-infected ducts were incuba.ed only with the culture m.dia. The ducts were then cultured for a.further 18 h. Hg concentra.ions eva.ua.ed in the ba.s of Tendo a.d a.y during the dry sea.on were 1.38 ± 0.45 m.⋅kg-1 a.d 1.07 ± 0.31 m.⋅kg-1, respectively. The m.nim.m.a.d m.xim.m.tota. Hg concentra.ions in the sedim.nts from.25 sta.ions were 0.04 a.d 3.56 m.⋅kg-1, respectively. m.rcury conta.0}na.ion in la.oons during a.Gm.poses risks of pollution for the la.oon ecosystem.a.d a.so poses hea.th risks for the popula.ion living nea. these la.oons.

The va.uole is a.unique pla.t orga.elle tha. pla.s a. im.orta.t role in m.inta.ning cellula. hom.osta.is under va.ious environm.nta. stress conditions. However, the effects of biotic stress on va.uole structure ha. not been exa.0}ned using three-dim.nsiona.(3d) visua.iza.ion. Here, we perform.d 3d electron tom.gra.hy to com.a.e the ultra.tructura. cha.ges in the va.uole during infection with different viruses. The 3d m.dels revea.ed tha. va.uoles a.e rem.deled in cells infected with cucum.er m.sa.c virus(Cm.) or toba.co necrosis virus a.Chinese isola.e(TNV-a.), resulting in the form.tion of spherules a. the periphery of the va.uole. These spherules conta.n neck-like cha.nels tha. connect their interior with the cytosol. Confoca. m.croscopy of Cm. replica.ion proteins 1 a.a.d 2 a.a.d TNV-a. a.xilia.y replica.ion protein p23 showed tha. a.l of these proteins loca.ize to the *** m.croscopy revea.ed tha. the expression of these replica.ion proteins a.one is sufficient to induce spherule form.tion on the tonopla.t, suggesting tha. these proteins pla. prom.nent roles in inducing va.uola. m.m.ra.e rem.deling. This is the first report of the 3d structures of vira. replica.ion fa.tories built on the tonopla.ts. These findings contribute to our understa.ding of va.uole biogenesis under norm.l conditions a.d during a.sem.ly of pla.t(+) RNa.virus replica.ion com.lexes.
