Plant polyphenols have recently gained attention in nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industries due to their various therapeutic ***,the polyphenols are prone to oxidation,unstable towards heat,light,pH and their unpleasant taste also limits their *** usage of encapsulated polyphenols can alleviate these drawbacks and hence,efficient encapsulation methods have been *** present study focused on the synthesis of microspheres of Piper betle polyphenols by extrusion method using alginate and assesses the impact of alginate encapsulation on stability,bioavailability and therapeutic *** of Piper betle were studied for their stability,yield,size,characterized by using SEM for surface morphology and FTIR and evaluated for their bioavailability using in vitro simulated gastrointestinal digestion and therapeutic properties for a period of 24 *** results showed that encapsulation was successful using extrusion technique and the stability was improved as it protected the polyphenols and antioxidant from degradation for a period of 24 *** addition,bioavailability was also increased in small intestine and the antioxidant and antidiabetic properties were better retained after ***,this study showed that encapsulation of polyphenols of Piper betle leaves with alginate improved stability and can be a promising technique for food supplementation/nutraceutical with natural antioxidants.

Regeneration status of tree species along elevation gradient in temperate hill forest was not understood *** research examined the tree diversity and its regeneration patterns along an elevation gradient in temperate hill forest,central *** were collected from 300 sample plots within vertical elevation bands of 10,ranging from 1365 to 2450 m asl.A random sampling method was used for data collection in three seasons,winter,pre-monsoon and post monsoon *** at breast height(DBH)was used to broadly categorize the plant individual into trees,saplings and *** tree species richness ranged from 12 to 25 with density of 350 to 1200 individuals per *** richness of tree and sapling showed statistically significant unimodal pattern,which peaked at *** showed a strong and positive linear correlation with the seedling density(Deviance=0.99,pseedling(10.6%)≤mature(10.9%).Among tested environmental variables,elevation and annual mean rainfall were the most influential factors in the regeneration of tree species.

Printed circuit boards(PCBs)are representative composite materials,and their high-quality drilling machining remains a persistent challenge in the *** finishing of the cutting edge of a microdrill is crucial to drill performance in machining fine-quality holes with a prolonged tool *** miniature size involving submicron scale geometric dimensions,a complex flute shape,and low fracture toughness makes the cutting edge of microdrills susceptible to breakage and has been the primary limiting factor in edge preparation for *** this study,a newly developed cutting edge preparation method for microdrills was tested experimentally on electronic printed circuit *** proposed method,namely,shear thickening polishing,limited the cutting edge burrs and chipping on the cutting edge,and this in turn transformed the cutting edge’s radius from being sharp to ***,the edge–edge radius could be regulated by adjusting the processing *** drilling experiments were conducted to investigate the influence of different cutting edge radii on wear,hole position accuracy,nail head value,and hole wall *** proposed approach showed 20%enhancement in hole position accuracy,33%reduction in the nail head value,and 19%reduction in hole wall roughness compared with the original ***,a threshold is needed;without it,excessive shear thickening polishing will result in a blunt edge,which may accelerate the wear of the *** was identified as the primary factor that reduced hole *** study indicates that in printed circuit board machining,microdrills should effectively eliminate grinding defects and maintain the sharpness of the cutting edge as much as possible to obtain excellent drilling ***,shear thickening polishing is a promising method for cutting edge preparation of *** research and optimization can lead to additional improvements in microdrill performance and contribute to the conti

Purpose The current study was aimed to evaluate the bioaccumulation of elements(As,Cd,Cu,Fe,Mn,Se and Zn)in the gills,liver and muscle of three distinct marine fish species,namely Nemipterus japonicas,Upeneus vittatus and Pampus argenteus species were collected from Visakhapatnam to Kakinada coastal *** The fish tissues were analyzed for trace metals using energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence(EDXRF).To ensure the quality control,reliability of the experimental validation,two certified reference materials(CRMs)procured from National Institute of Standards and Testing(NIST SRM 1577c-Bovine Liver)and European Commission-Joint Research Centre,Institute for Reference Materials and Measurements(ERMBB422-Fish muscle)were analyzed using *** The evaluated estimated daily intake(EDI)values for each metal are below the reference dose levels established by World Health Organisation(WHO).The target hazard quotient(THQ)values of both the locations of the present study are lower than one(1)showing the presence of health *** cancer risk(CR)factor value for arsenic was below the acceptable lifetime carcinogenic risk(10^(–5)).The levels of heavy metals varied significantly among three fish species and *** mean concentrations of As,Cd,Cu,Fe,Mn,Se and Zn were slightly higher than the Ministry of Agriculture,Fisheries and Food(MAFF),Food and Agriculture Organization(FAO),Turkish food codex and Brazilian Legislation standard *** findings of this study revealed that muscles possessed the lowest concentrations mostly of all the metals when compared with liver and *** The study concluded that consumption of the muscle tissue may not pose severe health risk to human health but should be consumed moderately to prevent bioaccumulation of the metals especially As.

Cloud storage is a service involving cloud service providers providingstorage space to customers. Cloud storage services have numerous advantages,including convenience, high computation, and capacity, thereby attracting usersto outsource data in the cloud. However, users outsource data directly via cloudstage services that are unsafe when outsourcing data is sensitive for users. Therefore, cipher text-policy attribute-based encryption is a promising cryptographicsolution in a cloud environment, and can be drawn up for access control by dataowners (DO) to define access policy. Unfortunately, an outsourced architectureapplied with attribute-based encryption introduces numerous challenges, including revocation. This issue is a threat to the data security of DO. Furthermore,highly secure and flexible cipher text-based attribute access control with role hierarchy user grouping in cloud storage is implemented by extending the KUNodes(revocation) storage identity-based encryption. Result is evaluated using Cloudsim, and our algorithm outperforms in terms of computational cost by consuming32 MB for 150-MB files.

Social networks(SNs)are sources with extreme number of users around the world who are all sharing data like images,audio,and video to their friends using IoT *** concept is the so-called Social Internet of Things(SIot).The evolving nature of edge-cloud computing has enabled storage of a large volume of data from various sources,and this task demands an efficient storage *** this kind of large volume of data storage,the usage of data replication using edge with geo-distributed cloud service area is suited to fulfill the user’s expectations with low *** major issue is the way to store the data and replicate these large data items optimally and allocate the request from the data center *** efficient storage of these data,we use edge server,which is part of the cloud server,in this ***,the data are distributed and stored with quick access,which will reduce the latency with *** proposed data placement approach learns with machine learning(ML)algorithm called radial basis kernel function assisted with support vector machine(RBF-SVM)to classify the data center for storing the user and friend’s data from the SIoT *** learning algorithms will be used to predict the workload of the data stored in the data center as either edge or cloud depending on the existing time *** data placement with dynamic nature is also optimized using the proposed dynamic graph partitioning(GP)method to meet the individual user’s demand of low latency with minimum *** way will keep the SIoT data placement efficient and effective over ***,this proposed data placement and replication approach introduces three kinds of innovations compared with the existing data placement approach.(i)Rather than storing the user data in a single cloud,this study uses the edge server closest to the SIoT devices for faster access with reduced response time.(ii)The classification algorithm called RBF-SVM is used to find storage for
