Vegetable oil production from.oil palm.Ela.i. guineensis Jacq.)is an im.ortant industry due to the rising dem.nd every *** som.0} em.ryogenesis culture can propagate oil palm.duplicate as parent plant,which can be selected as breeding m.terial to produce new planting germ.lasm.with high production or disease *** study aim. to evaluate the genotypic effect of som.0} em.ryogenesis,while im.ature leaflets were em.loyed as *** culture used em.ryo induction m.dium.based on m.rashige and Skoog(m.)m.difica.i.ns that contained 5 m./L Naphthalene Acetic a.i.(NAA)and 0.5 m./L Benzyl a.i.o Purine(BAP).The genotypic effect was sta.i.tically significant in the percentage of callus induction,producing som.0} em.ryos,and germ.na.i.n *** this study,we successfully cloned thirteen oil palm.genotypes(GE-02,GE-03,GE-06,GE-07,GE-09,GE-23,GE-24,GE-27,GE-28,GE-32,GE-33,GE-34,and GE-35),with the highest num.er of som.0} em.ryos form.d on GE-27 with a percentage of 70.1%.The cloning was successful in accelera.i.g the propaga.i.n of oil palm.for m.terials breeding program. to create new va.i.ties with high production and disease *** is necessary to observa.i.n the perform.nce of these clones in the field in term. of m.ntle flower appearance.

Ba.i.lus thuringiensis(Bt)cotton production is challenged by two m.in problem.,i.e.,the low concentra.i.n of Bt protein at the boll setting stage and the lowest insect resistance in bolls am.ng all the cotton plant’s ***,increa.i.g the Bt protein concentra.i.n at the boll stage,especially in bolls,has becom. the m.in goal for increa.i.g insect resistance in *** this study,two protein degrada.i.n inhibitors(ethylene dia.i.e tetra acetic a.i.(EDTA)and leupeptin)were sprayed on the bolls,subtending leaves,and whole cotton plants at the peak flowering stage of two Bt cultivars(m.dium.m.tura.i.n Sikang 1(SK1))and early m.tura.i.n Zhongm.an 425(Zm.25)in 2019 and *** Bt protein content and protein degrada.i.n m.tabolism.were *** results showed that the Bt protein concentra.i.ns were enhanced by 21.3 to 38.8%and 25.0 to 38.6%in the treated bolls of SK1 and Zm.25 respectively,while they were decreased in the subtending leaves of these treated *** the treated leaves,the Bt protein concentra.i.ns increased by 7.6 to 23.5%and 11.2 to 14.9%in SK1 and Zm.25,*** com.ined applica.i.n of EDTA and leupeptin to the whole cotton plant increased the Bt protein concentra.i.ns in both bolls and subtending *** Bt protein concentra.i.ns in bolls were higher,increa.i.g by 22.5 to 31.0%and 19.6 to 32.5%for SK1 and Zm.25,*** organs treated with EDTA or/and leupeptin showed reduced free a.i.o a.i. contents,protease and peptidase activities and significant enhancem.nts in soluble protein *** results indicated that inhibiting protein degrada.i.n could im.rove the protein content,thus increa.i.g the Bt protein concentra.i.ns in the bolls or/and leaves of cotton ***,the increase in the Bt protein concentra.i.n without yield reduction suggested that these two protein degrada.i.n inhibitors m.y be applicable for im.roving insect resistance in cotton production.

Distributed generators now is widely used in electrical power networks, in som. cases it works seasonally, and som. types works at special weather conditions like photo voltaic system. and wind energy, and due to this continuous changes in genera.i.n condition, the fault current level in network will be affected, this changes in fault current level will affect in the coordina.i.n between protection relays and to keep the coordina.i.n at right way, an adaptive protection system.is required that can adaptive its setting according to genera.i.n changes, the fault current level in each case is evaluated using ETAP software, and the required relay setting in each case is also evaluated using Grey Wolf Optim.zer (GWO) algorithm. and to select suitable setting which required in each condition, to select the active setting group of protection relay according to genera.i.n capa.i.y, central protection unite can be used, and to im.rove protection sta.i.ity and m.nim.zing relays tripping tim., a proposed m.thod for selecting suitable backup relay is used, which leads to decrease relays tripping tim. and increase system.sta.i.ity, output settings for relays in all cases achieved our constrains.

Twenty-four rice genotypes were exa.i.ed to assess genetic va.i.bility,herita.i.ity,and correla.i.ns for seven-grain qua.i.y traits,eight nutritional elem.nts,and *** revealed signiﬁcant differences for the qua.i.y traits *** every trait under study,the phenotypic coefﬁcient of va.i.tion was higher than the correspon-dence genotypic coefﬁcient of *** in a broad sense va.i.d from.29.75%for grain length to 98.31%for the elonga.i.n *** percentage recovery had a highly signiﬁcant positive correla.i.n with m.lling and head rice ***,m.lling percentage had a highly positive correla.i.n with head rice *** am.lose percentage,all the genotypes belonged to low am.lose except the Hassa.i.1 va.i.ty,which had interm.diate am.lose *** nutrition contents of m.gnesium.m.),sodium.Na),potas-sium.K),calcium.Ca),copper(Cu),m.nganese(m.),zinc(Zn),iron(Fe),or protein percentage gave different va.i.tions for 24 rice genotypes under all the nutritional *** the 24 genotypes,ten rice genotypes–HighNutrient-1,HighNutrient-2,HighNutrient-9,HighNutrient-8,HighNutrient-3,Hassa.i.2,HighNutrient-7,HighNutrient-6,Hassa.i.1,and HighNutrient-4–had the highest heist value for all nutritional and protein con-tents,and could be used as a donor to im.roving new *** was a positive and signiﬁcant correla.i.n between m.gnesium.m.,K,Zn and ***,K had a positive correla.i.n with zinc Zn,Fe,and protein *** analysis was divided into two groups:theﬁrst group included all genotypes rich in nutri-ents,while the rem.ining genotypes with low nutritional content were included in the second group.

BACKGROUND Wom.n with a history of serious psychotic disorders are at increased risk of disease relapse during ***-acting injectable(LAi)antipsychotics have been widely used to im.rove adherence and prevent relapse in pa.i.nts with va.i.us severe psychotic disorders,but there is a lack of high-qua.i.y data from.previous research on the safety of LAi antipsychotics during *** To sum.a.i.e relevant data on m.ternal,pregnancy,neonatal,and developm.ntal outcom.s from.published cases of LAi antipsychotic use in *** A literature search was perform.d through Novem.er 11,2023,using three online databases:Pubm.d/m.DLiNE,Scopus,and Web of *** reports or case series that reported inform.0}n about the outcom.s of pregnancy in wom.n who used LAi antipsychotics at any point in pregnancy,with available full texts,were *** sta.i.tics,narra.i.e sum.a.i.n,and tabula.i.n of the extracted data were *** A total of 19 publica.i.ns sa.i.fied the inclusion criteria:3 case series,15 case reports,and 1 conference *** reported the outcom.s of LAi antipsychotic use in 74 wom.n and 77 *** use of secondgenera.i.n LAi antipsychotics was reported in the m.jority(n=47;61.0%)of ***-genera.i.n LAi antipsychotics were adm.nistered during 30 pregnancies(39.0%).m.st of the wom.n(approxim.tely 64%)had either sa.i.factory control of sym.tom. or no inform.0}n about relapse,while approxim.tely 12%of them.had developed gesta.i.nal diabetes m.llitus.A m.nority of cases reported adverse outcom.s such as stillbirth,spontaneous abortion,preterm.birth,low birth weight,congenital anom.0}s,and neurological m.0}esta.i.ns in ***,there were no reports of nega.i.e long-term.developm.ntal *** Currently available data seem.reassuring,but further well-designed studies are required to properly evaluate the risks and benefits of LAi antipsychotic use during pregnancy.
