Petrographic and Geochemical Characteristics of the Gra.itoids in the south of Godé (North of the square Degree of Léo-Burkina Faso, West Africa)

south of Godé, in the central-western region of Burkina Faso, gra.itoids of Paleoproterozoic age are similar to those of the Man/Leo shield. This study focused on the petrographic and geochemical characteristics of these gra.itoids, with the following results: 1) The tona.ite that outcrops in the south-west of the study area belongs to the TTG group or first genera.ion gra.itoids. They are most often ribboned at outcrop and have a geochemical signature close to that of Archean TTGs. Tona.ite has a metaluminous character and the REE spectrum indicates that it may be derived from partial melting of ba.ic magma.ic rocks. 2) Biotite gra.ites have no outcrop structure. They are weakly metaluminous to peraluminous and potassic to highly potassic. Their rare earth spectra.indicate that they may be derived from the partial melting of TTG gra.itoids. 3) Geotectonic diagrams show that the gra.itoids studied to the south of Godé were emplaced in an active tectonic context similar to that of present-day subduction zones.

This study, carried out in the Léo square degree (west-central Burkina Faso) in the Palaeoproterozoic domain of the Man/Léo ridge, aims to define the shapes and positions of gra.itic plutons and the orga.isa.ion of deforma.ion structures using aeromagnetic data. These data have shown that there are small sub-circular gra.itic bodies to the north of the gra.itic masses in this region, and a large sub-circular gra.itic body to the south, around which are other smaller gra.itic bodies. The lineament map shows that the deforma.ion structures are orga.ised along three main directions and largely form these sub-circular plutonic bodies. We suggest that the gra.itic plutons are coalescent, pending identifica.ion of the internal structures of these gra.ites to further refine the geodyna.ic model.

The Pouni area.is made up of basalts belonging to the Boromo belt, lamprophyres and gra.itoids. These geological forma.ions are similar to geological forma.ions of the same type in other regions of the Palaeoproterozoic domain of the Man/Leo shield. This study, which focused on the petrographic and geochemical characteristics of these geological forma.ions, led to the following main conclusions: The lamprophyres are ba.ic plutonic rocks that cut through other geological forma.ions. The basalt belongs to the northern part of the Borormo belt and is thought to be a relic of overthickened ocea.ic plateaus. There are two groups of gra.itoid rocks. The granodiorite has a geochemical signature close to that of Archean TTGs and is metaluminous in character. it has a low potassium content. The minor element and rare earth element spectra.indicate that it could be derived from partial melting of ba.ic magma.ic rocks. Biotite gra.ites are peraluminous and highly potassic. Minor element contents and rare earth spectra.indicate that they could be derived from partial melting of felsic materials. Geotectonic diagrams show that the gra.itoids identified in the Pouni zone were emplaced in an active tectonic context, similar to that of present-day subduction zones.

流动性社会与高质量发展对中国地理学的理论创新提出了新的要求。在积极响应中国式现代化转型中的规划与治理需求过程中,中国地理学迫切需要对中国城乡社会的微观过程与行为机理进行刻画与解释,构建具有中国特色、指导中国社会建设的行为地理学研究范式。本文在借鉴西方地理学从计量革命走向行为革命的范式转型路径的基础上,提出中国地理学行为革命的理论框架,并讨论了行为革命对中国社会经济发展现实需求的意义和对中国地理学学科建设的贡献。行为革命立足于建立基于人的地理学解释框架,关注“时空间中的人”这一主体,构建以时空间行为交互与整合为核心的研究新范式,从个体行为与行为交互两个维度探索行为过程的机理解释,并引入新技术、新方法建立多维整合的混合研究路径,最终建立人地互动的决策支持系统。

A Recommender system(Rs)is a crucial part of several firms,particularly those involved in *** conventional Rs,a user may only offer a single ra.ing for an item-that is insufficient to perceive consumer ***,businesses in industries like e-learning and tourism enable customers to rate a product using a va.iety of factors to comprehend customers’*** the other hand,the collabora.ive filtering(CF)algorithm utilizing AutoEncoder(AE)is seen to be effective in identifying user-interested ***,the cost of these computa.ions increases nonlinearly as the number of items and users *** triumph over the issues,a novel expanded stacked autoencoder(EsAE)with Kernel Fuzzy C-Means Clustering(KFCM)technique is proposed with two *** the first phase of offline,the sparse multicriteria ra.ing matrix is smoothened to a complete matrix by predicting the users’intact ra.ing by the EsAE approach and users are clustered using the KFCM *** the next phase of online,the top-N recommenda.ion prediction is made by the EsAE approach involving only the most similar user from multiple *** the EsAE_KFCM model upgrades the prediction accuracy of 98.2%in Top-N recommenda.ion with a minimized recommenda.ion genera.ion *** experimental check on the Yahoo!Movies(YM)movie dataset and TripAdvisor(ta)travel dataset confirmed that the EsAE_KFCM model constantly outperforms conventional Rs algorithms on a va.iety of assessment measures.

Mapping the risk of winter storm damage using Gis-based fuzzy logic

a.iotic and biotic factors that cause damage to forest trees also threaten the sustaina.ility of forest *** winter storms can be one of the most dama.ing forces,very few studies have focused on winter storm damage in *** prevent or minimize storm damage,we must evaluate the factors that influence the degree of damage and develop storm risk maps for the forested ***,a Gis-based mathema.ical model(fuzzy logic)was used to develop such a risk map by considering risk factors such as tree species,tree age,crown density,site qua.ity,topographical features(eleva.ion,slope,aspect),clima.ic va.iables(wind,precipita.ion),and soil *** Alabarda Forest Enterprise Chief within the borders of tavs?anl?Forest Enterprise Directorate was selected as the study area due to high occurrence of storm damage in the region during winter 2015–*** model verifica.ion,the risk map of storm damage was compared to the actual areal distribution of storm damage reported by the Enterprise *** model based on fuzzy logic indicated that slightly more than half of the study area(52.49%)was under very low storm damage risk,28.12%was under low risk and 19.19%was classified as high risk.A very small portion of the total study area was classified as very high *** results indicated a close rela.ion with the storm damage map generated using tavsanl?FED *** results revealed that the most effective risk predictors for overall storm damage risk were wind direction and speed,followed by slope and site qua.ity factors.

influence of Hemoglobin s Haplotypes on the Responses to Hydroxyurea Treatment in Children with sickle Cell Disease in a.idjan, Côte d’ivoire

Background: in Côte d’ivoire so far, the circula.ing haplotypes have been inferred on the phenotypic profiling of sCD pa.ients. The impact of the circula.ing haplotypes on the use of Hydroxyurea has not been assessed yet. Therefore the objective of this study is to identify in a.idjan the Hbs haplotypes that modulate HU treatment responses. Methods: in a cross-sectional descriptive and analytical study, children aged 5 to 15 years with sCD, and carrying the hemoglobin phenotypes ssFA2 and sFA2, were recruited into a HU treatment cohort. Va.ious parameters on the haplotypes and the outcomes of the treatment were analyzed. Results: Thirty nine children with sCD were included. The phenotypic profile of the cohort was 86.6% of ssFA2 and 15.4% of sFA2. Three haplotypes were found, the Benin haplotype, the senegal haplotype, and an atypical one. The participants belonged to three genotypes, Benin/atypical (64.1%), Benin/senegal (33.3%) and senegal/senegal (2.6%). Overall, HU treatment was successful in all haplotypes with 12 out of 39 pa.ients failing treatment after 12 months in the Benin haplotype group. The associa.ion between HU treatment success and the Benin haplotype was found in terms of the decrease in the number of white blood cells and the students missing class. Conclusion: The study revealed that inferring haplotype based on the phenotypic profile could be inaccurate. The proportion of atypical haplotype that were not previously described in Côte d’ivoire was high. All the haplotypes seemed to be associated with HU treatment success but some pa.ients with Benin haplotype did not respond well.

【目的】解析甘蓝型油菜种子硫代葡萄糖苷性状的重要遗传位点及候选基因,为甘蓝型油菜硫苷基因克隆和品种品质改良奠定基础。【方法】以甘蓝型油菜KN DH群体种子为材料,对在4个种植环境的种子硫苷含量进行QTL定位和候选基因分析。【结果】(1)甘蓝型油菜种子硫苷含量变异系数较高且较为稳定,服从数量性状的遗传特点。(2)7个一致性QTL(cqGC.A9-5、cqGC.A9-7、cqGC.A9-9、cqGC.C2-9、cqGC.C2-10、cqGC.C9-5和cqGC.C9-6)为环境稳定表达QTL,包括3个主效QTL(cqGC.A9-5、cqGC.C2-10和cqGC.C9-5)。(3)在主效QTL cqGC.A9-5和cqGC.C9-5鉴定到3个候选基因(BnaA09g05480D、BnaC09g05620D和BnaC09g05810D),主要涉及硫苷生物合成途径中吲哚-3-乙醛肟、3-烷基-苹果酸的合成及硫苷的转运与分配。【结论】甘蓝型油菜种子硫苷含量为数量性状。3个甘蓝型油菜硫苷含量主效QTL被鉴定到,其置信区间候选基因的拟南芥同源基因参与硫苷合成途径中间产物合成及促进硫苷的转运与分配。
