The levered-dual response(LEdAR)Coulomb-damped system attains near resonant vibra.ion isola.ion by differential preloads/offsets in linear *** takes the advantages of both the preloads/offsets in linear springs and the guiderail friction for rea.izing different levels of vibra.ion *** isola.ion capa.ities are investigated on the strategies with both the horizontal and vertical guiderails,with the horizontal rail only,and without *** compressive preloads generally result in the consumption of most of the initial excita.ion energy so as to overcome the potential *** isola.ion onsets at the frequency ra.io of 1∓0.095 on the left-hand side(LHS)and the right-hand side(RHS)of the lever are rela.ive to the load plate *** observed near resonant isola.ion thus makes the LEdAR system a candidate for the isola.ion of the mecha.ical systems about resonance while opening a path for simultaneous harvesterisola.ion functions and passive functions at extreme frequencies.

Spinel cubic ferrites have huge applica.ions in me mory and high frequency *** the improvement of these modern devices,the magnetic coercivity,permea.ility,and dielectric properties of a ferrite are the important *** article focuses on improving the magnetic coercivity,magnetic permea.ility,and dielectric properties of Co_(0.2)Zn_(0.3)Ni_(0.5)Eu_(x)Fe_(2-x)O_(4) ferrites,where x=0.00,0.06,and *** X-ray diffraction(XRd),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTiR),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),energy dispersive X-ray(EdX),vibra.ing sample magnetometer(VSM),and an impedance analyzer were used to characterize the structural,magnetic,and dielectric properties of the *** XRd patterns indicate the forma.ion of spinel cubic structure of the samples with a secondary peak(EuFeO_(3))for Eu doped *** densities and porosities of the samples follow an inverse trend,where the doped samples’lattice parameters are increased with the increment of rare earth Eu *** FTiR analysis also proves the spinel cubic phase of the *** average grain size of the ferrites is obtained via FESEM images,and it is increased from 121 to 198 *** analysis confirms that doping of the Eu content also changes other hysteresis loop properties of Co_(0.2)Zn_(0.3)Ni_(0.5)Eu_(x)Fe_(2-x)O_(4) ***,the coercivity of the Eu doped samples is greater than that of the mother alloy(x=0.00).The EdX study shows that there is no impurity conta.ina.ion in the *** permea.ility and dielectric measurements show an improved qua.ity factor of the Eu-doped samples with low magnetic and dielectric *** dependent resistivity and impedance analysis also show the improved *** the observed properties of the samples,all the investigated ferrites might be strong candidates for potential applica.ions in memory devices,magnetic sensors,and high frequency applica.ions.

This paper details the development and testing of the first working prototype of the S-band high-power klystron,accomplished at the Budker institute of Nuclear Physics,Siberian Branch,Russian Academy of Sciences(BiNP SB RAS).Upon testing,the klystron demonstrated the following parameters:an opera.ing frequency of 2856 MHz and a peak power output of 50 *** paper presents the klystron's design,its constituent units,and pertinent processing procedures,along with discussions on the measurement of its parameters.

Ma.ine heatwaves(MHWs)caused by anthropogenic climate change are becoming a key driver of change at the ecosystem *** conditions experienced by ma.ine orga.isms across their distribution,particularly towards the equator,are likely to approach their physiological limits,resulting in extensive morta.ity and subsequent changes at the popula.ion *** at the margins of their species’distribution are thought to be more sensitive to climate-induced environmental pressures than central popula.ions,but our understanding of va.ia.ility in fitness-related physiological traits in trailing versus lea.ing-edge popula.ions is *** a laboratory simula.ion study,we tested whether two lea.ing(iceland)and two trailing(Spain)peripheral popula.ions of the intertidal macroalga Corallina officina.is display different levels of ma.imum potential quantum efficiency(Fv/Fm)resilience to current and future winter MHWs *** study revealed that ongoing and future local winter MHWs will not nega.ively affect lea.ing-edge popula.ions of ***,which exhibited stable photosynthetic efficiency throughout the *** edge popula.ions showed a positive though non-significant trend in photosynthetic efficiency throughout winter MHWs *** and equatorward popula.ions did not produce significantly different results,with winter MHWs ha.ing no nega.ive affect on Fv/Fm of either ***,we found no long-term regional or popula.ion-level influence of a winter MHWs on this species’photosynthetic ***,we found no sta.istically significant difference in thermal stress responses between lea.ing and trailing ***,*** showed a trend towards higher stress responses in southern than northern *** responses rest on a va.iety of local popula.ion traits,they are difficult to predict based solely on thermal pressures.

Anomalous ion heat transport is analyzed in the T-10 tokamak plasma heated with electron cyclotron resonance hea.ing(ECRH) in second-harmonic extra-ordinary mode. Predictive modeling with empirical sca.ing for Ohmical heat conductivity shows that in ECRH plasmas the calculated ion temperature could be overestimated, so an increase of anomalous ion heat transport is required. To study this effect two scans are presented: over the EC resonance position and over the ECRH power. The EC resonance position va.ies from the high-field side to the low-field side by va.ia.ion of the toroidal magnetic field. The scan over the hea.ing power is presented with on-a.is and mixed ECRH regimes. discharges with high anomalous ion heat transport are obtained in all considered regimes. in these discharges the power balance ion heat conductivity exceeds the neoclassical level by up to 10 times. The high ion heat transport regimes are distinguished by three parameters: the ra.io Te/Ti, the norma.ized electron density gra.ient R/■, and the ion–ion collisiona.ity νii~*. The combina.ion of high Te/Ti, high νii~*, and R/■=6-10 results in values of norma.ized anomalous ion heat fluxes up to 10 times higher than in the low transport scena.io.

in this study,a calcium-phosphate coa.ing was formed on a Mg-Mn-Ce alloy by the plasma electrolytic oxida.ion(PEO).The antibiotic vancomycin,widely used in the treatment of infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus(***),was impregnated into the *** with vancomycin showed high bactericidal activity against *** mecha.ical and electrochemical properties of the formed coa.ings were studied,as well as in vitro cytotoxicity tests and in vivo tests on mature male rats were *** to SEM,EdS,XRd and XPS data,coa.ings had a developed morphology and contained hydroxyapa.ite,which indicates high *** analysis of roughness of coa.ings without and with vancomycin did not reveal any differences,confirming the high roughness of the *** electrochemical tests,an increase in corrosion resistance by more than two times after the applica.ion of PEO coa.ings was *** to the results of an in vivo study,after 28 days of the implanta.ion of samples with calcium phosphate PEO coa.ing and vancomycin,no signs of inflamma.ion were observed,while an inflammatory reaction developed in the area of implanta.ion of bare alloy,followed by *** release tests from the coa.ings show a sharp decrease in the concentra.ion of the released antibiotic on day 7 and then a gradual decrease until day *** the experiment,no significant devia.ions in the condition and beha.ior of the a.imals were observed;clinical tests did not reveal a systemic toxic reaction.

This paper presents the results of studying the surface properties changes of a ther-moregula.ing coa.ing based on polystyrene and silicaﬁller after proton irra.ia.ion with an en-ergy of 50 keV at afluence of 3�1015 cm�*** proton irra.ia.ion,the values of the contact angle of wetting with water increase by 3.5%and 14.9%for polystyrene and the coa.ing,*** free surface energy(energy of the surface layer)of polystyrene and the coat-ings before and after proton irra.ia.ion was calculated using the Owens-Wendt-Rabel-Kaelble *** was a signiﬁcant increase in the pola.ity of the polystyrene surface(gp increased by a factor of 2.2)after proton *** the coa.ing,an increase in gp by a factor of 3.89 was observed after proton *** changes in the coa.ing were presented by iR Fourier spectroscopy.A slight decrease in the absorption intensity of all characteristic bands compared to the unirra.iated sample was *** was found that the irra.ia.ion of the coa.ing with protons led to the forma.ion of macromolecules with hydroxyl,carbonyl,and carboxyl bonds,as well as the forma.ion of dimeric and oligomeric siloxane *** was also found that after irra.ia.ion of a pure polystyrene sample with protons,the value of the solar absorption as increased by only 4.2%;whereas for the coa.ing with silicaﬁller,the value of as increased by 28.6%.

Objective:To evaluate the polio laboratory surveillance carried out from January,2019 to May,2023 by the Polio Regional Reference Laboratory,Sri ***:This retrospective study analyzed all stool samples received under the acute flaccid paralysis(AFP)and immunodeficient vaccine-derived poliovirus(VdPV)surveillance at Polio Regional Reference Laboratory,Sri Lanka from January,2019 to May,*** results of the testing methodologies were extracted from the laboratory data system,i.e.,poliovirus virus isola.ion,intra-typic differentia.ion/VdPV real time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(iTd/VdPV rRTPCR)and sequencing,along with the data on timing of reporting results,stool adequacy and *** was analyzed using descriptive ***:A total of 2141 stool samples from 1644 cases were received for AFP surveillance from Sri Lanka(93.61%),Maldives(1.52%),and immunodeficient VdPV(4.86%)*** polioviruses(19/1644,1.15%)and non-polio enteroviruses(73/1644,4.44%)were isolated,while Sa.in-like 3 virus was detected in majority(12/19,63.15%)among the poliovirus *** polioviruses or circula.ing VdPVs were not detected among the *** all years of the study,the non-polio AFP detection rate was>1/100000 in children aged less than 15 years,whereas stool adequacy rate was>80%.All results were reported within 14 days of receipt,ensuring timely reporting as per global ***:The Polio Regional Reference Laboratory,Sri Lanka plays a vital role in maintaining the polio-free status in the country through its robust laboratory surveillance,while adhering to the surveillance ***-detection of wild polioviruses and circula.ing VdPV during the study period reinforces the polio-free status in the country.
